Ayer alquilamos bicicletas de turismo en Bikealao Maritim y fuimos en bicicleta hasta El Palmar y regresamos por la playa. Acceso súper fácil desde la tienda al carril bici. Pedro fue increíble. Llegó temprano para prepararnos las bicicletas, nos proporcionó un parche de neumáticos de emergencia y un kit de bomba, candados, luces, todo complementario. Las bicicletas eran cómodas, fáciles de manejar y estaban en buen estado. El precio era correcto y más barato que el que encontramos en el casco antiguo. 14 euros por 24 horas. También alquilan scooters que también probaré alguna vez. Las mejores notas para esta tienda. ¡Definitivamente volvería a alquilarles!

Conseguí una buena bicicleta para 4 días. Todo funcionó muy bien y también pude hacer viajes más largos por los alrededores de Valencia.

Alquilamos 4 bicicletas de la empresa. Por la noche sólo pudimos solucionar el cierre en la calle. Al tercer día, robaron una de las bicicletas. La empresa de alquiler fue muy receptiva y servicial. Nos recomendaron una bicicleta de repuesto y finalmente pudimos hablar con ellos sobre esta desagradable situación.

Impresionante experiencia, muy recomendable! Estábamos en un crucero, llegamos a la tienda a las 10 a.m. Y nos dejaron a las 2 p.m. Exploró el sendero del espacio verde, un sendero exclusivo para caminar y andar en bicicleta que es apto para scooters.

Mi novio y yo alquilamos 2 bicicletas urbanas durante 2 semanas por 80 € cada una, lo cual es una ganga. Excelente relación calidad-precio y excelente método de transporte en Valencia, especialmente para ir a la playa. El personal fue muy servicial y recomendaría alquilar desde aquí a cualquiera.

Alquiler barato y sencillo.reservamos on line y cuando llegamos en 5 min teníamos las bicis y todo listo.

The scooters offer a unique travel experience with them reaching a speed up to 25km/h. The bikes and scooters are comfortable to use for long distance travel.

Gran experiencia de principio a fin. Coordinaron nuestra llegada en un crucero que nos tenía un poco preocupados debido a nuestra hora de llegada a las 13: 00 y la tienda cerraba a las 14: 00 para la siesta. Nos aseguraron que nos esperarían. Pudimos caminar hasta la tienda con suficiente tiempo (nuestro barco llegó temprano) y tenían bicicletas listas y esperando. Las bicicletas estaban en perfecto estado y funcionaban perfectamente. Valencia es un gran lugar para andar en bicicleta, pero está muy concurrido en algunos lugares. En general, ¡no hay quejas ni problemas con BikeAlao! Lo recomendaría altamente.

Muy satisfecho con el servicio. Las bicicletas estaban en buenas condiciones. Pedimos la bicicleta con anticipación y todo estuvo bien.

A great company to hire a bike or scooter from the owners and staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble i would highly recommend hiring from them and will be hiring again when in Valencia later in the year

Terrible, made reservations and asked clearly about insurance. Upon arrival there was no insurance and had to sign that everything that happened was at our own cost including 250 euros per bike in case they got stolen.

Recently, a family of six from the UK came to visit me in Valencia at short notice. Bikealao were brilliant, sourcing seven well-serviced bikes at very short notice! We cycled to Arts and Sciences, then up to El Carmen and Ciutat Vella before cycling back to the Monteolivete shop. It made for a terrific day out and everyone had a great day at a very reasonable price, €10 per bike. Would not hesitate to recommend them, super friendly and super professional!

Super easy rental. Made a reservation by email a day before arriving in Valencia. Frustrating part of the e-scooter is that it needed to be charged often, which limits how far you can go without asking a bar/restaurant for a plug to recharge. Otherwise a great way to get around the city!

Friendly people, friendly prices. I lost one of my E-scooters and the guy was very relaxed about it and helped me fix it. The E-scooters worked very good and it is such a fun way to travel around the city! Thank you so much:)

Great bike rental service from BikeAlao. The shop is ideally situated for a ride along beaches to the north and south of Valencia city.

Very good bikes, amazing service and prices are cheaper then in the other stores. Also they opened during a weekend which is rare for Spain. Highly recommendable.
