Me encantó . Cómo una tarta deliciosa de manzana. Y un te caliente delicioso de frutos rojos riquísimo con frutillas.

Todo riquísimo. Nos sorprendió muchísimo (a bien) lo majo que fue el camarero, súper cercano y amable.
Totalmente recomendado.

Tuvimos un almuerzo maravilloso con el menú del día. Sabores abundantes, sabrosos y armoniosos. ¡Seguro que volveremos!

¡Un lugar realmente agradable y acogedor con la comida vegana más deliciosa! ¡El alioli fue el mejor que he probado y la tortilla sabía como si fuera real! ¡También comimos curry y chili que tenían un sabor completo increíble! 10/10 totalmente recomendable!

Great vegan food made with care. We ordered “menu del día” for 13.5€. That included a starter, the main course and a coffee/dessert. The curry was amazing! So was the apple pie. I’m definitely coming back for more. Plus the service was great.

El local es pequeño pero acogedor. Todo lo que hemos probado hasta ahora (la tortilla de patatas, la bruschetta, las tartas, etc.) está buenísimo.
Hemos ido esta mañana a desayunar/almorzar y, a pesar de que el local se ha llenado porque ha entrado un grupo grande, nos han atendido enseguida y han podido gestionar bien los tiempos.
Totalmente recomendable y prácticamente obligatorio si eres vegan@

On a trip to València in December 2022, I went to Café Madrigal twice with my friend on our 5-day trip. It was so good I would’ve eaten there every day. We ate both outside, where they gave us blankets to stay warm, and inside. The food was incredible, the spot was cute, and the people were so kind! The food was homemade and such good quality, just like my mom’s cooking. Oh how I wish I lived in Valencia!

Best Café I've been to in Valencia so far. Lovely staff, the orange juice was amazingly good, I also recommend the avocado toast.

Lovely to see a vegan cafe in Valencia! We had the Spanish Omelette, Bruschetta, Chilli and Faux gras. Considering I was the only vegan it really impressed my parents and boyfriend! Only thing was the cookie was a bit dry, but maybe because it was gluten free flour? (But good they offer gf things) Lots of options, friendly staff too who offered to speak some basic Spanish with me as I’m learning (really appreciated that) ️

Amazing place! They are super down to earth here and the food is wonderful. Loved the staff too, they’re always really kind and helpful. Really glad I lived right by this little gem in Valencia!

Lovely vegan food in a quiet little spot, with very friendly staff.

After a hot and bothered march from the train station, we found this oasis of calm and delicious food. An all vegan menu, but food that anyone would enjoy. Our waiter was lovely, was able to communicate with us in English and helped us with our Spanish pronunciation. Delighted to have stopped off here on our trip.

Vegetariano de Ruzafa. Se notaba que todo estaba hecho con mimo y esfuerzo, pero no fueron platos muy de mi agrado.

Want to like this place but after sitting for 10 minutes the waiter thought it was more important to clean tables except the dirty one we were sitting at and waiting to order at. He didn’t seem to care when we got up to leave. Sadly many servers still don’t get it and the owners don’t train them. We won’t return as there are numerous other places close by.

Este lugar es lindísimo, el servicio súper atento y amigable, y además se come delicioso! He ido ya 3-4 veces y volveré! La tarta de manzana es top! La de zanahoria también excelente. Y los garbanzos curry espectaculares! Muy recomendados para los veganos y no veganos

Tiny, strictly vegan cafe. Everything on the menu is quickly metabolized into sugars. Limited menu items: Bread, potatoes, rice, tofu, starchy vegetables, chick peas, desserts. I couldn't find one non-starch carb dish to eat. Fine for some. Not for me.

Me encantó el sitio, es pequeño, pero bonito. Fuimos al tapeo vegano de la ruta y genial. El mejor de los 3 que visitamos sin duda fue este, se nota que saben lo que hacen porque todo su menú es vegano. Las 3 tapas que tenían todas estaban muy buenas y distintas entre sí. La porción no era mala, creo que era justa para el precio. Tenían variedad de cervezas y la atención fue buena y rápida!

He conocido este lugar gracias a la Ruta de la Tapa Vegana 2020 y me ha encantado. Las tapas estaban riquísimas y muy elaboradas. Volveré para probar más cositas de la carta, ya que seguro que también está todo muy rico.

Me encanta esta cafetería en el corazón de ruzafa. Tanto el café, como los postres o los platos principales a la hora de comer son deliciosos. Y todo vegano, la mejor tortilla de patata vegana la he comido ahí.

Food is homemade and delicious, and the guys who works there are always super friendly and welcoming.
They have seating outise with cute colourful lamps and comfortable cushions too.
Their chocolate gluten free cake is to die for!

Me encanta este lugar. Es precioso, consciente de su papel en la lucha contra el maltrato animal y el hambre en el mundo. Recomiendo muchísimo la tortilla de patatas, siempre que paso me como 2 raciones. El alioli es espectacular. Sin duda volveré cuando regrese a Valencia. Y los precios están muy bien.

Very tasty vegan food! Only Few dishes but perfectly arranged, the cakes are fantastic! Didnt like the zucchini spaghetti though:/ other stuff is perfect! On the pricy side but worth a visit!

Que rico y sano se come en Café Madrigal. Gazpacho de sandía con una copa de Nox Blanco de Bodegas Pinord y de segundo curry rojo de garbanzos con verduras y arroz basmati integral. Exquisito!

This was a totally new experience for me. I would never think about going to a vegan cafe back home but thought what the hell it's good to experience different foods. The owner is so friendly and warm and the food was so delicious! Very healthy and filling!

Notre premier restaurant Vegan. Il n'y en a pas beaucoup à Valencia. Nous sommes plutôt flexitarien, mais nous souhaitions goûter. La quiche au tofu grillé est bonne, la pâte s'émiette beaucoup, mais logique, il n'y a pas d'œufs pour la tenir. Le curry de pois chiches avec riz basmati délicieux et bien relevé. Le gâteau au chocolat et aux amandes un peu sec, j'avoue.
Le patron fait à la fois le service et la cuisine, et son accueil est sympathique. Enfin les prix sont très abordables

Well worth seeking out. The menu is very clear and well explained. The amount of dishes on offer suits the size and logistics of the establishment.

The vegan Spanish omelette is spectacular! Try the smoked tofu and tomato toast. The breakfast all included offer is extremely reasonably priced.

Forget about the other vegan places in town - most with odd Nordic-sounding names and all offering options so bland that they could convince a PETA activist to finish the night at a burger king, and come to this little hidden gem that is Madrigal. Located on Puerto Rico slightly off the hustle and bustle of Cuba street, the few dishes cooked religiously by the chef will convince you of two things: vegan food can genuinely make you happy and the planet will be saved one Madrigal at a time.

I strongly recommend this small Cafe for its delicious tapas and sweets, perfect espresso and kind owner and stuff. Perfect for breakfast, lunch time or a small chat with Willy.

Freshly cooked, tasty vegan dishes with influences from around the world. Some dishes are incredible - the vegan potato tortilla was amazing, light and fluffy like an egg tortilla. Nearly everyone in our group of 6 chose the red curry as a main which was delicious.

6 stars! Best vegan meal we have had in Valencia. The German potato salad with smoked tofu followed by the red curry with garbanzo beans had us convinced that we had discovered a restaurant that will be high on our favorites list. With subtle flavors the not overly sweet apple cake settled Café Madrigal comfortably at the top of our list.

Hermoso cafe, ubicado a unos pasitos del resto de locales de Ruzafa. Es barato y la comida es muy buena! No soy vegano pero voy seguido por que no siento que le falte nada! El queso marinado es una pasada! Y la tortilla de papas me sorprendió! (No tiene huevo) Siempre que voy recibo un trato muy amigable. Os recomiendo ir!

Es un local súper acogedor, y también tiene terraza. El servicio es magnífico y nos atendieron enseguida. Además, teníamos dudas sobre cuántos platos pedir y nos recomendaron muy bien. La carta es pequeñita pero muy variada, y además la cambian frecuentemente. Todos los platos son veganos y están riquísimos. En resumen, es un sitio muy recomendable al que ir. Yo he ido a cenar, y sin duda repetiría.
