Café del Duende

Gran espectáculo, mucha alma en la actuación, gran ambiente. La única queja que tengo es que su horario en el sitio web figuraba a las 22: 00 pero el espectáculo comenzó alrededor de las 21: 30. CASI nos lo perdimos (¡sería una pena!) aunque pensamos que llegamos 40 minutos antes. Por favor enumere su horario correctamente. De lo contrario, nos lo pasamos de maravilla!

El lugar es realmente agradable y acogedor con un muy buen cantante y bailarines, no sirven comida, pero en el boleto, que cuesta 15 euros, obtienes una bebida.

¡Fuimos a la noche de flamenco del jueves y fue excepcional! Artistas tan increíbles. Además, la entrada costaba solo 15€ e incluía una bebida ¡Y había aire acondicionado!

¡¡¡Hermoso lugar! ¡Los artistas son geniales! Es mejor tomar un lugar en la fila una hora antes del inicio.

Very cool bar and the staff are amazing! Especially Diana who made our evening! Definitely worth a visit when in Valencia!

Un local con mucha pasión y mucho arte que puede parecer que está hecho para extranjeros pero eso es porque los españoles deberíamos aprender a valorar nuestras raíces y nuestro arte como lo hacen fuera de nuestras fronteras. Sitio acogedor donde disfrutar de una copa viendo música en directo y todo el arte que derrochan esos artistas.

Ayer fui por primera vez a este tablao.
Y mi comentario no puede ser otro que el de un ¡OLÉ! Bien grande para los artistas, tanto al cante, como bailaores como el toque de Paco Costa.
Y otro ¡OLE! Para los empleados de la sala.

Amazing experience! Very bohemian, passionate artists, is small but that also adds to a very cool atmosphere. Get there early so you can get a good seat.

Te sientes un privilegiado al estar tan próximo a los artistas.
Es toda una experiencia compartir con personas a las que nada te une, la sesión flamenca, vibrando y sintiéndose parte de un todo.
Al final una vez vuelto en ti, descubres la sensación placentera que produce el tiempo vivido en armonía.
Además te llevas la sonrisa y atención de su personal.

Tablao con solera donde ver buen flamenco en Valencia. Un poco caluroso, eso sí, pero la experiencia vale la pena

Los espectáculos y los artistas son de diez espectaculares, lo negativo, vino malo y ninguna opción de tapeo, ni unas papas, podrían copiar algo del arte de los tabancos.
Se ha hecho muy para guiris, olvidando a los de aquí.

A very special night for only 15€ (drink included). I found it very special to see how passionated and supporting the members of the ‘band’ were towards each other. They hyped each other up and were really a group from what I could see. The gitarist was exceptional, as was the solo of the male flamenco dancers!

Un local con encanto, pero no me gustó que éramos 3 y nos pusieron en una mesa de 10, como es chiquito nos mezclan a todos. Hay que ir con antelación para coger buen sitio ya que paga igual el que primera fila que el que está de pie en un un rincón. Lo mejor el espectáculo y sobre todo Javi Calderon y Manuela la bailaora.
Creo que ha habido un mal entendido, no nos incomodó compartir mesa, pero sí nos sorprendió. Estuvimos bien y nos gustó, volveremos.

Très bon spectacle de flamenco ce dimanche. La salle est petite on est donc très proche des artistes. Il faut réellement être en avance pour avoir une place

As it was 38 degrees outside, I thought there wouldn’t be too many people but the place certainly filled up! Met some delightful people in the (short) line and ended up sitting with them. Got great seats as we were nearly the first people there. Yes, doors open one hour before showtime. So enjoy your included drink and meet the people around you!

I always thought flamenco was about the female dancer. But tonight I was stunned by the guitarist, the singer, the male dancer—it was all amazing. There was a family there with two-year-old twins and six year old girls and they were all completely mesmerized.

Remember there is no food served here. So don’t come hungry!

I live in Valencia and will definitely be back again.

Potenzialmente promettente. Inammissibile che dopo il covid ancora non prendano le prenotazioni. (che poi prendono perché c'era una scuola di lingua che ha riservato preticamente il locale) inoltre piuttosto scortese il signore all'ingresso. Il ragazzo con gli occhi azzurri gentilissimo solo per lui le 2 stelle

Le groupe composé d'une danseuse, d'un danseur, d'un chanteur et d'un guitariste exceptionnel, ils vivent le flamenco et le font partager, c'est génial. Nous avons passé une soirée inoubliable. La sangria est délicieuse. Accueil chaleureux. Je vous recommande d'y aller, le café étant intimiste et petit, prévoyez de venir au moins une heure avant pour avoir de bonnes places. Merci beaucoup pour ce moment de flamenco.

First flamenco show and I loved it! While the host only spoke in Spanish you could still pick up on some of the jokes and of course the uplifting energy. The show times on the website are not up to date though! Check with the Cafe directly or be prepared to be flexible about show times.

Muy buen espectáculo de Flamenco en vivo. Muy recomendado pero.se requiere hacer larga fila, no aceptan reservas, va incluida una bebida pero es de mala calidad (sangría que era medio vaso de hielo y medio de vino y agua, sin fruta). Es muy pequeño entonces te sientan personas desconocidas en tu mesa o si llegas tarde y puedes entrar, te toca en una mesa con personas desconocidas.

The show is absolutely astonishing! We were lucky to get there before the opening. The queue was too big to accommodate everyone at once, so they had to split the queue on two batches.

Due to covid, patrons numbers have dropped and prices have gone up to 15 euros including a drink. But its still worth supporting as the small stage, cosy atmosphere allows one to enjoy the performance up close.

My personal highlight of two days in Valencia.

You should get here between 30 to 60 minutes before the show starts. This might be only true for off-season though! In my case I came around 21: 15 for the 22: 00 show, waited in line and the place was already filled 3/4 once I entered.

Price is 15€ and includes a drink (beer, wine, sangria, martini, so rather "small" drinks).

I never really liked dance performances, but todays group changed my mind. I couldn't stop myself from being fascinated, it was absolutely stunning. The music, the steps, the turns, the voices. I didn't understand a word and still got a feeling what all of it was about.

I absolutely recommend!

Pour aller voir ou découvrir du flamenco, c'est un endroit incontournable. Prévoir 12€ pour l'entrée en novembre 2018: cela comprend une boisson. Le personnel est très peu cordial: l'amabilité est à revoir.

Siamo andati in questo piccolo locale. Consigliamo di arrivare un'oretta prima e mettersi in fila perché non prendono prenotazioni per i tavoli. Abbiamo visto uno spettacolo di flamenco e ascoltato canzoni. Compreso negli €. 12 una consumazione. Consigliato!

Una tappa obbligata per assistere a un coinvolgente spettacolo di flamenco a Valencia. Molto bella l'idea di far condividere i tavoli con gli altri clienti.

Local acogedor, acudimos un día de actuación y fue todo un espectáculo, muy recomendable de ver.
El local es pequeño, aunque limitan el aforo hay aforo sin silla, de pie junto a la barra. Recomendamos ir con media hora de antelación a la apertura de puerta para asegurarse sitio. Fuimos en un par de ocasiones tras la hora de apertura de puerta y ya no pudimos entrar.
La entrada incluye consumición.
Hay sitios con mesa y sitios en taburete.

Pura magia, un espectáculo flamenco increíble. La gente que atiende encantadora, cita obligada en Valencia.

La entrada valia 10 € y incluido una bebida. Es un local pequeño no aceptan reservas, hay que llamar antes de ir por el horario y hay que ir unos media hora antes de la hora que empieza el espectáculo. Siempre hay cola en la puerta para entrar. He ido 2 veces y me encanto.

REAL authentic flemenco dance here! Loved the show, very intense performance. Get in line outside about 30-60 min before show starts to be able to get in and get a seat. Served Sangria (one free with ticket) and other bar beverages. Very cozy place. A must-do when in Valencia.

Me encantan los espectáculos de flamenco de este sitio. Siempre son diferentes. Al ser un sitio pequeño es un ambiente muy intimista lo cual convierte los espectáculos en toda una experiencia. Eso sí, siempre hay mucha gente así que vas algo apretado pero es parte del encanto de este sitio tan auténtico.

Great show. But sound could be better. I am being picky. It was my best experience inn Valencia though. I really reckomend It if you like music. Come early for tickets. Then stick around the area. A new line forms closer to the start of the show. And if early you get chairs and table infront of stage, instead of standing in the back.
