Blacktower Financial Management in Alicante

Terrible service. Take money from my pension fund but didn't tell me that my advisor left 9 months ago so nobody looking after my pension. When I found out and complained was told lies and til now still nobody looking after my pension. Looking for another company as cannot trust Blacktower!

Seriously, if I could leave -5 stars then i would. I have since found a much better advisor in Javea and will not be recommending black tower.

As we live in Spain we had to use a financial adviser who lived and worked in Spain although our pension was in the UK. Richard at Blacktower was recommended to me and we were very grateful that he was. Richard was always there with advise when we needed it.

Christina Brady and Susan Ellis really know their stuff, they both helped me so much, Christina gave me excellent advice, and helped me move my pension from a company that was going to charge me lots of penalties to one that doesn't. Sue was constantly chasing my old pension company for me and helping me with all the obstacles they kept trying to put in my way. I would highly recommend them both.

We have dealt with Dave Diggle since since July 2014 and we cannot recommend him highly enough. With perseverance and determination he came and sorted a very problematic UK pension release for us. Since then he has looked at our savings and arranged tax efficient bonds for us, whereas our money was making nothing previously due to the poor interest rates, we are now able to have a good income from our investments. Dave is always ready to handle any questions, quickly and efficiently. We like the fact that we see him face to face when needed and we are not dealing with a voice at the end of the phone. He always carries out any dealings we have with him with the utmost professionalism and good humour. "

Unqualified advisers flogging overpriced tat to line their own pockets. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. Avoid!

Promised several call backs after my initial enquiry and after eventually contacting me and finding out I was with someone else, they promptly hung up the phone. Not overly impressed to be honest and glad I didnt use them.

If I could leave -10 stars I would, 1 name "DENNIS RADFORD" Don't ever trust a company that would employ a person like this.
