Beautiful Bike Rental

La ubicación de este lugar está cerca de la estación de tren.
La transacción es fácil, llamé a la tienda y en 15 minutos estaba en bicicleta paseando por la calle. La mujer que trabaja allí es muy amable y servicial. Ella me dio un mapa de la ciudad y me aconsejó sobre las partes más importantes de la ciudad para visitar y las rutas a seguir.

Excelente atención por parte de todos. La profesionalidad e implicación de Marcelo es total. En todo momento busca la mejor reparación a un precio muy razonable. Sin duda es un lugar muy recomendable para reparar la bicicleta y no es común encontrar a personas tan agradables que resuelven una avería en tiempo récord. Recomiendo especialmente el taller de este sitio: Marcelo ha realizado un trabajo espectacular en mi bicicleta… y súper económico.

Alquilé una bicicleta por 3 días. Bicicleta cómoda y fiable. Personal amable y servicial. Precios honestos.

No puedo hablar de las bicicletas, pero pagamos para guardar nuestras maletas aquí mientras íbamos a ver la ciudad durante el día antes de dirigirnos al aeropuerto. Fueron 10 minutos a pie desde el tren, 5 € por maleta por día y el hombre que trabajaba fue tan amable y servicial que estoy escribiendo esta reseña. ¡Gracias!

Un sitio super recomendable, he alquilado varias veces bicicletas ahí y siempre me han tratado genial, la encargada es maravillosa, volveré siempre.

La mujer de la tienda fue súper amable y nos dio buenos consejos. Lamentablemente las bicicletas no tenían la mejor calidad. Los frenos de ambas motos no funcionaron bien y una de las motos no tenía suficiente aire en la parte delantera. Además una de las cerraduras no cerraba correctamente.
El soporte para teléfono fue súper práctico.

Ho approfittato di una magnifica domenica di novembre per vedere Valencia in bicicletta. Dalla stazione ferroviaria Joaquín Sorolla si arriva a piedi fino a Beautiful Bike percorrendo un pezzo di marciapiede e un sottopasso (attenzione: bisogna portare la valigia giù e su per le scale, comunque ampie).
Il negozio, aperto fino alle 20, compresa la domenica, funziona anche da deposito bagagli. La ragazza che mi ha ricevuto, Marina, è disponibilissima ad aiutare. Mi ha dato una bicicletta con portapacchi per sistemare il mio zaino, e una rete elastica per tenerlo in posizione. Mi ha fornito anche una piantina di Valencia con l'indicazione delle piste ciclabili (carril bici) che a Valencia sono molte. Sono andato fino al porto e alla spiaggia, poi seguendo il parco "Jardines del Turia" sono entrato tra le "Torres de Serrano" e ho attraversato il centro storico. Cinque ore ottimamente spese.

Fantastico servizio! Bici comodissima e prezzi super competitivi. Abbiamo affittato le nostre bici per andare e tornare da rouzafa alla spiaggia di Valencia. Personale estremamente cortese ️

Aproveché un maravilloso domingo de noviembre para conocer Valencia en bicicleta. Desde la estación de tren Joaquín Sorolla puedes subir andando hasta Beautiful Bike por un trozo de acera y un paso subterráneo (atención: hay que subir y bajar la maleta por las escaleras, por anchas que sean).
La tienda, abierta hasta las 20.00 horas, incluidos los domingos, también funciona como consigna. La chica que me recibió, Marina, está sumamente dispuesta a ayudar. Me dio una bicicleta con un soporte para mi mochila y una red elástica para mantenerla en su lugar. También me facilitó un mapa de Valencia con indicaciones de los carriles bici (carril bici) de los que hay muchos en Valencia. Fui al puerto ya la playa, luego siguiendo el parque "Jardines del Turia" entré entre las "Torres de Serrano" y atravesé el centro histórico. Cinco horas bien invertidas.

Very friendly service, I used both of their services, as I rented a Bike for a dutch friend of mine (the owner is very nice!) and also have my bike gotten repaired twice at Marcos', who knows a lot and who also is a very nice person! Both of them run the thing like it would be a family business, so you feel right at home once you enter the shop.

Las bicicletas más cómodas del barrio. Súper buen trato y además tienen taquillas para que puedas dejar tu equipaje. 100% recomendado!

The owner is super friendly. She called several hotels in Valencia to help me finding place to store my luggage after 20: 00. With such personal I am sure that the service is great as well.

We rented bikes here today. The woman who gave us the bikes was really nice and helpful! She gave us tips about Valencia and places we really needed to see. Also we got a great city map with all the bikelanes wich was really helpful! The bikes were in good state and nice to ride on. I would definitely recommend this place:)

Sus bicis atadas al pasamanos de un patio privado en Ruzafa. Estaría genial que en BBR recordaran a quienes alquilan sus bicis cómo comportarse en esta ciudad de paso, a la que vinieron para disfrutar su ambiente.

Igual damos por hecho que todo el mundo tiene un mínimo de educación vial y que las normas de convivencia son iguales en todas partes, pero visto lo visto, no vendría mal hacer un repaso en la tienda para recordarles por dónde no circular, los lugares donde no atar los candados, etc.y cuidar entre todos la Valencia que adoramos.

Encantada con el trato y el servicio. No es la primera vez que alquilo bici en Valencia, pero destacan por la familiaridad y las facilidades que ofrecen. Un establecimiento amable y profesional en el que sin duda repetir.

Todo perfecto. Tienen accesorios clásicos para tu bici (sillines, timbres, etc), y aunque sean de alquiler de bicis, tienen servicio de taller básico.

Prices are fair, staff is friendly but not service minded.
My bike was noisy and bad maintained, the chain went of 3 times in the first 30 min of my rent until the 3rd time me and my black greasy hands couldn't fix it myself anymore.
They let me pay for a bike-taxi back to them with no compensation at all. "It's in the contract" she said. Well my contract with you was a working bike, honey.
The saddle was loose and the brake was contstantly blocking the wheel.
Would not recommend.

Maravilloso servicio, las bicis están en buen estado y te las adaptan en altura, incluso las cambian si tienen algún desperfecto.
Los precios son moderados, mucho más barato que la bicis de ValenbiSI.
Las muchachas te explican todo, los recorridos u por dónde hay bici senda.

While the prices are fair (paid by hour, maximum 10€ per day) the bikes aren't well managed.

The brakes were at the brink of being alright, the gears had problems. The whole bike was quite stiff (I guess a steel frame) and the tires pumped too strong, so even the slightest bumb on the street lifted the bike off the ground. With the lost friction 15 km/h was the fastest one could ride.

The process of rent and return was very efficient, both didn't take longer than 5 minutes, which is a plus.

There is a 50€ deposit one need to leave. Once you paid the hours you won't get money back, even if returning faster than agreed.

Las bicis son muy chulas y a muy buen precio. El trato es genial y se preocupan mucho por los detalles. Da gusto alquilar bicis aquí.

Amazing customer service. They were really nice, very accommodating, and very helpful when; when I was worried about the tyre pressure falling, they were on hand to arrange a taxi to collect us if needed (although in the end we didn’t need it).

The place was beautiful, the staff is one of the nicest people. When our bikes broke down she ordered a taxi for us and was very apologizing to us.

Very nicely decorated, the staff is extremely friendly. She takes time for customers and gives tips for cool tours. The bikes are great and if there are any problems she calls the taxi. We had a flat tire because of the road and we were not charged additionally. The prices for borrowing are great!

No puedo encontrar las palabras correctas para expresar mi inmensa gratitud y admiración a las dueñas de Beautiful bike rental por ceder sus bicicletas a todas aquellas personas que no se pueden movilizar con facilidad por Valencia en tales circunstancias, las mismas que necesitan ir a trabajar y el transporte público está limitado, y lo hacen sin esperar nada a cambio gran obra social de éstas chicas, muchas gracias por todo ‍️

Truly a beautiful business. Very orderly, a flawless and overall nice experience, including the personal contact with the staff. They handle Baggage as well trough Bagbnb, for all the hikers (Like me) out there. If I will return to beautiful Valencia, I will get here again!
