Lovely apartment. Clean and cozy. They was everything we needed. Thanks to our lovely hostess Maria who made everything to feel like at home. Recomendet!

Nice central apartment, although a lot of steep narrow stairs to reach it on 4th floor, close to shops bars and restaurants

En el apto, planta baja, para dos personas. Cama cómoda, ducha cómoda, sin vistas pero bien situado para recorrer el casco antiguo de la ciudad. Volveremos

Lovely apartment situated in the heart of the old town in Valencia. Very clean, cosy and ideal for a short break. The host Maria was very helpful in telling us about the best things to do in the area during our stay. She was always ready to answer a question if I sent her a message and she even printed off our bus tickets for our onward journey! Would 100% recommend!

Perfecto para ver el centro de Valencia. Está junto a la céntrica calle Serrano pero en una calle muy tranquila y sin ruidos. El apartamento del bajo es muy bonito, acogedor y amplio. La cama grande y muy cómoda. Tiene de todo, incluso un pequeño patio con plantas que provoca una agradable sensación de paz.
María nos ayudó en todo y nos dió un montón de sugerencias sobre dónde comer, tomar algo, visitar.
Simplemente PERFECTO

Once through the unassuming front door you will find a superbly refurbished apartment with many of the old features kept but with all the modern ones you would expect. Bed was massive a so comfortable. Very safe area and central to all the old town with everything within walkable distance. Bus stops and the river bed area no more than a 5 min walk away. Maria the host is delightful with loads of tips and suggestions. Would highly recommend a stay.

The Apartment itself and it's location was actually perfect (I would give it 5 stars). The real problem of this apartment something different. When we arrived the renter told us to be absolutely quiet in the apartment and threatened to throw us out if we behave otherwise. According to the renter the neighbours of the apartment called the police because of too much noise several times lately. So when we were in the apartment we spoke very quietly and listened to music only at one of the lowest volumes possible. Although we never heard one of the neighbours voices their superhuman earpowers must have given them the ability to know that we were in the apartment. So they immediately grasped a broom or something similar to knock at their ceiling (they lived under us). I can't say for sure that they did it because of us, because they also did when all of us were sleeping the next morning for about a whole hour.

To sum it up: I can't recommend this apartment with good conscience.

Ottima.accoglienza Monica solare e gentilissima ci ha raccontato la storia della casa e cosa visitare. La casa e stupefacente, ricca di storia con affreschi e pavimenti a tratti originali. Arredamento moderno che contrasta piacevolmente con i vecchi muri restaurati. Una scoperta veramente piacevole. La consigliamo vivamente.
