Lovely hotel! Wonderful owner, very helpful, very tidy! The rooms are clean and tidy, always a pleasure to come here. We visit this place all the time, and always with very good impressions!

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé mais très compliqué pour le départ et pour payer. Le propriétaire nous a ignoré nous et nos nombreux appels (alors qu’il était dans la résidence) durant plus d’une heure. Très désagréable heureusement que nous n’avions pas de vol à prendre

The owner Carlos is very friendly and helpful. The place is very quiet, clean and modern. Everything works and is in good order, we would come again in a heart beat.

El lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso, para descansar está bien.muy cerca de un parque con varios bares y cafeterías. La habitación un poco pequeña pero bien, con su aire acondicionado

NO SE OS OCURRA. El dueño está medio trastornado. Me tuvo esperándo muerta de calor hasta que llegó mi pareja porque estaba a su nombre la habitación. No habla español y nos trata fatal. NO DEBERÍA TENER JN NEGOCIO EN ESTE PAÍS.ni en ininguno

Muy mal en el trato personal. Nos hicieron esperar en la calle 15 minutos al sol, y encima parecía culpa nuestra.
No hablan español.

Por retrasarme 20min por retraso del ferry y avisando con más de una hora de antelación. NOS DEJÓ EN LA CALLE!
increíble el mal trato, la mala educación, lo poco persona y además teniendo una reserva de 3 días en pleno mes de agosto anuló mi reserva y nunca nos dejó entrar, quedándose con nuestro dinero.
Nos cobró 3 días y no tuvimos derecho a devolución.
Se negó a devolver el cargo de la tarjeta y nunca llegó a responder a mis llamadas.
Reservé aquí porque en Booking tiene buena puntuación, pero es todo mentira!
No recomiendo para nada el trato con este impresentable, ladrón!

Cualquier aspecto positivo que pueda tener este alojamiento queda empañado por el trato vergonzoso de su propietario, amabilidad cero rozando la mala educación.
La flexibilidad para recoger llaves fue nula, le molestó que le solicitáramos cualquier tipo de información, le molestaba incluso hablar en español, muy desagradable la verdad.
Una pena que este tipo de personas hagan tanto daño a un sector que tanta ayuda necesita en estos momentos.

No lo recomiendo para nada, ya que el trato con el dueño no es nada bueno, no tiene modales ningunos y a parte nos ha cobrado un extra a los dos días sin saber porque, he intentado contactar y nos cuelga

Sitio muy bonito, el dueño no habla español no podíamos entendernos bien con él, pero buen servicio, limpieza y tranquilidad.

Don't waste you money on an upgrade, we did and the room was pitifully small. No surface to place anything larger than a mobile phone and.we shared a bathroom with a lively colony of ants.
Definitely will not be back

I would love to say something different, but I received one of the worst hospitality experiences that I remember in all my life.

I went with 2 friends because they booked a room for few days (I was not a guest). They did the c-in and the owner invited me to go up to the room, but I kindly thanked him but stay in the lobby.

When we came back in the evening, I went up to their bedroom while they were taking a shower (very briefly). The owner broke into the room without even knocking the door, I was shocked! He said that we had to keep the volume of the TV low, and the level was at only 5. Anyway, we put it at 3.

Only 5 minutes later, he knocked the door and my friend opened the door. He said that I had to leave because I was not a paying-guest, these were exactly his words. I said that I was only staying for maximum 30 min while my friends were taking a shower but of course not staying overnight. He said that it doesn’t matter; I had to leave now, in a very rude way. I said that he invited me in the morning to go up to the room, and he responded that it was only for a brief time, and I said that this was going to be very brief but he was out of his mind, very angry for a reason that I did not know so I left the bedroom.

I was thinking that he would allow me to stay in the lobby, but he kicked me out of the property, in the street, so I had to wait during 10 minutes to my friends there.
Honestly, this is one of the worst experiences that I can remember. It is no way to treat a person, guest or not. Obviously this guy doesn’t know what the word hospitality mean. Don’t stay here or be ready for a similar experience.

Es la segunda vez que vamos, un sitio precioso, la habitación limpia, bonita y muy fesca, el dueño es muy majo. Cerca de playas super tranquilas. Nos encanta!

La casa perfecta, limpia y muy acogedora. La ubicacion buena. Pero le doy dos estrellas por el dueño.qe aunque esta atento. SOLO HABLA INGLES.y no nos entendiamos.me parece una falta de respeto.qe montes un negocio en otro pais. Y no seas capaz de aprender el idioma.esta dirigida a inqinos ingleses.

Bonita casa, peró limpieza regulera y sin agua caliente suficiente para todas sus habitaciones.

Estuvimos 1 noche, pese a haber leído las críticas de trip Advisor. El dueño obliga a practicar el habla inglesa, ya que sigue sin dominar bien el castellano. Nos hizo un cambio de habitación nada más llegar, ya que la habitación reservada inicialmente tenía el aire acondicionado roto. Hubo un poco de tensión, pero lo resolvimos en seguida, ya que la nueva habitación estaba cuidada al detalle. Café, té, leche.todo muy limpio, el baño bien también, incluyendo un secador por si se necesita. Fue todo bien, calidad precio insuperable. Muy cerca de los restaurantes recomendados en Pego.
