Mi esposa y yo hemos utilizado Victoria Rent a Car numerosas veces en lo que se ha convertido en un viaje bimestral a España, debido a problemas de salud familiar, durante el último año. No hemos tenido ningún problema con nuestros coches de alquiler, que siempre estuvieron en buenas condiciones y a precios competitivos. La espera para el servicio de traslado desde y hacia el aparcamiento externo es corta y se puede acelerar con una llamada rápida a la oficina al llegar al punto de recogida. Recoger y dejar a los gatos fue rápido y fácil, además el personal siempre es muy servicial. El cargo por depósito de gasolina se reembolsó al día siguiente a la vuelta y no ha habido sorpresas desagradables que parezcan surgir con algunas de las otras empresas. Pagamos en euros y el importe exacto reembolsado depende de los tipos de cambio al inicio y al final del período de alquiler, por lo que el importe reembolsado a veces aumenta.

Victoria Rent a Car Victoria Rent a Car brindó un servicio impecable. Tomar el control del auto estuvo bien. El regreso también fue excelente y nos registraron rápidamente y nos llevaron al aeropuerto de inmediato. Mi única queja personal es sobre el vehículo alquilado: KIA CEED. Conduzco un EV Tesla en casa y fue una buena degradación. Entiendo que puedes alquilar uno mejor, pero el precio del coche era casi mi coste anual para hacer funcionar y cargar mi Tesla. Especialmente el manual para la ciudad es una tragedia. No entiendo que todavía haya alguien que conduzca voluntariamente en él. Sólo estaba expresando mi opinión personal. El alquiler y servicio del auto KIA de VICTORIA estuvo absolutamente bien, gracias y buena suerte. George de la República Checa.

Recogida siempre a tiempo en el aeropuerto, personal súper agradable que siempre te ayuda.

Sistema de transporte fácil y rápido. Varias personas hablan francés. Coche en excelentes condiciones. Al regresar, el depósito de combustible fue reembolsado directamente a mi tarjeta de crédito antes de abandonar las instalaciones. Empresa de alquiler SUPERIOR. ¡El próximo viaje volveré a tomar Victoria Rent a Car!

Soy cliente habitual de Victoria Car Hire desde hace varios años. Aunque no son los más baratos, me quedé con ellos por la tranquilidad que ofrecía su contrato "Super Relax". Al devolver el coche en la última ocasión, señalé que había sufrido un pequeño rasguño en el parachoques trasero mientras estaba estacionado en el aparcamiento de un supermercado y que no había visto el vehículo que lo había hecho. Sin siquiera mirar el rasguño, el personal inmediatamente me dijo que tendría que pagar 50E. Cuando les pregunté esto no estaban interesados. Les dije que estaba decepcionado por su actitud y uno de ellos me sugirió que en el futuro fuera a otra empresa de alquiler de coches. Esto lo haré.

Gracias Victoria Cars por su perfecto servicio sin sorpresas, profesionalismo, amabilidad y rápido reembolso de la gasolina no utilizada. Sin duda merece la pena recomendar su empresa, lo cual haré con mucho gusto.

Recogida inmediata, sin esperas en la oficina. Gran coche, sin fallos. La póliza de gasolina es excelente y la cobertura del seguro.

Buen coche. Servicio amigable. Lo usaré nuevamente.
La única queja es que el navegador por satélite nos llevó al extremo equivocado de los autos Victoria. Llegué allí al final.

Buena comunicación y recepción. El servicio de transporte está bien. Buen coche. Todos los acuerdos se siguen correctamente. Reembolso del combustible adelantado reembolsado el mismo día. Un propietario confiable.

Muy buen servicio. Lo único que no me informaron sobre el depósito de combustible, que era de 85 €, pero lo recuperas siempre que traigas el depósito lleno.
Definitivamente usaré el alquiler de victoria nuevamente

A1 de principio a fin. Literalmente 5 minutos de papeleo. Gran tarifa. Pero sobre todo franquicia CERO y conductor adicional incluido. £ 210 por semana Astra estate.educado y eficiente

Super contentos con el servicio y trato recibido. Sin duda la mejor opción cuando necesitas viajar

I have been renting from Victoria for 30over years. A great company to deal with no hassle stupid charges slapped on for cleaning, fuel filling etc. Very friendly and nice new cars.
Only slight downside is that you have to get a shuttle bus to and from the depot to the airport so need to allow a little more time for collection and return.

Very good service and for the best price, no hidden costs. All perfectly arranged, from the reservation to the transfer from the airport to the car depot (very nearby) for sure we will contact them for our next visit in Spain. Fast, reliable, flawless and for the best prices!

No problems with our hired car, which was in good condition and competitively priced. The wait for the shuttle to and from the off-site car park was brief. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy, though there seemed to be a problem with their online registration process because the previously uploaded details were not passed on to the local office. The petrol deposit charge was refunded the next day and there were no nasty surprises that seem to arise with some of the other firms.

Very easy to find from the information sent by them. Into clients area. Leave your car. Take keys to desk and away you go to airport in courtesy bus. Very good experience so far.

Very bad customer service. I was unable to contact Victoria when I had a problem with the car. No answer to the phone or WhatsApp messages for 2 days. Completely unacceptable.

Superb service all done very efficiently from pick up to drop off will definitely use this company from now on

Firstly the positives, Victoria were efficient, polite and a great service - fully comprehensive insurance and debit cards accepted, plus unused fuel refund.

The negative was that my car felt old and was a bit battered. It smelt awful inside, like an old oily oven and the steering wheel was sticky and dirty. The leather had worn off so my hands were black after a drive until I used Cif….

I did complain and I was offered a drive to Calpe to swap but I didn’t want to waste a morning driving around Calpe which was 45 minutes away.

Great service, not such a great quality hire car!

Easy 5 min transfer from airport to car rental location via their free victoria van. Car collection took about 30mins which was a bit annoying. Maybe they were just under staffed. Car was clean but did have previous damage. We took photos. In case they played the old look you damaged it trick (which they did).

Before you move the car take photos of any damage you see.

The damaged area had been repaired by themselves with some touch up paint. But it would be nice if they could make a note of any damages on their own paper work prior to trying to blame on someone else. Not very professional in my opinion.

Paid for the full fuel tank in the car on arrival €95. Returned it with full fuel tank and they refunded me the €95 the next day.

If probably use them again.

We have used Victoria Cars at Alicante airport for many years and have always received excellent service, both when we garaged our own car there and also when renting from them.

Great service from pick up to drop of, nice new car and plenty of information if assistance needed for any reason. One of the few not charging extortionate rates, even for full cover rental. Polite, helpful staff at the office and on the courtesy shuttle.

Have used twice now, have hired a car at Alicante airport about 20 times. Cheaper than airport pick up hire and so much easier. Really quick to pick you up from the airport and their depot is only half mile away, but it saves you all the mayhem queuing, driving and returning to the airport.

First time using Victoria cars. And won't be the last. Our previous experience with Staygo left us feeling ripped off and pressurised.
Victoria cars were much better value. Excellent car, no pressure and good service all around. We will be recommending them to family and friends who come out to visit us.
One minor issue last night. We were dropping the car off in the dark, and just about saw the entrance road. A big Victoria Cars flashing sign would be good.

A very rare experience, a totally hassle free no worry car hire experience. Door delivery and pick up on time, good car and great service from the delivery man. Yes, you may be able to hire cheaper but what you are charged is what you pay no hidden costs whatsoever. And a refund on unused fuel back in my account next day. Even adding an additional day was a simple call and done. I will certainly use Victoria cars again in March and would certainly recommend to others if you want to remove the worries from your trip.

Great price with full insurance compared to other rentals. Quick no wait pickup. No frills returns. Rare gem in car hire world. Make sure you read and understand their rental t&c regarding fuel etc.and only then make a conscious decision. If you don't then you can't complain that they are a bit unusual. And never rent a car without insurance.

Le 4 aout 2020 j’ai loué sur internet une FIAT panda à VICTORIACARS à Calpe par l’intermédiaire du site RENTALCARS.
Prix pour 11 jours: 286,22 euros (dont 95 euros d’assurances tous risques ce qui est très cher pour 11 jours) Je n’avais pas apprécié le concept puisque c’est au moment de la validation que RENTALCARS se réveille et t’informe que l’assurance n’est pas comprise. Qui roule sans assurance en Europe!
Je récupère la Fiat chez VICTORIACARS le 17 aout qui me demande 1200 € de caution si je refuse de prendre une deuxième assurance à 80 € + 70,99 € de carburant (alors que le plein d’essence coûte 40 euros) pour les couvrir si je rapporte la voiture sans le plein d’essence.
Ce matin j’ai rapporté la Fiat et VICTORIACARS m’a retenu 15 euros au titre des taxes car j’étais passé par un broker…. Ce que personne ne m’avait dit.
J’espère qu’ils m’ont bien regardé et bien photographié car je ne reviendrai pas. Je n’aime pas me faire arnaquer.

This company is absolutely amazing. YOU CAN BOOK WITH THESE WITH CONFIDENCE! Due to new quarantine restrictions implemented by UK gov, whereby they are requiring you to quarantine on your return to the UK I was no longer able to travel and subsequently didn't need the car hire any longer. The next day after emailing them to cancel I received the most thoughtful, considerate email from them explaining not to worry and you will not be charged etc. Definitely booking with them in the future.

Todo muy bien, excepto la atención prestada por la persona en Recepción (era un francés que no te ayudaba para nada y muy arrogante) el resto del personal y los coches muy bien.

Es la decana de las empresas de parking y alquiler de coches en el aeropuerto de Alicante-Elche. Empresa familiar con muchísima experiencia en el sector. Precios y ofertas muy interesantes. Eficaces y de confianza. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

We have been using Victoria cars every time we go to Spain and this time we unfortunately had to cancel our holiday due to COVID. We had to do this a short notice and Victoria cars were extremely understanding. The service received was more than expected and we will certainly will be booking with them as soon as we can go to Valencia again. Very highly recommended.

Так то у них дешевле, чем у соседей.

Caution scammers!
We rented a minibus in June 2019. When the car was returned, the receiver (with a beard) “discovered” an old scratch, which was noted in the act, and gave it away as fresh. It cost us 200 euros. We were late for the plane, there was no time to sort it out. The receiver understood this perfectly.
I do not recommend contacting this office!

¡Atención, estafadores!
Alquilamos un minibús en junio de 2019. Cuando se devolvió el automóvil, el receptor (con barba) "descubrió" un viejo rasguño, que se observó en el acto, y lo regaló como nuevo. Nos costó 200 euros. Llegamos tarde al avión, no había tiempo para resolverlo. El receptor entendió esto perfectamente.
¡No recomiendo contactar a esta oficina!

Te llevan a el aeropuerto y cuando regresas te recojen en el mismo aeropuerto y te limpian por fuera el vehículo.

We left our car at Victoria cars for approx three weeks, and was assured that when our flight returned to Alicante airport then someone would pick us up within a few minutes. As they are keeping up to date with flights arriving and departing on their computer, then they should be able to pick us up promptly, or surely as soon as is possible. No so. There was another couple with us, and after a 20 min wait and three phone calls somebody eventually turned up. Other car companies were all turning up, but not Victoria Cars, in fact the Ryan air coach transfer bus did two trips. Very disappointing with this service as i always book with them, either at Valencia or Alicante. Not sure if i will book with them again if they are unable to ensure a good service.

Fantastic company, great service and a lovely new car. No problems at all with these lovely people. We'll done to the guys at calpe office too by helping Gillian with a tyre. Thank you

I rented a car from Vicoria Cars in october 2019. I chose super relax insurance. The car rental in total is more expensive, but it was worth it. Didnt have to worry about anything in case of a brakedown etc.and no deposit on my credit card was needed.

The car rental office is outside of the airport. They have pick up service and though we arrived in the middle of the night the service was very good when we picked up the car and when we returned it. And with super relax insurance there was no fuss returning the car.

I would choose this firm again:).

Do not consider this company. I have rented cars from many companys in the past and never been charged for damage. When I got to alicante I was give a battered Peugeot 207 that felt like it was going to fall apart at higher speeds. On hindsight I should have refused but it was late and dark so I couldn't else the damage on the car. We went over what we could see in the pre rental checks and off we went
On return the guy receiving spend 15 minutes examining the car identifying more damage. How the hell her could do this is beyond me. I lost my excess which in my opinion I could have bought the car for.and had to claim it back from my excess protection. So VICTORIA CARS ALICANTE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Been hiring a car at Alicante Airport twice a year for 12 years from same supplier in the belief I was getting a good deal, realised I was being overcharged so looked at Victoria Cars Alicante, mainly because they have an office in resort in Calpe where I was stopping. The price quoted with full insurance was saving me €260 compared to usual supplier. I was collected promptly from the airport and taken to their depot less than a mile away and supplied with a first class car, the process was swift and I was on my way. I returned the car with a full tank of petrol and was told the refund would be credited to my bank card, this was done within three days, and I was transported to the airport, no hanging about. Excellent service throughout. I will be using again and will recommended Victoria to the numerous people I had previously recommended to my regular supplier.
