My mom and I rented good bikes overhere. The bikes were cheap and comfortable. The people who rented out the bikes were helpful and I would definitely recommend people to rent overhere.

Recomiendo reviséis las bicis y tandems antes de salir no están en buen estado. Otra cosa: publicitan un precio en la web, acudes allí y el precio es otro. Deberían revisar también la web. No estoy nada contenta con su servicio. Espero subsanen

Llamamos por teléfono y nos dice que vayamos que alguna opción hay (4 adultos y una niña). Vamos y la tienda cerrada con llave, el empleado se levanta del bar.nos hace el favor de alquilarnos las bicis 2 horas por el mismo precio que 3 porque cierra a las 8, bueno.le.pedimos dos tándem y nos dice ummm tándem nose, ah si este pero no tengo llave.ninguna gana ni propósito de vender nada

Alquilamos 4 bicis i estaban destrozadas se le salía la cadena a una a la otra el cambio cambiaba mal saltaba i parecía que se iba a desmontar I mala atención por el empleado no volveremos

The Scooter itself was okay. But we haven't got any instructions so we didn't know that the battery life depends on your weight and how fast you drive. The conclusion was that we had to drive with 5km/h in the end (rent was for 3h) because the battery died almost completely.
We asked the shop owner for a small discount but he got kinda angry. So good price but the service should be better.

We rented two electric scooters on the 24th of juli for 3 hours. In the contract stood that they delivered them fully charged. They showed us a document that said that the time the battery last depends on the speed. The battery life is indicated with four lights. 1 Light was 25% and 4 where 100%. We thought it was odd that there was only one light burning, we thought however that we didn't see it correctly. After using them for 20 minutes at normal speeds, they where both empty and we realised that we had to walk all the way back. When we finally returned after 30 minutes, we explained the situation to the store owner. We thought it was just a mistake and asked for new scooters or a refund because they weren't charged properly. The owner however reacted unsympathetic and got angry. He told us that they were fully charged and that we didn't use them correctly. After an argument during which he said that we couldn't get a full refund and we couldn't get free scooters we left because it took too much time.

This place might be a cheap place to rent scooters or bikes but we recommend to spend a little bit of extra money to go to a proper rental shop where they offer good service and there's no scamming activity.

Everything was fine, nice and friendly contact! Bikes were really good. We rent two bikes for 3 hours and were told its no problem if we give them back an hour later than booked.

I had several problems with the stem of my vintage road bike that I had been trying to solve for a while without any luck. Alessandro was incredibly helpful. He identified the problem, found a cheap replacement for the broken part, and returned the bike to me in great condition. It was also easily the cheapest bike repair I’ve ever had—something that would have cost at least double or triple what I was charged elsewhere. I brought my bike in again a few weeks later for a problem with the axle of the crankset. Again, Alessandro provided fast, cheap and reliable service.

My bike is now in great condition, and I’ll definitely be back for any other issues come up. Many thanks!
