No devuelven el dinero.mal.

Me dicen que emiten vale que puede usarse en un año.

Pero cuando compras algo y lo devuelves. Lo que quieres es tu dinero.no que me obliguen a gastarlo en su tienda. Por que quieran incumplir la ley de devoluciones y desestimiento. Que tenemos como compradores.
Si un producto no es correcto. Y se devuelve.pues devuelves el dinero.
No tengo por qué dejar mi dinero ahí.
Es lo normal.
Eso de los vales para no perder el dinero de la venta. Hace que no volvamos más y hablemos así de ellos.
Y aún tienen más que callar.

Yo también hice compra de tornillos y no me valían la medida que me dieron ellos.y no me devolvieron el dinero.si algo no me vale. Quiero mi dinero.así de fácil. Tiene razón el anterior comprador.

I saw this when he assessed my situation (making multiple visits) and told me what solutions were available. Unlike other individuals of questionable social and moral standing, he always explained how some materials did not require replacement. He was always right. I know persons that have used Bricoclima SL for many decades and my experience with Rafa only confirms their positive outlook. Thank you Rafa and Bricoclima team.

Tienen de todo, es una de esas ferreterías donde puedes pasar un buen rato y llevarte muchas cosas porque hay un montón de buenos productos. Son muy amables y siempre serviciales.

Es la ferretería de toda la vida, dónde se va con confianza, y te aconsejan y te venden lo mejor.

Sorprende que en un local de pueblo puedas encontrar tantas materiales que cuestan encontrar en grandes almacenes, no obstante lo mejor es su servicio, su personal te da soluciones de pequeños problemas que hacemos grandes en casa.

18 months ago I bought a pellet burner from this company and they installed it in my home. I have now just discovered that they removed part of the structural wall holding up the chimney between my house and my neighbours! I asked the company to mend the wall, remove the fire and give me a refund.perfectly reasonable I thought.but I then received an estimate from the company for 500 euros to repair the damage! Unbelievable! So my advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
