Minibus was waiting at airport, polite staff, quick pickup. Drop off was equally good. Would use again.

Moin die ganze Organisation von der Abholung bis zur Rückgabe des Fahrzeug's der Transfer zum Flughafen und das Personal hat alles Super geklappt. Wir sehen uns mit Sicherheit wieder. Macht weiter so Sehr Sehr gute Arbeit?

Charged me £200 for a plastic clip on the cetercompartment which we didn't even use. SCAM! DO NOT USE!

Señor/Señora,
El único problema que tengo con los coches Aquacar es que no son principalmente blancos o plateados. Los coches de color oscuro que casi siempre alquilo se calientan mucho cuando el coche está aparcado a la luz del sol. Absorben el intenso calor español, mientras que los automóviles de colores brillantes como el blanco o el plateado reflejarán gran parte del calor. España siempre es soleada, así que este es un punto importante.
Espero que el próximo coche que alquile sea de un color brillante, que marcaría una gran diferencia en el placer del automovilismo, especialmente al entrar en el coche.

Very friendly and everything was correctly arranged. Pick-up and delivery to the airport was perfect.

I sold my car to Aquacar some weeks ago whilst I am in England because of the Covid pandemic. The money was transferred to my bank, but since then I have not received official confirmation of the sale. Until I receive this official change of name I would be liable for any fines which may be levied against the owner of the car. I have asked several times for confirmation but have had no reply. My insurer will not cancel my policy until he sees a copy.
UPDATE
The paperwork was eventually completed as required and the problem is sorted. This is not just an Aquacar issue. It is a common problem with the entire area of secondhand car sales. Be careful.

Aqua car is 100% professional. I once got a car up on the urbanization 15.min after I called. Note: Simon the manager is very friendly and accommodating witch makes Aqua car my no. 1 rental in Spain
