He estado viniendo a Moraira durante los últimos 30 años y conocí Caronline hace unos 15 años y fue un soplo de aire fresco. Está a sólo 2 horas de vuelo desde el Reino Unido, pero cuando aterrizas lo único que quieres es llegar a casa y con Caronline vas directamente a tu coche y no pierdes el tiempo en el aeropuerto haciendo colas esperando el coche, pagando grandes depósitos en tu tarjeta y luchando para recuperar. Acabo de utilizar la fantástica oferta de traslado al aeropuerto, todo fue perfecto, auto nuevo e impecable, excelente comunicación y consejos útiles. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que desee tratar con una empresa de alquiler de autos que eclipsa con creces al resto.

Caroline y su equipo han sido brillantes, los recomiendo mucho. Hemos alquilado coches numerosas veces con ellos y siempre han sido excelentes para tratar con ellos. Esta vez, Caroline realmente hizo todo lo posible cuando EasyJet arruinó nuestros vuelos de ida y vuelta: nos salvó el pellejo reorganizando las cosas (fuera de horario) y terminó llevándonos al aeropuerto ella misma. Los recomendaría altamente. Todo está incluido, así que no se deje engañar por las empresas de alquiler de coches que parecen más baratas. Cuando añaden los extras, la diferencia de precio es insignificante.

Too slow to respond to 'Quick quote" email. This lack of timely response occurred several days ago. Perhaps it was a one-off occurrence, I cannot tell.

Nope! Definitely avoid any company that can leave a mother and 3 children stranded at an airport, at midnight, and then question, the following morning, if they were calling the correct emergency number!

Very good and friendly service! Everything was made very easy on collection and also in office.

Have rented several times. One way trips to and from airport are very useful.
This time we arrived late and there was the text message to tell us which car and where it was parked. - Right outside the carpark elevator.
Returned it to the office next morning. No problems. Excellent.

This company couldn't have been more helpful and flexible to meet our needs. An excellent personal service and you felt as though you were almost their only customer unlike many of the well known and bigger firms. Highly recommended and will use them again in preference to other car hire firms I have used in the past.

This is not the first time I've used Caronline. I'm always pleased and happy with the service. I rented a car for a month in August. The service was excellent, Caroline & Karen were friendly and the paperwork is quick & easy. When I had a slow puncture Caroline sorted it out quickly & efficiently. Being Moraira based its convenient just to pop in to the office. The price quoted for car hire is the price you pay, no hidden extras. I would definitely recommend Caronline for car hire.
