Me dijeron que cuando llegó partió pronto.
Después de una hora fue al escritorio. Lady dijo que es un servicio de transporte básico si desea pasar más tiempo que su vuelo y el tiempo de espera en el aeropuerto. Para llegar a su alojamiento, este es el servicio para usted. Servicio de regreso. Llegó a tiempo. Pero está bien para llegar al aeropuerto.

¡Horrible! Nunca más. No pierdas tu tiempo y dinero. Hay muchas otras agencias de alquiler en Benidorm que brindan un servicio excepcional. La descripción del alojamiento y la realidad no coinciden.

Recomendable cien por cien. En la ida me recogieron puntualmente. En la vuelta, el vuelo se retrasó una hora y al llegar me acomodaron en el primer bus que salía del aeropuerto. Sin duda repetiré

Reservé el servicio express de beniconnect desde benidorm al aeropuerto de Alicante. ¡Hubiera sido más rápido ir en transporte público! Nos recogieron a las 5.30 p.m. Y llegamos al aeropuerto casi 2 horas más tarde, recorrimos lugares que no conocíamos y hicimos al menos 7 a 8 paradas después de nuestra recogida. ¡¡Demasiado para el servicio express! No volveré a reservar con ellos.

Varios días y no conseguí hablar con la empresa y tampoco me devolvieron la llamada. Tampoco pude realizar la reserva por la web falta información para cumplimentar

Absolutamente excelente servicio de transporte, personal muy amable y hablan inglés. Tomando como base el nivel -2, frente a los ascensores o que quedan a tu izquierda si utilizas las escaleras. ¡Asegúrate de reservar con antelación también!

Normalmente es un buen servicio pero hay que esperar 45 minutos en el aeropuerto de Alicante. Al día siguiente, mis amigos viajaban de regreso al aeropuerto de Alicante con 45 minutos de retraso y sin comunicación. Que esta pasando muy pobre la verdad estoy buscando otra empresa de traslados.

Reservé Beniconnect desde el aeropuerto de Alicanta como un servicio de última hora el mismo día y quedé muy impresionado con mi reserva y el servicio confiable que se brindó.
También reservé para el viaje de regreso definitivamente usaré Benniconnect cuando regrese a Altea.

Booked a private transfer for myself and disabled wife but on arrival at Alicante airport was told there was no driver available and we should book a taxi and claim the money back. The lady at the desk was unhelpful and couldn’t care less about our disability, we had to make our own way to the taxi rank. After 28 days we are still awaiting a refund which I will now claim back from our credit card company. Also in contact with BBC Watchdog to bring this cowboy outfit to their attention.and their viewers. Please avoid this company with a barge pole.

Llevo años utilizando este servicio y siempre he estado encantada. Pero las dos últimas veces que lo he solicitado ha sido un servicio NEFASTO. Ya van 2 veces que llego a la estación de tren de Alicante y está esperando la guía pero no hay NINGÚN autobús.
La primera vez que me pasó, en junio, tardó el autobús más de media hora y esta vez. 1 de julio, mi tren llegó a las 19: 10 y llevamos una hora esperando a que nos recojan.
La guía llama y cada vez le dicen una cosa, que si viene uno desde el aeropuerto, que si mandan a otro, que si nos esperemos al siguiente servicio (una hora después.). Esto es injustificable y vergonzoso.
Llevamos una hora en la calle esperando y no buscan solución.
Lamentable. No volveré a utilizarlo.

ALMOST MISSED OUR FLIGHT!

I booked a shuttlebus because we were traveling with an infant, but turns out to be a bus. It was 35 minutes late (called the office 3 times and was told it was 5 min away). Afterwards it was drivning through the whole calpe to pick up X other passengers. We almost missed our flight and couldnt check in our stroller because we were late.

We were promised that we would be on the airport a long time before the flight left and reassured when we booked.
Use another service if you are travelling with an infant/kids.

After landing at the airport my connection into Benidorm was 15 mins late. He dropped me a couple of mins walk from the accommodation then said that would be my pick up point. Returning was a disaster. No cab but got a call to go back to the accommodation where the taxi was. Went back asked at reception they said no taxi had arrived for me. After several phone calls they told me to get a normal taxi which I did costing €100. They’ve denied negligence & several weeks later I’ve still not been redeemed. Absolutely terrible service definitely not recommended.

Todos los pasajeros sin máscarilla. Se lo digo al conductor y no me hace ni caso. Claro, sube al autobús y el tampoco se la pone.

Una empresa de transporte muy profesional, puntuales y económica! Los conductores muy amables, profesionales! En la web y telefónicamente en la oficina te atienden rápidamente en distintas idiomas, muy amables y profesionales! La recomiendo!

Una vergüenza el servicio telefonico! Llamamos para adelantar la recogida media hora por problema en el check in y se negaron. Volvimos a llamar, nos contestaron diciendo que nos confirmaban en un minuto y seguimos esperando. Despues de eso nos cortaban la llamada o no contestaban.

Super facile, accueil impeccable, en bas de ma rue à Moraira, au -2 de l'aéroport d'Alicante. 25 euros, réservation facile par internet, explications claires.voyage un peu long pour prendre les autres clients, mais c'est normal.seul, c'est pas cher.merci, je reprendrai.

The flight was on time and less than 2.5 hours in the air. BUT my friend waited over an hour for the Beniconnect bus to depart, plus the bus journey means it took 1.40 hours in total. Compared to the time traveling flying this is not a good service by any means.

I have always promoted Beniconnect in the past but will not again. It would be cheaper and quicker to get the bus to Luceros and the tram.

I have heard many complaints from friends to say there are not enough buses from Alicante and gave the company the benefit of doubt. But not anymore

One Star is unfortunately one too much for this company. We made a reservation for transportation service with a 6 seater private microbus. On our return trip there was a 4 personcar. This type of car wasn't what we reserved and what we paid for. This one was too small for us. We had only 3 suitcases which didn't fit. At that moment we had to leave, otherwise we would miss our flight. We had to arrange other transport ourselves to go to the airport.
After sending two mails at home they gave reaction in which they took full responsibility and Mr Alan Fell head Customer Service from Beniconnect said they will, of course, refund the amount we paid for our departure transfer as they did not provide this service. Up until this day we didn't receive the money which was promised. I send again 2 mails but no reaction and no money. The reaction of the owner on my first review is that they send a reaction but that's only a reaction in which they say they will refund the money. Well owner and Mr Fell we are still waiting!

Es la séptima vez que hago uso d su servicio, y siempre quedamos encantados. La última vez tuvimos un retraso de dos horas de vuelo y allí nada más bajarnos y recoger maletas estaban esperandonos. Tanto el autobús como el servicio privado, recomendado 100%. Dentro de poco reservare para el siguiente viaje.

Muy buen servicio. Por poner una pega.es que te van a recoger dos horas antes de la salida del tren, por lo que hay que esperar mucho en la estación. Pero mejor así que llegar tarde.

Great service from customer service, airport reps and drivers. They’ve had a huge increase in workload since covid so considering that I believe they deal with it well. After working in this industry I believe we all need to have a little patience when it comes to waiting times. Keep up the good work! X

Book online. Smooth process and transfer. Much cheaper than a taxi. Be prepared for a trip around town if you're an early pick up thou. Professional and reliable in my experience.

This service is fantastic. I pick up and return to Caple for Alicante. Fast service right to the airport. Drivers always good humoured and helpful. If you havnt used them give them a go. Fast sress free airport transfer in a very comfortable vehicle

Absolutely dreadful company don't waste your money, they don't turn up as booked then refuse to give you your money back, also block you from commenting on their fb page and remove all negative reviews

Llevo más de 1 hora esperando que salga el autobús.
Para ahorrarse dinero traen autobuses gigantes que pretenden llenar con todos los vuelos del mundo, mientras tanto los que llegan primero esperan horas a los últimos pasajeros. Nadie me había advertido que debía esperarme tantísimo tiempo.
Llego tarde a trabajar, me lo justificaran ellos? Deberían de poner vehículos más pequeños y salir cada poco tiempo, este sería el servicio efectivo y no lo que están ofreciendo

Lo peor que existe. Traslado aeropuerto-benidorm estuvimos aparcados en el bus SIN AIRE hora y media esperando pasajeros que venían con vuelos retrasados, yo viajaba con dos niños. Me parece una falta de respeto. Porque nunca me advirtieron que se tenía que esperar q se llenará un bus tan grande.
Luego el traslado de benidorm - aeropuerto me fueron a buscar al hotel 6 horas antes del vuelo, sin darme más opciones,
Lo único malo de mis vacaciones fue contratar con esta empresa mis traslados.

Always use this company as they always have great service, this time I used there private taxi service for the first time and will definitely be using it again. Very friendly driver and excellent customer service and dropped right off at where I was staying.

Waited for an hour and a half, told it would be a short wait, just a few people. They know what flights they are waiting for but don't give you the info. My friend waited even longer, took him 3.5 hours to get to javea. Sent emails but know response as normal. Shame,

Por fin un servicio que se adapta a las necesidades de los usuarios y a un precio más que razonable. Conductores profesionales, educados y vehículos súper limpios.

Peor servicio de transporte en la zona. **Evitarlo si podeis**
Para empezar, contrato un servicio desde Alicante Aeropuerto a Benidorm, ida y vuelta en fechas 28//2021 y 05/11/2021
Cuando llego a la planta -2 del aeropuerto de alicante me posicionó en frente del mostrador de Beniconnect
Y la recepcionista me ignora mientras mira su teléfono móvil, al mismo tiempo que me toca escuchar como 2 conductores se quejan de que duro es su trabajo porque tienen que esperar por un avión con pasajeros y que no podrán almorzar a su hora habitual, una tragedia Pensé! Después de un buen rato la recepcionista levanta su mirada y me dice con muy poca amabilidad y dureza, Que Quieres? En ese momento vi “el buen servicio de esta empresa” total… que me informa la recepcionista de mi bus y me avisa que tardará unos 30 minutos lo que pienso es razonable, me dirijo a mi bus y el conductor me informa de que está esperando a otro vuelo y que hasta que el bus no esté lleno no nos vamos, éramos 6 y teníamos que ser 44 Me dijo igual 1 hora o más y así fue, casi hora y media para salir hacia Benidorm.
LA VUELTA FUE AÚN MEJOR! Porque directamente en el sitio y la hora donde me dijeron que me recogerían. No Apareció nadie! Estuve casi una hora esperando con tiempo de antelación y de espera después, durante esos 50 minutos de espera intente llamar al número de UK donde resido permanentemente, obviamente mi número de teléfono es inglés y no puedo llamar a números Españoles así que agregué el numero de teléfono de emergencia en España y le estuve escribiendo y llamando durante el tiempo que estaba esperando al bus que nunca vino ni se puso en contacto conmigo, una vez más, la calidad y la preocupación por sus clientes, brillando por su ausencia.
Como opción final para no perder mi vuelo decidí coger un taxi hacia el aeropuerto con el perjuicio que esto ocasiona económicamente hablando. Un ticket de 75,64€ De taxi que luego reclame a Beniconnect obteniendo por respuesta la excusa más pobre y rebuscada por algún genio o genia de la empresa diciéndome que al no haber llamado directamente al número de emergencia y al haberlo hecho por whatsapp ellos no se pueden hacer cargo de mi decisión de haber tomado un taxi por mi cuenta. Que sí hubiese seguí las pautas correctas de llamar directamente al número de emergencia 24 directamente y no por whatsapp ellos me hubieran solucionado todo mandándome otro chofer etc… en fin Juzgar vosotros mismos, adjunto fotos vídeos tickets etc.y nada que la culpa de que ellos me dejaran tirado y sin recursos o protección ninguna es mia! Según ellos claro! Y el haber cogido un taxi para evitar perder mi vuelo y quedarme sin hotel, vuelo, dinero, todos los procedimientos para viajar de UK A SPAIN, y muchas cosas más. En fin esta empresa es lo peor que te puede pasar en algún momento delicado o de problema en tus vacaciones, yo por suerte tuve los recursos físicos y económicos para sortearlo, otros a lo mejor no podrían haberlo hecho ya sea por idioma, número de personas, dinero, recursos etc…

We booked the trip to the airport and nobody mentioned that we will do 5 stops before going to the airport. The normal bus from Benidorm to Alicante Airport takes 40m and is less than 10£; direct. For this one it took it took more than 1 hour and a half and we paid 17+£ each.

Booked with Beniconnect last minute. I ended up breaking my ankle the night before coming to Spain. I have rang the company and they were nothing but professional. Happy to refund the money. Despite cancelling they still rang when my flight would have arrived to check I wasn't on the flight. Great service.

Je suis très déçue. A l'aéroport j ai du attendre 1h25 pour que le mini bus soit complet. Puis le chauffeur a enfin dit que nous partons. J ai atterri à 19h et je suis arrivée à BENIDORM a 21h25.j ai du bataillé avec l hôtel pour avoir à manger car le restaurant ferme à 21h30. Ensuite le retour, décollage à 9h30 et on m à donné rendez-vous à 5h10 du matin. Heureusement pour moi j était au rendez-vous à 5h. Le temps de déposer ma valise et le bus était déjà là. Mais pour les clients suivants, comme on était à l avance, le bus a attendu un peu puis est parti. Je plains les pauvres clients qui n ont pas eu la navette. Ensuite on a fait le tour des autres hôtels puis direction aéroport. J ai eu la peur de ma vie sur tout le trajet, et les autres personnes dans le bus aussi, tellement le chauffeur roulait très vite et il faisait noir et beaucoup de virages. Arrivée à l aéroport à 6h15.3h15 d attente pour l avion, c est quand même un peu trop d attente et à l aller et au retour. Dommage mais je ne pense pas reprendre cette société pour une prochaine fois

Hasta ahora no tenia ninguna queja, pero llevo más de una hora esperando en el aeropuerto para que salga el autobús hacia Benidorm, teniendo en cuenta que ya somos más de 10 pasajeros y nos dicen que hay que seguir esperando a otros que está aterrizando su avión. Me parece impresentable que nos tengan aquí, sin previo aviso, estando el bus preparado, a la espera de otros pasajeros, teniendo en cuenta que tienen muchos autobuses, pero por ahorrar en viajes nos tienen esperando y perdiendo tiempo.

The driver could not find the address and was 25 minutes late. I had to drag my bag about 500m to the Abbey Tavern as this was the only place he could find!
Will not be using them again!

Disappointed with Beni Connect. Flight from Middle East got cancelled early hours this morning due to bad weather, phoned them straight away (17 hours before arrival) to say I would be delayed 20 hours, so they say I need to rebook and pay another 100 euros as it’s less than 24 hours notice. (Beni connect sorry I couldn’t predict bad weather and flight cancellation earlier). I Tell them that is a rip off so now they phone me to say they can do it for an additional 50 euro. Won’t be using them again, you would think during these hard times with COVID they would look after the customers who use them all year, so their loss won’t ever use them again.

It took at least 3 his to get home and the person at the booth in the airport was rude.
Tried beniconnect a second time and it was a repeat!

Excellent travel company. Exceptional customer service and very reliable. Drivers very pleasant and friendly. This company went above and beyond to get me a transfer to the airport very last minute.

Booked them to get to the airport beginning of lockdown. Was told to go to the airport 6 hours before my flight. Driver shows up 10 minutes late, then tells me to put my dog (6 kg) with the unsecured (moving) luggage in the closed boot of the bus. Clearly not safe. When I ask if he can even breathe in there, the driver says he doesn’t care. When I contact the customer service, they refer to their t&cs. Unworthy treatment of animals in 2020. Will never book them again.

Cancelo reserva por causas ajenas COVID-19, con varios días de antelación (más de los que aparecen en las condiciones) y me dicen que pueden tardar 60 días, mientras que la compañía aérea ya ha reembolsado mucho antes de esos 60 días.

Brilliant service. First time I've used them and was very impressed. Booking was easy, used express shuttle service which was on time for both journeys, the drivers were brilliant and professional updates for pick ups via email and to hotel also, mini bus was very comfortable, overall very impressed. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to family n friends. Thank you Beniconnect for an excellent experience.

The online booking system can seem a little confusing at first, especially as our confirmation didn't come through for a short while, but the service itself is pretty flawless.
You put in the time of your flights and they will work out a route, based on all of the bookings to/from that airport - then email the itinerary over.rest assured, you do put the flight time, not the pickup time; they will aim for around 2 hours before.

AVOID! Sat on bus at airport for hour and a half. Told bus would leave in ten mins. Complained by email which I was advised to do. Told my flight was 5 minutes early so unable to refund me and totally acceptable to sit on bus for an hour and a quarter. Others were on bus for an hour and a half! No communication, apology or explanation. Asked for the book of complaints. Ignored

We have booked a express bus, but we had to wait for almost 1 1/2 hours. We don't call that express!

Expect you have to wait for an hour before your bus leaves from the airport. In case your flight is delayed waiting time can be substantially longer than one hour.

The communication style of the service Agent at the airport better fits to the army than to a service company.

Excellent service and alternative to rental car or expensive taxi service. Completely reliable with pick up times. Used them from airport to Alfaz Del Pi and back to the airport. I will definitely use them again.

Llame 9 veces de las cuales me pasan con una máquinita que me dice que estoy en el primer lugar de la lista para que me pongan con un agente, estoy esperando y esperando y siempre me cuelgan. LAS 9 VECES ME HAN COLGADO, PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Siempre viajaba con beniconect y ya no pienso viajar más, ni yo ni nadie que conozca, es un servicio pesimo!
Hay gente en el paro con más ganas de cojer el teléfono que ellos, una vergüenza.

Muy buen servicio. Te recogen en la estacion o el aeropuerto en Alicante y t llevan a las paradas cercanas a los hoteles. Cuesta 10 euros cada persona. Algunos hoteles ofrecen este servicio gratis para sus clientes. Muy bueno y ahora menos tiempo en llegsr a Benidorm al ser la autopista A-7 gratis a partir del 1-01-2020

Pesima experiencis. Llame por teléfono me tomaron los datos y ek número de de tarjeta y me cortaron la llamada dos veces. Y eso que me movía de Moraira hasta Calpe para abordar el vehículo que me llevara a Alicante. A la cuarta llamada me atendió una nujer que ne explicaba y ne explicaba el por qué no podía pasarne la llamda a tráfico hasta que cortó el teléfono. Cuando volví a intwntar comunicarme ya no cogieron el teléfono. Deberían cambiarse el nombe por el de Beni (dis) connect

He contratado este servicio para mis padres en varias ocasiones y siempre cumpliendo. Recogida del punto siempre a tiempo, sin demoras y salidas del aeropuerto bastante rápidas. Precios asequibles si es para 1-2 personas.
