Fui a este taller a comprar un coche, muy mal servicio al cliente. Todos los autos tienen "pocas millas" y no tienen historial de servicio. ¡Mantente alejado!

Estaba buscando un vehículo de ocasión y descubrí las instalaciones por internet. En el sitio me atendió Mario quien me informó de manera exquisita de los vehículos de los que disponían y adquirí un Opel Astra. Pasado un tiempo tuve un problema con el alternador y me lo solucionaron rápidamente. Estoy muy satisfecho con el trato y el servicio. Son de plena confianza.

Compré un coche de aquí. James fue muy útil y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas. Nos dio un descuento y aguantó mis consultas menores sobre algunas piezas que no funcionaban o estaban a la altura. Un par de visitas solucionaron todas nuestras preocupaciones. Conseguimos un "coche muy bonito por el precio".

We had a noise on our steering and James quickly booked us in for an inspection.
I took the car in as arranged and was delighted that it could be repaired that morning. I got a call a couple of hours later from Nordi to collect it. Professional service, very efficient and a good price.

Nordi was excellent he could not do enough his service was first class nothingwasto much trouble. I have just purchased a kia picanto wich is quite old but in very good condition and had a couple of minor defects but they were all rectified immediately by Nordi no questions asked.
If they have a car you are interested in go for it you won't be disappointed.

I had a Really positive experience in buying my car from Autoroig cars.
The car was well prepared prior to collection and Nordi who was selling us the car had arranged for a couple of little bits to be put right before we picked it up - this was done without us having to ask we expected a car of this age to have some signs of wear etc). Really good customer service and certainly no pressure to buy. Great communication at all stages and I didn't feel rushed or hurried, they also took care of all the paper work. We returned there happily, because of the help and quality of service we received a year ago (our car last year was repaired and then re-sprayed. It was a fantastic job) This time, he helped us so much after our car had to be replaced. He phoned when he said he would, kept us always informed and fulfilled promises he made. All the paperwork was done too. We would have no hesitation in recommending this garage for both repairs and buying a car. We will return!

I bought a car in February this year from Auto Roig 11 I dealt with Their sales man Nordi, as we couldn't come back to Spain due to covid 19 until now the car stood outside our property in La Florida. The cars battery went flat and Nordi replaced it without any quibbles whatsoever. Great team and service, I will definitely use them for my next car.
