BikeAlao Ruzafa - Bike and E-scooter Rental

El staff es muy amigable. Pero asegúrese de exigir mechones grandes y buenos. Sólo conseguimos una pequeña cerradura que no se podía conectar a un poste o algo similar. Así que sólo pudimos conectar el candado a un objeto sólido. La bicicleta fue robada. Después nos dijeron que teníamos que bloquear la rueda delantera (la rueda delantera era aún más fácil de robar). Mucho tiempo con la policía y mucho dinero perdido, según el contrato.
En Valencia la mayoría de bicicletas tienen doble y triple seguridad.
Lamentablemente no se explicó lo suficiente y el bloqueo era una lástima.

Personal joven y amable, pero las bicicletas no reciben mantenimiento con regularidad. Tuvimos que probar algunos para elegir algunos con frenos que funcionaran, también fue necesario realizar algunos ajustes menores en los cambios. Era la empresa de alquiler más cercana a nuestro hotel, pero la próxima vez preferiría elegir alguna empresa de alquiler en el centro, los precios son más bajos y las bicicletas más nuevas.

El personal es amable y servicial, pero parece que realmente no saben cómo cuidar estas bicicletas (cómo ajustar el asiento, etc.)
La calidad de las bicicletas no es demasiado buena; Antes de conseguir 2 buenos, tuvimos que probar algunos de ellos. La mayoría de las bicicletas tienen problemas con los frenos.

Alquiler de bicicletas sencillo y económico. Las bicicletas están bien para usarlas en la ciudad.

Bicicletas alquiladas esta mañana. Muy amigable. Poder contactarlos. Muy comprensivo y muy cerca del Parque de las Ciencias, perfecto para un ciclista nervioso como yo. Precioso parque para andar en bicicleta. Teníamos una hija enferma en casa, así que no estuvimos fuera por mucho tiempo, pero lo que vimos fueron bicicletas preciosas y muy cómodas.

Cerca del puerto, alquilamos 3 bicicletas con candado para visitar Valencia por nuestra cuenta. Recomendado

La bicicleta alquilada era de buena calidad y estaba bien mantenida. El personal era amable y servicial.

A very good place to rent bikes!
they have several new and stable bycicles and electric stuff too.you can rent accessories as well for + 1 eur, or so.they always provide spare tires and/or rescue insurance in case you are in trouble.i have never been in any, though.the staff is pro and kind.i strongly recommend to anyone, to families with kids, and/or for tours, for visiting some good restaurants in Pinedo, or for whatever reasons!

Excellent bikes with proper locks. Very friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend them. We were there for a few days and came unannounced, no problem and offered many solutions to our needs. There was four of us.

Cogimos bicicletas de ciudad para un dia y estaba en buenas condiciones y funcionaban bien. Lo unico a destacar es que el sillin es un poco duro y a partir de los 49 mints de paseo se hace incomodo. El precio es correcto, nos costó 10€, 24 horas.

This place is great! I’ve used their services every time I visit Valencia. Everyone working here is supremely kind and helpful; I went on a tour guided by Chris, one of the owners, and it was both a great way to see the city and very informative. I’ve also rented bikes from them in a large group and their service is impeccable. I highly recommend BikeAlao.

Very good service and friendly people. We have rented 4 bikes and all were great. When we are back in Valencia we also will be back here for the bikes!

Booked a day in advance and collected the following morning. Hired for a half day. Plenty of cycle/scooter paths around the city so it's a safe way to get around.

Nice man helped us out. He was very kind and helpful. We were glad he spoke English. The bikes were great bikes. We went here because the had a bike to fit my 11 year old. Good prices.

We needed a child bike, adult bike with an infant seat and an electric scooter, and this place had everything we needed. The lady in the shop was very lovely and helpful. We had a fun afternoon cycling and riding through the parks of Valencia! Would definitely come back!

Really friendly staff and no problems at all when hiring or returning the scooters. We hired 4 scooters for a day to get to the beach and back. Made the journey much quicker as there are cycle tracks all the way to the beach which you can use on the scooters.

We rented E-scooters for a group of eleven for half a day. I would say it is one of the best ways to discover the city. The scooters can go quite fast (25 km/h) and are easy to ride. Rental prices are very good compared to other rentals we found in the city.

If you’re just going to scoot all the time without taking long breaks, as we did, I wouldn’t recommend renting them for longer than half a day since the batteries last about 4 hours (although some of us who wanted to go on were given replacement scooters when we came back in the store, which was awesome).

Totally recommend BikeAlao, they are very friendly and helpful, they set up a City tour for us the day after we missed the one we had booked, due to our late arrival. The tour was a great introduction to Valencia and John the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The bikes were very comfortable and perfect for getting around on. Hope to be back soon!

By far, one of our favorite memories of Valencia! We did the horchata de chufa bike tour and rode through the city, beach, farm, village. Our guide was great, even with a flat tire! The ride was very doable with our kids. Learned and saw so many things we wouldn’t have if we weren’t on bikes - recommend highly if you are in the area!

Ci siamo divertiti un mondo con gli e- scooter eravamo così contenti come due bambini.molto facile da guidare, molto pratico perché puoi andare ovunque meglio che in bici e poi ti giri tutta la città senza stancarti troppo. é stata una bellissima esperienza.molto gentile il signore con la barba che lavora la‘!
