Estábamos buscando bicicletas de alquiler en Alicante y después de una terrible experiencia con otra tienda de bicicletas, por suerte encontramos a Juan y su Blue Bike Rental & Tours y alquilamos dos bicicletas (una eléctrica y otra estándar) para nuestra estancia de una semana. Ambas bicicletas estaban en perfecto estado.
Juan es súper amable, da muchos consejos y recomendaciones y, sobre todo, te brinda la mejor bicicleta para ti. Tiene una variedad de bicicletas y tamaños diferentes, y hace la mejor opción para ti.
También hicimos el tour en bicicleta por Alicante y fue maravilloso.

De vacaciones en Alicante con mi flia nos cruzamos un montón de turistas que iban en bicis y monopatines que decían Blue Bike así que los buscamos por GPS y nos acercamos a la oficina a averiguar, excelente atención el chico nos asesoro con lo que alquilamos cada uno, en funcionamiento y seguridad, y tmb nos ofreció un tour, un genio! La pasamos genial! Super recomendable para todas las edades.

Fuimos con un grupo de franceses y lo pasamos genial! Los guías son muy simpáticos y explican algunas de las leyendas principales de la ciudad de Alicante. Muy recomendable incluso si eres nativo.

Good bikes, had a fun day! We got a map for biking tours and recommendations. Affordalbe! Bikes are allowed on trams, so you can hop on and off with a tram ticket.

Very good service, bikes in great condition. Workers or owner with good english witch is not that obvious in Spain.

Hired a bike for the day to visit San Juan and Parc el palmerar, ran smoothly for a very reasonable price. I would advise booking ahead as they do get very busy even out of peak season.

Did the XXL Tour this morning, and it was excellent. We met up at their premises and received a warm welcome from Juan and our guide, Miriam. We had hired e-bikes (only 5€ extra), mainly to see what they were like, but after a while we turned off our batteries because the route was 99% flat. The bikes were in good nick, and my saddle was the most comfortable I have ever sat on.
Miriam was the ideal guide to Alicante, combining encyclopedic knowledge with patience, charm, a sense of humour and obvious affection for her adopted hometown.
We saw and learned a lot today, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blue Bike to anyone looking for a fun and chilled introduction to Alicante.

Caminando por las calles del casto antiguo de alicante se encuentra este increible rentabike, alquilamos bicicletas electricas y con las recomemdaciones de juan (dueño). Hemos visitado gran parte de alicante y sobre llegamos a el palmeral facilmente por sus carriles para bicicletas.sin duda repetiremos si volvemos.gracias.

A good friendly service and bikes worked well but choose a bike with a chain guard as my wife ended up with black oil on her light jeans.
We did not do a bike tour but hired the bikes for a day ourselves doing to the two runs going along coast in both directions. South went to a park but half of it was along a busy carriage way but the final park destination was pleasant. We then went north a bit and again a bit busy. Unfortunately we did not get to go further as advised by putting the bikes on a tram because we ran out of time.
All in all the experience was okay but we did not feel Alicante is the best place for cycling. The tours around town are probably much more fun.

Great friendly service from Juan, good price and the bike was in good condition. You got a lock, lights and puncture repair tube of gunge, included in the price. I had the bike for 3 days and went miles on it. Great way to see Alicante and the surrounding countryside / towns.

We rented two blue bikes with kid's seats for three days and this was really an added value for our short city trip with young kids. Our mobility increased a lot. We could do longer distances in a shorter period of time (while working out ;-). We biked to Playa San Juan (quite a challenge), las palmitas parc, MARQ (really cool museum), the beaches nearby, our Airbnb for naps, Our bikes made our vacation various and interesting.
The owners of Blue bikes are relaxed, flexible and no-nonsense. They can be reached through whatsapp, which is convenient. Recommended!
