Aconsejo no contratar esta empresa intermediaria, ellos y GOLDCAR son unos estafadores.
Nos han robado a la cara 113€.
Llegamos a Lisboa antes de las 16: 00 desde Madrid, Nos dirigimos a las oficinas de GOLDCAR, entregamos toda la documentación y nos dicen allí que no hay ninguna reserva a mi nombre.
Ya habían hecho el cobro y nos entregaron toda la documentación por email, pero GOLDCAR, nos vendió otro coche con otras condiciones que no eran las q CARJET nos dio.
Rentar el coche una semana en Lisboa, nos costó 430€, un coche pequeño y poco seguro.
Todo es una estafa, no pienso hacer más reservas ni por aquí ni por GOLDCAR y ni mis amigos tampoco.
No se puede engañar al cliente de esa manera.

Very unhelpful. If there is anything that needs amending on booking they smugly tell you that they won't do anything and then threaten you will lose all your money if you don't pick up. May be cheap but money grabbing and useless

WARNING! LIARS AND SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE
WARNING!
SCAMMERS! Booked car with CARJET and EASIRENT o pick up from Stansted and tried to pick up with Passport, Driving licence, NHS Covid ID with address confirmation but they would not let me take car without utility bill!
I offered to scan a utility bill from home but they would not accept and said it had to be original. Everything i tried they would not accept. The most mono-syllabic unhelpful person I have ever come across. Booked through CARJET who are just as bad. On leaving without the car and spending £200 on taxi home to Brighton he said have a nice day GRINNING. If my wife had not been there he would have had a smack in the mouth.
I am going to follow up by reporting to trading standards and so should the rest of you. It is the only way to get these companies shut down.
I can only concur that the good comments interspersed with the bad are put on by themselves.
You cannot contact Carjet no working tel number or email.
THEY CLEARLY KEEP ADDING GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE THEMSELVES AND THEY ASK YOU TO RATE THEM AFTER BOOKING BUT NOT AFTER TRYING TO GET YOUR CAR. BOOKING IS GREAT AND EASY. TRY AND GET YOUR CAR?
UPDATE FROM THEIR REPLY. LIARS AND CHEATS TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER GOT A CAR AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! NOT WILLING TO SORT AT ALL.

I went to Poland for a funeral, waited 3 hours for the car.ended up renting another car from another company, missed the funeral, upset my family.contacted CarJet on my return and 20 days later - NO ANSWER and NO REFUND!

ARNAQUE! J'ai payé via Carjet la location d'un véhicule mis à disposition chez Gold Car à l'aéroport de LYON Satolas.
Sur ma réservation figure mon nom, prénom, suivi du nom de mon entreprise.
En présentant mon permis et ma carte d'identité au comptoir de location GOLD CAR, la responsable d'agence, prétend:
1) ne pas louer aux entreprises?
2) que sur son ordinateur, (contrairement à ma réservation) le nom de la société apparait avant mon patronyme, par conséquent elle ne pouvait être sûre qu'il s'agissait bien de la bonne personne?
Des motifs irrecevables, pourtant aucun véhicule ne m'a été donné!
J'ai dû changé d'agence de location et repayer une nouvelle location de véhicule.

Carjet have scammers in their rental companies pool! We rented a car in Heraklion with CarPlus. They kept our deposit without any reason and Carjet is doing nothing about it.
Update 02.11.2021:
After months of promises to help us, 40 victims of CarPlus, CarJet has recommended us to take a lawyer and completely removed itself from any responsibility.
Better book directly with the rental companies, there are only disadvantages to do it through CarJet!

Une vrai catastrophe.
Pas du tout aimable ni commercial.
J' ai prit une assurance platinium, qui est sencée me couvrir intégralement en cas de dégât ou autre sur le véhicule.
En arrivant sur place on me propose de payer une assurance supplémentaire de 24 euros par jour.
Si on l a refuse, nous devions payer une franchise de 2100 euros. Hors, l assurance prise en amont était sencé me couvrir totalement.
Résultat des courses nous avons renoncé au véhicule et perdu 2h de notre city trip ainsi 39 euros d accompte.

I booked a car for 6 days but unfortunately I had a personal issue and wasn't able to pick up the car. I had to cancel the booking but it was past the pick up time so they denied it.
While I understand that some penalty makes sense I don't understand why it should be 100% of what I paid. If I had picked the car up they would end up with some share of what I paid, but as I didn't do so they ended up with I higher share (maybe they didn't even pay the car rental company at all). This is definitely unfair. This is dirty.

Attention! Grosse arnaque! J'ai annulé une réservation, et impossible de ce faire rembourser! Délais d'attente au téléphone qui dépasse les 30 40 min parfois. La personne au bout du téléphone parle très très mal le français, nous mens sur la procédure de remboursement!

ARNAQUE! Ne louez jamais chez eux.
Nous avons eu un problème avec le loueur et nous avons passé des heures à essayer de les joindre pour que finallement on nous dise que nous n'aurions pas la voiture louée
A la suite de quoi le loueur nous a confirme qu'il n'enevrrai pas sa facture à CARJET
Or nous avons été débités et CARJET ne veux pas nous rembourser la location qui ne lui a donc pas été facturée
Bénéfice 100% pour ces escrocs bien planqués!
Ils ne prennent meme pas de répondre aux mails
JE VOUS DECONSEILLE DONC VIVEMENT CE SITE POUR LOUER UNE VOITURE

je confirme donc qu'il s'agit d'une arnaque et que ces gens ne veulent qu'encaisser votre argent sans donner aucun service en retour

Alquile un vehiculo y cuando fui a recogerlo despues de haberlo pagado el vehiculo no existia. Ahora intento reclamarlo y no cogen el teléfono. Me han dejado tirado con toda mi famila todo el puente. Nos hemo sentido estafados

A la hora de hacer la reserva de un vehiculo en Varsovia todo perfecto, cuando la empresa de allí no me entrega el vehiculo ni me da opciones, en Carjet tampoco, no cogen el teléfono, no contestan los emails, ni siquieran me han devuelto la señal pagada pese a que no me dieron el vehículo.
Es vergonzoso, contrate con ellos porque siendo una empresa española pensaba que darian algo de confianza, pero ya veo como funcionan.

Company are so bad, they are stealing people money, having millions now because everybody rent a car from there company they are keeping the money and no body get a car, be careful guys DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY HERE
