Customer Service is a disgrace, Manager Huster considers that it is a privilege to be a customer! Staff training is woeful, requires new manager and improved fiscal knowledge of basic procedures.

Estafador robar dinero, haber robado más de 1000 € y cambiar los términos y condiciones sin informar a los clientes y sin aprobación.

También mala atención al cliente. Y solo pretenden ayudar para que puedan ganar dinero. No me deja cerrar mi cuenta bancaria. Intenté hace 6 meses sin éxito,

After 'losing' a cheque last October paid into the ATM and refusing to acknowledge blame, yet again they make a blunder with an ATM cheque deposit. Totally incompetent, ignorant, disorganised and rude. Not even the courtesy to reply to emails. They have no interest in their customers at all. Don't trust this branch with your money - check the reviews on Trust Pilot.

De los 2 cajeros no funciona ninguno, cola de espera hasta la puerta, pregunto al que parecía el técnico del cajero si sabe algo y contesta seco que no sabe pues nada

Pésimo servicio al cliente, el tipo del mostrador fue grosero, obviamente no le gusta su trabajo, estuvo muy feliz de cerrar nuestra cuenta.

Después de "perder" un cheque pagado en un cajero automático en octubre pasado y negarse a reconocer la culpa, una vez más cometen un error garrafal con un depósito de cheque en un cajero automático. Totalmente incompetente, ignorante, desorganizado y grosero. Ni siquiera la cortesía de responder correos electrónicos. No tienen ningún interés en sus clientes en absoluto. No confíe su dinero a esta sucursal; consulte las reseñas en Trust Pilot.

Muy mal banco. Es imposible contactar con el robot de engranajes de habla hispana de otra forma que no sea por teléfono, a menos que haya un "asesor" asignado a usted en la aplicación. El servicio de ayuda online de Caixa también es inferior y no puedes obtener ayuda ni siquiera después de 3 correos electrónicos.

Locked my account with no notice, only found out when a transfer in didn't show. Sent in all forms requested but still have to attend in person to get it sorted. Will be moving.

We paid two cheques for the same amount and with sequential numbers into the ATM and one although cashed into an account of someone was not credited to us. Despited emails and all the paperwork we have to prove the cheque ha been cashed this bank won't discuss and have virtually called us liars by saying we did not pay it in

We had a great experience when opening an account I was apprehensive after seeing some of the reviews for the bank but we were truly looked after and would recommend this bank.

El teléfono lo tienen de adorno, no lo cogen nunca y encima luego no te devuelven la llamada, una vergüenza este banco

They called the bank 5 times in 2 months, brought all the documents, but each time they asked them again again.
There are always queues, you wait a very long time even if you have an appointment for a specific time.

Malísimo! Nunca contestan el teléfono, nunca devuelvan las llamadas, el director Sven Huster es mal educado, borde y para nada profesional. El peor sucursal de La Caixa que existe! Me cambio a otro sucursal!

This bank is very friendly and never had any problems in this branch. Girls very very helpful during Covid which we appreciated x

Got there at 8.30am and had to wait an hour just to transfer money from my savings to current account, that took Noelia about 3 minutes, why oh why can I not do this online, Spain change your Banking Format, and Noelia needs help, pull your finger out Mr Manager ️

I dont Know why other comments give 1 star but for sure they take their time for you in multiple languages. The manager is a very helpfully person. If something is not correct they do their best to solve that! I have caixa 5 year and its one off the best in Spain for me. Thank you team Quesada!

This must be the worse bank I have ever used, no customer skills and not very helpful.
I will definitely be looking for another bank for my money.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. No answer to questions posted about charges that have been increased.
