Me ha encantado. Muy buena ubicación, muy limpio y el personal super amable. Seguramente volveré.

El apartamento estaba muy bien salvo que se habían olvidado de tirar la basura de los anteriores huéspedes y que no se había limpiado el microondas. Por lo demás, situación y atención perfectas

Un lugar encantador para alojarse, las piscinas muy limpias eran muy bonitas, muy baratas en el var.

Lo único que me llevo bueno de este sitio es una señora que me atendió el primer día en recepción, un encanto. Por el resto me podría explayar.si no eres guiri, ni se te ocurra venir a este hotel (por llamarlo de alguna manera)
Habitaciones sucias, con hormigas por todos lados que me llevo varias picaduras, el baño con una cisterna que no traga, el lavaba más de lo mismo.
La piscina no se si es mejor meterme en la charca de mi pueblo contaminada que ahí, una vergüenza, y ni que decir que a los guiris se les permite llenar la charca de colchonetas y ni hueco para bañarte.las tumbonas había que matarse por ellas.
Y no te quedes dormido en ellas que te quitan los camareros/recepcionista los vasos de café/bebida llenos mientras te echa tu siesta.
Seguimos por la amabilidad (quitando la señora del primer día de recepción) de la recepción del hotel.no da facilidades para nada, lo único que hacen es darte un no rotundo en casi todo.puedes sacar tu café a la piscina? No. Le preguntas x vasos de plástico y misteriosamente aparecen.check in a las 15, pero el Check out a las 10, una locura contando que la gente finaliza sus vacaciones candada. Una vergüenza vamos.
No lo recomiendo ni aunque me paguen mis próximas vacaciones, lamentable recuerdo de una hermosa ciudad.

No recomendamos este apartahotel si no eres guiri. Los trabajadores no te dan ninguna facilidad para estar ahí. Hacen el servicio de limpieza y te dejan sin sábanas, te das cuenta cuando vuelves a dormir y no tienes como pedirla, la cisterna no funciona, el teléfono no va para llamar a recepción, intentas hacer el check out un poco más tarde y lo niegan (es a las 10.00) y el check in a las 15.00.
Nos intentamos poner al sol en las tumbonas y tampoco, el servicio de cafetería lo niegan sacar a la piscina y nos quitan los cafés enteros mientras duermes en las hamacas. NO VOLVEREMOS

Hotel y ubicación fabulosos.limpio y ordenado. El personal era fabuloso y no podía hacer lo suficiente. Está a solo 5 minutos a pie de las tiendas ya 10 minutos a pie de la playa. La piscina no es muy grande, pero es suficiente para darse un chapuzón.

Hemos tenido q venir a Benidorm x un ingreso hospitalario de un familiar y encontramos este establecimiento en el último momento
Todo han sido facilidades tanto x parte del personal de recepción como x la gobernanta del servicio de habitaciones
Espero venir a Benidorm la próxima vez de ocio y SEGURO vendré aqui sin ninguna duda

Recomendaría 100% este lugar. Muy limpio y no me puedo quejar. No hay que esperar a las tumbonas, ya que había muchas, pero tal vez ir en mayo ayudó, así que no estoy seguro de cómo será en el ajetreado verano, pero sí, definitivamente regresaré.

It was all we expected and more. The reception staff were brilliant and always willing to help and advise if you needed it. The only fault we could mention was, we had a faulty sliding wardrobe door that was reported on the first day and it still wasn't fixed when we left a week later. Apart from that the rooms are basic but have ameverything you need. They were clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and towels were changed regularly. We would definitely stay here again.
Basic room but comfortable. Clean and tidy. Just what you need for somewhere to lay your head and make a cup of tea. Facilities were there to cook food but meals out are so cheap we didn't bother cooking.

Estuvimos, esta semana santa y todos sus empleados, han sido super amables, indudablemente, son lo mejor de lo mejor

Bonitas habitaciones grandes, muy limpias en todas partes, desayuno decente. Lo malo es que el personal de recepción y del bar está poco motivado y es apático.

Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean, comfy beds fresh cotton sheets and towels. Food really good.
Situated in a quiet area but town and beach within walking distance.
Maria on reception was professional, attentive and friendly.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Hotels need more people like Maria.
The Ristorante Italiano was really meal, great choice also.

Everything about lavante lux was absolutely brilliant. The rooms were clean. Staff were excellent. And would like to say Maria on reception was the most kind hearted lady I've ever met. She took time every night to welcome us. Made our kids so welcome. We will definitely be booking to come back next new year. The Hepworth family

Can't fault the room bit of a walk but not a problem and trying to get my 150 deposit back is a nightmare room was left as we found it checked by housekeeper and had my card to refund me said it take 4 working days I'm still waiting after 20 days rung hotel they saying its my bank ring the bank they saying its the hotel still no joy

Clean rooms. Good location, beach 5 min away. Bars an attractions no more 15 min away. Staff absolutely excellent. An would like to say Maria on reception is the most kind hearted ️ so loving towards my kiss especially my Isabelle 7 years old. Definitely coming again next new year. Thanks

For where we wanted to be this was very well situated, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the price was competitive and our room, 13A was spotless and comfy, only niggle was TV channels where signal was poor but who goes on holiday to watch TV

Apartamentos ubicados a unos 5-7 minutos de la playa del levante. Están totalmente reformado. Calidad - precio bueno. Sitio tranquilo. Lo único que tiene pocas plazas de aparcamiento y depende de la disponibilidad del momento. Cama y sofá cama muy cómodo. Tiene una nevera, tostadora, hervidor eléctrico, microondas y fuegos. En la parte de la cocina tiene un pequeño colgador para la ropa junto un lavadero para la ropa. Muy limpio todo. Recomendable.

Great hotel with friendly staff nice and clean very welcoming unfortunately we were not aware of the €150 deposit but it was no problem luckily we had the money beforehand I came with my partner and 3 children Horhea (Slicked black hair and tattoos) was a great staff member who made the children feel very welcome my 4 year old son is very shy and he was trying to get a smile out of him while we stayed which I appreciated nice pool area and the drinks were cheap close to all the amenities we would stay again

Great rooms, a/c bang on, great shower and kitchen. The pool and bar area is great too, but no balls in the pool. You don't want to annoy the hotel manager!

Love this hotel staff are excellent and rooms are clean spacious and comfortable the only reason I've given so little starts on the rating is if you struggle with hills it's probably not the best place to stay as you have to walk up a hill no matter what way you come to the hotel

Booked a holiday with my friends 3 months ago. It is now only three weeks before we travel. The hotel has cancelled our booking throwing all our plans into chaos leaving us only a few weeks to find somewhere else to stay. It’s male group booking so that’s obviously the reason it’s cancelled however if you’re going to cancel somebody’s summer holiday please cancel it when the booking is made and not a few weeks before they are due to fly out. Thanks.

Nice room, you have to pay a €150 deposit, even after you paid for your stay, which we were not told about before hand lucky we had the money

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile je le ferais. Un appartement sale et le ménage n’est jamais fait, lorsque nous sommes arrivés il y a avait des taches et de la poussières au sol, sur les meubles et le canapé, des cheveux sur les draps, nous avons également eu le droit à une fuite dans les toilettes avec une odeur d’urine pendant tout le séjour et on nous a pas changé de chambre pour autant… Le personnel désagréable et absolument pas serviable, lorsque nous posions une question sur les services extérieurs ils n’essayaient même pas de nous aider.
L’appartement est cependant bien placé à 5 min à pieds de la plage, mais la ville est très sale, les restaurants vraiment pas top et très peu d’activité à faire. Si vous aimez faire autre chose qu’aller à la plage je vous déconseille Benidorm.

Lovely clean apartments and friendly helpful staff nice quite location would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Covid plans in place wearing of masks in hotel and hand sanatisers on all floors and at lifts felt very safe.

Un apartahotel precioso con muy buen trato. Habitaciones limpias y con sabanas, toallas y jabines incluidos. Una temperatura constante para verano. La vistas no son destacables. El telefono de la habitación no funciona. Algunos cubiertos estaban sucios.
No hay congelador. Por pequeño que sea viene bien en verano.
El trato perfecto.
La piscina mo pudimos utilizarla debido al horario, que es hasta las 20: 00.
Volveremos

Apartamento nuevo practicamente a estrenar. Muy limpio y ninguna pega. Tiene de todo y lo que no tiene lo solucionan en recepción encantados.

El edificio y los apartamentos estan muy bien. La piscina lo suficiente para combatir el calor. Un poco retirado de la playa.

Vriendelijk personeel, toegang tot het privé-strand Levante, Levante Club. Privacy en garantie op heerlijke zonvakantie. Met winkels en restaurants in de directe omgeving, de plek om lekker tot rust te komen.

Le pongo 1 estrellas no por la gente que trabaja allí, que ellos se merecen 200 estrellas por lo menos, es para la dirección, como es posible que 1 persona se pueda encargar de recepción, bar, piscina, césped y a saber que más cosas hacen? Y como puede haber una limpiadora para todo el apartahotel? Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba sucia y con un cajón roto, avisamos y cuando la señora de la limpieza fue le dió un ataque de ansiedad porque no daban a más, por supuesto pusimos la queja y decidimos comprar productos de limpieza para hacer el día a día nosotros. Las toallas de muy baja calidad, dejaban pelusa por todos lados. Por lo demás bien, un sitio muy tranquilo para ir con la familia, muy cerca de la playa, de bares y restaurantes.

Estuvimos muy bien, dos parejas y un bebé. Sólo reseñaria que la piscina no tiene valla y me parece peligroso para los niños

This is a budget hotel /apartment its rated 2* plus I would give it 3* all is as should be, very clean great helpful staff good location not too far away from the attractions but noise free at night good self catering amenities only quibble no bowls for cereal /soups but bought one for €1.25 not a great problem.

Nice apartment. Very friendly staff. Relatively quiet environment. Basic interior and furniture.

Stayed in September my first trip to benidorm, loved benidorm but levante apartments could do with an update, reception area and all downstairs we're lovely and some of the staff were friendly, booked for benidorm next year straight away when we got back but different apartment.

Right at the tail end of the season but wonderful friendly helpful staff and clean tidy apartment.

This is the second time we have stayed here and whilst it's not the plushed hotel, they could not be more friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the bedding and towels changed as we require them. Only downside is they require £120 cash bond when you arrive to cover any breakages. I guess this is due to previous guests having no respect for the hotel, shame on them! We will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff on the front desk and even the cleaner always had a smile for you.
Rooms were clean.had problems with the door other locking and TV not working.but that was sort no bother.

They are so unclean pool area small high buildings only get sun for about 4 hours. And they take a deposit of 150€ in case of damages

Had a wonderful holiday but very disappointed that there was a hen party arrived and also a group of men both groups were very rowdy drinking and smoking in the pool all weekend. The reviews we saw stated that single sex groups were not allowed so upset about this occurring as we had small children which became quite nervous

La valoracion es por la mejor atencion recibida via email y tel, voy a poner mas reseñas despues de la llegada (tengo reserva del 22-25) y voy a valorar despues, hasta ahora la atencion recibida y los consejos muy bien.

Why did a couple pay €40 deposit in april and i had to pay €150 last week for same accomodation?

Had to go down to the reception to ask for the kettle as they don't leave any electrical appliances in the room

Apartamentos amplios y situados cerca de la playa del levante. Limpios pero poco equipados a nivel menaje de cocina y mobiliario en el baño. Complicado aparcar.

Basic but clean, it is budget accommodation after all, good location for bars, shops, beach ect nothing is more than 5/10 mins walk. Apartments had enough facilities for a week's S/C to get by. TV is a waste of time (good job it's free) nice new 32" Samsung, despite scrolling through every channel available more once, could only find 1 English speaking - Sky news!
Would happily stay again if wanted a cheap holiday in sun!

Nice complex not too far away from the beach. Had a great selection of families there which allowed the children to make friends quickly.
