Benidorm Celebrations Music Resort

Pasé una semana fantástica con amigos en este hotel. Alojamiento espacioso, muy limpio. El personal era muy amable, nada era demasiado problema, muy servicial. Comida para todos los gustos y apetitos. El entretenimiento fue absolutamente lo mejor, gracias Miguel, hiciste todo lo posible para que las vacaciones de todos fueran un momento divertido con recuerdos felices y duraderos. Tantas risas. Definitivamente todos pasaríamos unas vacaciones aquí nuevamente.

Si no pudiera dar estrellas, lo haría. El baño olía muy mal a huevos. Los limpiadores no barrieron los pisos ni vaciaron los contenedores. El hotel era un buceo completo y NADA como en las fotografías. Solo me mudé de hotel después de 3 DÍAS, este hotel me habría desanimado de volver a Benidorm.

Buena experiencia, destacar la calidad del servicio, sobre todo de David y Macarena. Como posible mejoria, la variedad del buffet, ya que se queda un poco escasa

El ambiente del lugar es increíble, buena música, fiesta, comida y lo mejor de todo es el servicio y amabilidad de Miguel, Diego, Macarena, Jhonny y Henry, quienes estuvieron todo el tiempo ofreciéndonos la mejor experiencia durante nuestra estadía, sin duda vamos a volver!

Experiencia buenísima, buen servicio de camareras/os tal como Laura, Sara, Jonny David volveremos seguro todo super bien las recepcionista super atentas Lidia y Casandra, las habitaciones super limpias las limpiadoras super amables volveremos seguro gracias por esta estancia tan buena

En una nota positiva, el personal es amable y está bastante limpio, las bebidas con todo incluido duran hasta las 7 pm y son decentes.
Solo puedo comentar sobre 2 de las habitaciones ya que fuimos con un grupo grande, pagamos mucho dinero cada una. 7 en una habitación 8 en la otra, las habitaciones eran pequeñas, 3 literas en una habitación, 2 individuales en otra, sin balcón, no podía haber más de una persona de pie para prepararse a la vez, difícil sentarse en la parte inferior litera ya que solo son pequeños y te golpeas la cabeza.
La comida no estaba mal la mayoría de los días y tienes una selección decente.
Muchas tiendas y pubs están bastante cerca, pero el hotel está muy alto, por lo que se necesitan zapatos decentes.

Podría estar bien, pero el ambiente quizás no es muy para españoles. Es sobretodo para turistas.

Great place to go with your mates for a get away. Also Miguel was a great laugh and helped us out with day entertainment

A group of us haven’t long got back from a 3 nights stay at this hotel.

The rooms were “ok” and a €50 deposit per person is required. This may be as a result of various guests abusing the rooms, which over time have taken a bit of a battering.

If you’re not down by the pool by around 11am on a Friday or Saturday, then you may struggle to get a bed once the hotel guests and paying public have entered with the pool party kicks off from mid-day.

The all inclusive food and drinks options were fine for what we needed.

The location is ok for the beach as well as some local restaurants and bars. Walking down to the main strip is also ok but make sure you’re ready for the steep hills when walking back from beach and strip.

We can see why it is popular for stag and hen do’s with the former taking a massive precedent when we were there. It’s not a place we’d return back to but primarily on the basis it’s appears to better cater towards those in their early 20’s to early 30’s.

NO SPLASHING ALOUD!
We booked a Pool Party for my friends 40th at this Hotel. The all inclusive drinks were limited to a few cocktails, beer, cider and soft drinks. Spirits and shots were not stated to be payable until you came to order them and then were charged even though all alcoholic drinks were out on display so presumably free.
The DJ was situated right next to the indoor pool (wires, electrics, lights and all) so if you wanted to enjoy the sun and outdoor pool which was on the other side of the hotel it was impossible to hear the music.
The foam didn't start until gone 4.30pm (4 hours after the party started) and promptly finished roughly 20 minutes later due to the EXTREMELY aggressive DJ threatening to stop the music as people were splashing, jumping in the water next to his equipment. Why would you have a dj box near enough on top of a pool without a screen around you?
The atmosphere quickly changed as people were quite rightfully upset and angry that they'd paid for a pool party and were being threatened with being kicked out due to 'splashing' at a pool party.
The DJ was extremely confrontational and aggressive resulting in people trying to argue their case back to him, this then escalated to the Manager and security guard man handling a group of young men and women and a girl being elbowed or punched in the face by one of them.
We ended up leaving as it was an awful scene and not the happy, fun experience that we were expecting at all.

Lo primero felicitar al equipo por su gran trato, muy atentos todo el personal, no me esperaba un hotel tan barato que el trato y todo en general fuera tan bien, calidad precio un 10 gracias a todo el personal.

The hotel is amazing, staff are amazing, Laura is definitely the best member and Miguel is a top dj

Food was poor, all-inclusive drinks was only till 7pm despite being advertised as midnight when we booked and had to put a 50€ refundable deposit per person on the room (you get it back if there's no damage and the room is left as you found it) on arrival witch we also knew nothing about.

A friend booked a gaming room and was told it was 300€ refundable deposit on the controller's witch again wasn't informed when booking

Dj’s music and pool atmosphere was amazing, food and drink high quality couldn’t recommend it enough

Es un excelente hotel, hemos venido un fin de semana y el trato ha sido muy agradable.
No nos ha faltado de nada, las habitaciones de 10 y un lugar ideal para venir en verano y disfrutar de la fiesta y de la costa.

Hemos estado todo un fin de semana y ha sido increíble, fiesta asegurada y con gente joven. El buffet muy bueno y los trabajadores excepcionales. Os recomiendo el todo incluido sin duda. Mis amigas y yo volveremos seguro!

Worst hotel ever! This is false advertising. Adult only yes. More 18-20. Dirty, items broken or cracked, bed had marks on them. Food is very basic and dried up where left too long. Pool always looked dirty, not enough chairs for residents to even sit by pool. Our window wouldn't close, lifts kept breaking down which meant you had to use fore exot as didn't have a staircase that was well lit. Staff didn't seem very helpful, checked out this morning and lady didn't even speak other then to give me some paperwork. All-inclusive stops at 7pm with no entertainment. The faults are endless please check all reviews as this most definitely is not a 3 star!

Muy buen ambiente sobretodo en la piscina y el tardeo, cogimos el todo incluido, vale la pena, variedad y calidad. El personal del hotel muy agradable y atentos. Repetiremos.

Was sitting outside with some friends who were staying here when my phone was stolen. I'm not saying the ignorant member of staff stole it but my friends definitely didnt.

Estube en agosto y la verdad me lo pase genial. Tienes todo incluido desde las 10 de la mañana hasta las 20.00.la comida no hay mucha variedad pero esta muy buena la que hay. La habitación estaba bastante bien y por las noches no se escucha nada de ruido. Los chicos que ponen la musica van apuntando lo que pide la gente y te lo ponen. Ami me hicieron el favorazo de ponerme Hardcore y fue una pasada. Lo recomiendo 100% si te gusta la fiesta. Y Pasarlo bien este sitio es el tuyo

Top hotel, great staff, thanks to Christian for the drinks and his colleagues. Not a hotel for the faint hearted, it is a party hotel.for all ages in my eyes but you must be a lively individual! Nice one.

Cheep and cheerful if you like to drink and party this is the place to be.it's a 5 minute walk to the beach and the main strip.the food isn't to bad it soaks up the alcohol.

Place is delapidated, typical of the 'brit' resorts. If booked be aware of the deposits required for everything such as remotes, safe, etc. It is as you would expect from this type of hotel, its better suited to those who enjoy excessive drinking and loud music.

Los apartamentos están bien y el personal tb, pero la educación de los guiris en general es patética, gritando a las 6 de la mañana por la ventana para levantar a la gente por ejemplo

Luego vas a Inglaterra y el metro se cae a cachos en infraestructuras son tercermundistas, pero eso sí un salario base el doble que el nuestro
En resumen, me gustaría que el apartamento reflexionarán si realmente les merece la pena aguantar eso xq hay españoles que tb económicamente nos manejamos igual o mejor que los guiris, estoy convencido que las habitaciones las dejan destrozadas.
Una pena señores que se tolere esto, realmente creo que os faltan el respeto y vosotros se lo consentis, la dignidad es lo primero.

Este año hemos repetido y la verdad que todo perfecto, habitaciones nuevas y reformadas preciosas, un ambiente estupendo y hasta hemos hecho un spanish corner en el que hemos conocido a muy buena gente. Sin duda repetiremos otro año. Muchas gracias a todos los currantes del hotel.

Terrible place, a massive c##kfest. Rooms cramped and made it packed to the rafters. Food was ok, pool table shocking and the worst I've ever played on. Pool was small and the only saving grace was the roof terrace. Would never, ever go again. Pay more go get a hotel down the bottom of the hill.

I stayed at this hotel this month for a weekend stag trip and if it that sort of trip you are considering then the hotel should be fine. The hotel accommodated 22 of us with room sharing varying between 4 and 5 people. We didn’t book all inclusive as we had other friends who had booked their own accommodation elsewhere so all eating and drinking was done outside the hotel. Our room was pretty basic but clean (apart from the flaking ceiling paint from what looked like and old leak from the apartment upstairs), however I would recommend taking photographs of any damage already there to cover your back as they do ask for a deposit of €50 per person on arrival (credit/debit card not cash). The rooms come with a safe (extra charge for the key) a tv and aircon (extra charge for remote controls for both of these). None of our rooms had any balconies as it seems to be the norm in Benidorm for everyone to extend over them and make the interior space bigger sacrificing any outside space. We had a kitchenette so we could self cater if necessary but we found the cafes etc. So cheap that we never bothered cooking our own.
Hotel facilities included 2 pools (1 indoor and 1 outdoor), a bar, sun beds as well as entertainment.
All in all it’s great for stag/hen/group holidays and I found the staff to be really helpful and friendly, but bear in mind that there is a steep hill to walk up from the beach/bars etc.so the less mobile might want to use taxis.

El hotel es una estafa, muy mala atención a los clientes. La comida y la bebida dejan mucho que desear.

¡¡¡ CUIDADO! No recomendable reservar con antelación, te pueden anular la reserva sin motivo como a mí, me anularon a último momento cuando ya casi no da tiempo de buscar otra alternativa y ya todos los precios han subido.

Estoy encantada con el trato que estamos recibiendo por parte de todo el personal y el esfuerzo que están haciendo para que nuestros nenes disfruten de un finde inolvidable a pesar del tiempo, animación de diez, la comida estupenda y al personal por hacernos sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias!

Un hotel todo terreno, especializado en fiestas y capaz de alojar a grupos de chicos con sus familias, para la celebración de un torneo de fútbol, con un trabajo y trato excelente, nos vamos super agradecidos de las estancias, habitaciones, limpieza, y trato recibido por todo el personal, incluido su animador Cristian, por como se porto con los niños y con los no tan nlños, recomendado sin ninguna duda

You get what you pay for, perfect for stags and hens. Bar service excellent, Anabel especially, they were all happy to help with anything. Must go again.

Hotel con todo incluido. La mayor parte de sus clientes son extranjeros de fiesta. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y completas. La calidad de las comidas podría mejorar y están a horarios para los extranjeros y el alcohol para el todo incluido son marcas blancas, si quieres otra marca se paga un suplemento. Un punto muy a su favor es la amabilidad del personal, todos muy simpáticos y encantados a ayudarte en lo que sea. Si quieren fomentar la clientela española deberían empezar por poner las comidas con horario más flexible.

Vile! This is 100% one of those places you need to do your research on. Didn't have much of an option due to a pre-orginised hen do, but if given the option would definitely have stayed somewhere else! Rooms are small and grubby, air conditioning is awful and the staff can be a little unhelpful.

Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable.es la segunda vez que voy a este hotel y trato es familiar la gentes que trabajan nos han reconocido y han tenido detalles especiales te hacen sentir como en tu casa muchos grasias en especial a Pedro meneger del hotel a Fabio que organiza todas las fiestas y a Cristian que trabaja en sonido que han sido muy atentos en todo volveremos como siempre.el hotel tiene unas fiestas con dj y fiesta de espuma es un sitio para olvidar de todo y pasar lo bien en recepción las chicas muy amables y el bidet también está muy bien y todo está echo para gente joven y pasar lo mejor encantada volver y volveré más sin dudas! Que los felicito al hotel de trabajar con gente tan honeste y que tratan muy bien y te sientas como en casa.que eso es lo más importante y hasta la Próxima! Muy encantados con vosotros.

Bit out of the way if you like it lively, also mostly uphill to get back to after a long drinking session. Rooms are big and clean and the staff are nice, food is a bit hit and miss

Although its budget and could have done with small extras like soap, I receieved excellent customer service from staff who were polite and attentive.
They gave me an 8 bed dorm to myself for 2 nights out of 3. Rooms were cleaned well.

It does get loud in the mornings if you're near the pool but thats expected because it has a bar.

If it wasn't for the staff this review would have got a 3*

Came here for a stag in March so wasn't that busy but still a great atmosphere, helped by the friendly staff, Andre always had a smile and was happy to help.
Food was quite decent, some dishes better than others, drinks less so - a more refreshing orange juice would have been welcomed with the nights we had.
Rooms were decent size, tidy and manageable, beds comfy enough as well.
Good laugh with the locals and a great 4 days, would stay here again if I went back to Benidorm.

Not worth the money. Terrible food and not all inclusive as you have to pay after 8pm at the bar. We went for a friend's 30th on paddy's day and wasn't the party atmosphere we thought it would be although it wasn't very busy any where else so thus could be why. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and had c0mfy beds.
