Desde el momento en que entramos, el personal fue muy servicial y no se sintió empujado ni presionado. Nos ofrecieron un excelente intercambio de piezas y compramos un auto encantador. Hicieron todo el papeleo por nosotros e incluso acordaron llevar el auto a Corvera, donde guardamos nuestro auto viejo y lo cambiamos, listo para nuestro regreso. He estado en contacto desde entonces y han sido de gran ayuda. No me puedo quejar del servicio que he recibido y los recomiendo altamente. Primera clase .

Siane tampoco decepcionó, ¡¡el auto fue revisado y funciona como un sueño.
Recomiendo ampliamente Autos Direct a cualquiera que quiera comprar un automóvil usado; todo el proceso, desde el inicio hasta el manejo del automóvil nuevo, sin duda cumple con los estándares del concesionario, según mi experiencia en la compra de automóviles en el Reino Unido.

After my review regarding the aftersales service of a female staff member, Paul the owner contacted myself personally regarding the review. He was totally un aware of my problem. Credit where credit is due he offered to come and see myself and look at the car. He immediately offered to rectify the problem and took car away and repaired the paintwork also replaced my back windscreen wiper and a new tyre valve free gratis. The car in itself has been a excellent and very reliable so if you purchase a car from Autos Direct and have any problems i would contact Paul as he takes his business seriously. We live in the UK with a 2nd home recently purched in Alicante Spain. Nervous to purchase our 1st car abroad. We did lots of research into cars to buy and where from. We wanted a second hand car.
Autos Direct were Fantastic. Great customer service and so helpful to fill our requirements.
After 6 months our car broke down, this was no fault to Auto cars, these things can happen, especially during a pandemic when your car is rarely driven and we live in the UK. The after service was 100%. Auto cars took care of us and took our car for repair and provided us a courtesy car.

Having called them initially to show my interest in the car, on my arrival the car was on display and ready for me to inspect. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. The car I purchased had a few teething problems but these were dealt with effectively by Kevin and his team. It is almost perfect, I went to the Bosch workshop and they are attentive but the last step is missing, to be decisive. A workshop are solutions given by the workshop itself, not the customer.

Only recently bought our car (July) and we were quite apprehensive about buying on line and in Spain, as second hand cars are very expensive. However, we have a had a good experience with AutoDirect, Steve met us at the airport, took us to see car and everything in place for us. Car was lovely but after 2 weeks it failed to start one morning and we were naturally worried. We rang AutoDirect, and a very efficient Zoe guided us through the recovery process, the car was taken back to the garage. It was the alternator, which was replaced immediately and car returned to us. The after sales was first class and I believe this is very important.

Up to now, I'm a very happy customer.

What a fantastic garage. Finally a true British feel garage in Spain. After endless problems with local garages I was recommended to try Bosch at San Miguel, I met Zoe a very friendly lady who advised me a diagnostic should help identify the issue, within the first hour they diagnosed an electrical fault and re-booked the car for the end of last week for parts to be fitted. The appointment was on time (a first for Spain!) and the work completed in less than two hours. I was shown the old parts to see the horrendous condition, a nice touch I must add. Pricing great, you pay for what you get, couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Aircon regas recently done on my vehicle, quick and efficient service, competitively priced at €58.

Llevé el coche para ponerle un simple radio cd. Pues el resultado fué que no le conectaron el cable que memoriza la musica ni las emisoras. Y lo peor, al desmontar el difusor de aire del coche rompieron dos pestañas y zurria de ruido que no veas. Conclusión, no vuelvo. De precio no hablo si no lloramos todos.
