Avanoa Premium Rentals

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille dans un appartement neuf et donc très propre au 19ème étages à Calp dans la communauté d’Alicante en Espagne. Une vue splendide du nord au sud. Une piscine dans la résidence et la plage à 2 minutes à pieds. Avec un parking privé. Le propriétaire super sympathique. Merci encore pour ces vacances inoubliables, j’espère revenir un jour. Je vous recommande Avanoa Premium Rentals!

Absolutely top class service! David went out of his way to help us with any questions we had, always with a solution above expectations. Apartment in Calpe was spotless, modern, perfect location and amazing view. Everything as expected, or actually even a bit better. Will recommend Avanoa to all my friends and family visiting the area.

Desde hace un par de años, Avanoa Premium Rentals gestiona mi apartamento en el casco antiguo de Altea. El trato con ellos es estupendo y están haciendo un gran trabajo, hay más reservas de las que esperaba y por los comentarios parece que gestionadas con una gran profesionalidad y calidad por parte de su equipo.
Totalmente recomendado.

Me and my family (three people) had a very pleasant week. In fact, it was a fantastic experience! Starting with the fabulous view (just like in the photo) of the beach. The apartment (actually the entire building) is brand new as is all the furniture, hardware and utensils. Everything is very clean and working perfectly. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is quiet and works perfectly. With a stove, oven, refrigerator and washing machine (all new) we were able to cook our own food like the delicious fish bought at the local market. The building is very well located next to the beach and all the shops, bars and shops. Even so, at night, the apartment is very quiet. We had a parking spot in the underground garage, which is very much appreciated on very hot days and streets full of cars all around. To conclude, I need to thank Carlota and David (both from AVANOA premium rentals) they were extremely professional and attentive to answer all our questions and provide a stay without any kind of problem or inconvenience. True 5 star service! I would return to this apartment without a doubt.

5 star all the way. Had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend. Nice, big space for the whole family and very nice location. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I cannot fault any of it. They even went the extra mile for me as I realised I'd left my baby's monitor in the villa whilst at the airport and he very kindly posted it back for us and we received it in a week. Good customer service and a very relaxing holiday) thankyou again
