Barracart Apartments

Lovely apartment, well located near the beach and on excellent transport routes. The local buses give easy access to all Valencia's attractions. Also good metro and tram links. The apartment was very quiet, well appointed and extremely comfortable. There is a good supermarket nearby if one wants to eat in, as well as a great range of recommended restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend the Apartments and we hope to return.

We had a fabulous stay here. The building: a lovely restored house with patio and roof terraces, and lots of shady greenery, high ceilings and wooden floors.
The accommodation: stylishly decorated and furnished, really comfortable beds, lovely bedlinen, spotlessly clean, and with all mod cons and comforts including aircon, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine - shower pressure a tad low, but not a biggie, and everything else was perfect.
The location: just perfect! 500m from the nicest city beach I’ve ever seen, golden sand, warm clear water, lots of space even in summer! On a really nice street, shaded by palm trees, dotted with nice cafes and bars - and every other house in this area is decorated with the gorgeous coloured tiles that characterise the area.
Activities: we took grandkids to see the incredible architecture of the Parque de Artes y Ciencias, the Imax cinema, and the bioparc - all fantastic, and all close by to our accommodation.
Eating out: top recommendations (masses of choice!) include Viva Napoli for pizza, La Sastrería and Taska la Reina for wonderful tapas and drinks, and Cafetería Montañana - the friendliest cafe in the world (staff and patrons) a few doors up on the same street.
This was my first proper holiday in 15 years and couldn’t have been better. A really wonderful stay!

Gorgeous Barracart Apartments has become one of the emblematic places to stay at when in the Cabanyal (Valencia). Olga has thoughtfully designed and renovated this historic building with a balanced dose of charm and comfort.

It's private, within walking distance to the beach and has some of the best restaurants the neighborhood has to offer within range.

Olga is wonderful! She's detailed, hard working, friendly, and ready to be of assistance when needed.:)

Un séjour idyllique. Une bâtisse et un appartement très agréables à vivre et parfait en tous points. Nous nous y sommes tellement bien trouvés que nous en avons oublié la date de notre départ! Sehr schönes Appartement mit super Betreuung. Olga ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dank der verfügbaren Fahrräder hat man eine tolle Reichweite und ist auch sehr schnell am Strand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Súper buena atención! Todo limpio y acogedor. Ideal si vas en plan de playa porque estás a 15 min caminando de la Marina

Very nice location and apartment. Full equipped from kitchen to bathroom and bedroom. Host lovely and very helpful. Near to the beach (10 minutes walking), supermarket (2 minutes), mercato central (5minutes) and metro to the city centre (5min).
Very good also for families.

Staying at Barracart Appartements was a wonderful experience. Olga was in contact with is through what’s app from before we even got to Valencia. We contacted her a few times while we were there and she always answered and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very friendly. The Appartement we stayed in was updated and very, very clean which was very important to us with a small child. We booked the child package and the baby crib was very clean with fresh linens as well. We had some complimentary water and coffee which was very nice to have when getting to Valencia late at night with no opportunities to go buy anything right away. There was a washing machine, laundry detergent and more so we could wash after the beach. Overall, this would be our only choice to stay at when we come back to Valencia again.

Ein sehr anspruchsvoll renoviertes Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung und ruhiger Lage, aber doch nicht weit vom Meer.

Estuvimos muy a gusto, eso si, esta a pie de calle y se escuchaban los coches, gente. Tampoco pasaban muchos

Clean and pleasant in a lively (but not noisy) "real" neighborhood in Valencia with the beach and tram to the oldtown very close by.

Excellent location for a Spanish City break to Valencia. Near the beach with a large variety of transport options to get around.
The warm and welcoming host, Olga, made every effort to discuss the places I'd like to see and the accommodation is luxurious and well maintained. Definitely a great place to return to. 5 Star - Plus

Beautifull apartments, lovley & clean, good location for beach & in a really authentic spanish part of the city.

A wonderful stay. A historical building that has been thoughtfully reformed with the highest quality furniture and appliances.

Olga rocks. She is an amazing host and the hotel is brand new.it is a couple of blocks away from the beach and all the activities.and the bus stop to the city is at the door front.

Excellent location near the beach, in a calm neighbourhood. The apartment was fully equipped, comfortable and extremely well decorated. The kitchen had all the appliances necessary for meal preparation. Terrace on the 2nd floor was very handy for relaxing. Olga is a great host!
