Be Flats San Nicolás

Booking this place was a mistake. It’s literally located in the tiny street between two bar zones where crowds are partying until 4am. The problem is a zero insulation of the apartments. As a result we had three sleepless nights. The last one on Saturday night was exceptionally hard as we had to get up at 5.30am heading to the airport. At the beginning we assumed that it could be some noise given such a central location and buzzing neighborhood so we requested the apartment overlooking the backyard upon reservation. The truth is that they accommodate short-stay guests (3 nights in our case) in the street view apartments ONLY. But you won’t find out it until you arrive. On the top there is also ongoing renovation of the building in this tiny street, just across the apartments (I attached the photo) so forget about sleeping in the morning either.
In general it was one of the worst experience we ever had.

We had a bad experience in this appartment (2A).
1) Sound proofing is bad, and bars/restaurants have tables all over the street, so we had a lot of noise until 4am everyday. Knowing that we were coming with 2 kids, we would have appreciated to be warned about this by the staff when we booked. We could not change room as all were booked.
2) Cleaning is done only after 7 days by the staff. This is not satisfying, as the appartment gets dirty real quick when you are a family of four in a small place. No accessories were provided to clean the floor ourselves.

Good points:
Location is ideal, in the center of old city, near Turia park and bus stops (although in a noisy and smelly little street).
Appartment is cosy and well decorated.
Staff at the reception is very nice.

The apartment itself was very new and clean and spacious however we had parking included and took 1 hour to try and find a parking space (parking included could not be found as streets closed off for work) this was not illustrated in the instructions. We had to pick up keys at a different location so again walking around different areas disoriented. The lady at reception was very non responsive and didn’t really care about the issues we had to get there. Very central and most things were a few minutes walk. We ended up in a different parking garage and had to walk several minutes with cases after checking in. We were told it had an agreement with that one we were parked in also (not true) The service received is why I have given it 2 stars. There was ants in the kitchen and also the bathroom. As well as outside noise.

Very good location. We had a flat 5a on the 2nd floor. It was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the noise from other flats is quite loud (you can hear people talking, having sex & screaming, baby crying, etc.). Also, there are a lot of bars nearby, so Thursday evening, Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday evening it is very, very, very noisy. So you can not sleep, be aware. The noise is up to 3-4 am in the morning. The apartment lacks cutlery, plates, glasses for water, cups, etc. Also, it would be nice to have Netflix there. Overall a nice stay in a clean place, but at this price, I think you should receive more.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado y equipado, lo único malo es que se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle y hay muchos bares cerca

L' appartamento è carino, situato nel cuore di Valencia è attrezzato di tutto, però questo toglie spazi alle cose più importanti, camera veramente piccola circa 11/12mq, bagno piccolo senza finestra e con aspiratore aria non funzionante, non c'è il bidet e la doccia ha solo un soffione grande ma nessun doccino (farsi la doccia senza bagnarsi i capelli impossibile…… è impossibile anche lavare adeguatamente la doccia), pulizia accettabile, set cortesia assenti solo dei dispenser in doccia e lavabo con sapone liquido, qualità biancheria da bagno e da letto ottima, riscaldamento funzionante, doccia con tanta pressione, un buon soggiorno, potrebbe essere ottimo con poco.

Bueno: apartamento espectacular, nuevo, limpio, amplio, ubicación excepcional.
Malo: Hay que esperar hasta las 16: 00horas para entrar pero eso sí a las 11 debes estar fuera para que no te recargue 50€. Queríamos cogerlo con parking pero nos fue imposible encontrarlo con y sin indicaciones el GPS no encuentra tal ubicación así que optamos por aparcar en uno público que nos salió 2 € más caro muy cercano.

Good appartement and in the middle of the city.

Muy buen apartamento, recomendable a todo el mundo que quiera pasar unos agradables días en la ciudad del Túria. Muy bien localizado para ver grandes edificios históricos.

Excelente, muy buena ubicación, nuevo, limpio, equipado, decoración preciosa y equilibrada mezclando elementos arquitectónicos antiguos con otros modernos y funcionales. Totalmente recomendable

24 horas antes de nuestra reserva recibimos un email diciendo que por problemas en el hostal nos van a cambiar a otro, cosa muy sospechosa ya que si me metia en booking y reservaba para ese día, me dejaba reservarlo. El que nos dieron era un poco peor que el que nos dieron y ni si quiera nos hicieron un cambio de precio. El sofá que había en el salón era peor que si te tumbabas en el suelo con clavos en la cabeza. No entiendo porque no hacen ajuste de precios por hacer este tipo de cambios. Creo que el motivo era otro y no el que nos dijeron (problemas de tuberías o algo así nos dijeron)

Muy limpio y acogedor. Tiene todas las comodidades, una ubicación perfecta y gran trato del personal. Encantada, repetiré seguro!

Está genial ubicado, no es ruidoso aún estando muy céntrico, muy limpio y es luminoso. La cocina está muy completa, el baño es bastante amplio y el único "pero" se lo pondría a la cama. Es muy cómoda, pero para dos personas una cama de 1,35 quizá es un poco estrecha.
La azotea es super chula y agradable. Volveremos seguro. Muy recomendable
