UNA EMPLEADA QUE LLEVA MUCHOS AÑOS TRABAJANDO LA SEÑORA C. ES MUY ANTIPÁTICA Y MALEDUCADA.
TRATA MAL TANTO AL PERSONAL COMO A LOS CLIENTES. POR OTRO LADO LA SEÑORA D. NO ES NADA PROFESIONAL SE PRESTA CON LA EMPRESA PARA INVENTAR SUCESOS EN LA TIENDA QUE NO HAN OCURRIDO SOLO PARA EL BENEFICIO ÍNTEGRAMENTE DE LA EMPRESA Y PODER LLEVAR A CABO DESPIDOS EN CADENA.
MARINA TIENE MUY BUENA ACTITUD TANTO CON COMPAÑERAS COMO CON CLIENTES, ES UN ENCANTO.

ESTA EMPRESA A LAS NUEVAS TRABAJADORAS NO LES DAN FORMACIÓN ADECUADA Y ES UN PROBLEMA A LA HORA DE AFRONTAR CUALQUIER SITUACIÓN CON CLIENTES.

LAS CONDICIONES LABORALES SON PESIMAS, LAS OBLIGAN A TRABAJAR 1 DIA A LA SEMANA 10 HORAS AL DIA CON 20 MINUTOS DE DESCANDO PARA COMER. LAS EMPLEADAS ESTAN CANSADAS PERO NO SE QUEJAN POR MIEDO A REPRESALIAS.

ADEMAS NO LIBRAN UN FiN DE SEMANA COMO MARCA EL CONVENIO A NO SER QUE TU LO PIDAS.

HABITUALMENTE CONTRATAN A PERSONAL NUEVO PARA DESPUES DESPEDIRLA DE FORMA IMPREVISTA E INVENTÁNDOSE CUALQUIER FALTA QUE NO ES CIERTA PARA ELLOS JUSTIFICARSE.

ESTA EMPRESA NO LE DA UN BUEN LUGAR A LOS TRABAJADORES POR LO QUE EL CLIENTES LO NOTA Y LAS TRABAJADORAS MAS AÚN

Magnífica tienda, relación calidad-precio, personal muy agradable y profesional, a pesar de algunos proveedores recalcitrantes, mención especial para la Sra. Christina, muy eficiente en caso de pequeños problemas de entrega, tienda que no debe perderse, puede ir allí con confianza.

Pasé por alli con mi chico a preguntar sobre unas alianzas para el dia de mi boda y nos atendió Saray, y nos explicó todo al detalle, el tipo, grosor, material, el grabado de alianza todo lo que realmente ibamos buscando, nos dió precio de lo que nos habia gustado, yo indecisa si oro dorado ó oro rosa me dió precio de los dos con mucha amabilidad y sin ninguna mala cara (cosa a lo que estamos acostumbrados, y deberia de ser así) salí de alli súper satisfecha y súper contenta, y por supuesto que volveremos y compraremos nuestras alianzas de nuestro día más feliz e importante de nuestras vidas allí. Después de muchos años comprando, me quieren cobrar más de €200 por un cambio de pila de un reloj. Penoso y el servicio al cliente para este tema ausente. Ni miran a la cara. El trato al cliente, despues de años entrando y comprando todo tipo de joyas y relojes, muy pobre.

Firstly, the assistant refused to show me the wedding ring I wanted because of the price. If she knew her stuff, she would have known my engagement ring was considerable more and we could afford it. We are both in our 50s. Secondly, we did end up chosing wedding rings totalling just under €1,500 and paid €500 deposit. We were told it would take 3-4 weeks so 24th Nov or before. We chased on 25th and were told 2nd Dec. Chased on 2nd Dec, told definitely the 7th. Looks like we will be getting married without our wedding rings. So much for their company statement.
Update: 8th Dec - still getting if not today - will be tomorrow. So still no rings. Although got the first apology today. Bit late and meaningless.

Este joyería tiene demasiadas cosas bonitas y muy elegantes. Relojes de muchas marcas también bisutería muy bonita y joyas. Me compré esta vez unos pendientes de perlas pequeñitas. La empleada de la tienda me atendió de lujo. Gracias

En primer lugar, el asistente se negó a mostrarme el anillo de bodas que quería por el precio. Si ella supiera lo que hacía, habría sabido que mi anillo de compromiso era mucho más y que podíamos permitírnoslo. Ambos tenemos 50 años. En segundo lugar, terminamos eligiendo anillos de boda por un total de poco menos de 1500 € y pagamos un depósito de 500 €. Nos dijeron que tomaría de 3 a 4 semanas, así que el 24 de noviembre o antes. Perseguimos el 25 y nos dijeron el 2 de diciembre. Perseguimos el 2 de diciembre, nos dijeron definitivamente el 7. Parece que nos casaremos sin nuestros anillos de boda. Tanto para su declaración de la empresa.
Actualización: 8 de diciembre - si no lo sigue recibiendo hoy - será mañana. Así que todavía no hay anillos. Aunque tengo la primera disculpa hoy. Un poco tarde y sin sentido.

El escaparate te lo dice todo es increíble y que lujo de relojería pero debes entrar sin ningún temor hay precios para todos y cuando digo todos es todos tienen precios para todos los bolsillos y marcas de relojería desde relojes de lujo a relojes de lo más normal y tienen una atención al cliente excelente

Como tienda me gusta y tienen algo de variedad en relojes, solo he comprado uno en una ocasión, pero al ir a la tienda a cambiar la pila.me dicen que dos semanas de espera pues lo mandan al servicio técnico.de verdad no saben ni cambiar una pila a sus propios relojes.son relojes la mayoría de más de 400 euros.solo venden.no esperen más.

Service was not very good at all. I bought a watch and when I got it home found it hard to read so I took it back, much to the annoyance of the lady in the shop. I was not asking for money back but to pay more for a better watch, but the lady was very arrogant and it put me off buying another watch. I did get a credit note much to her upset as she said she would not normally do this! I hope I can use this at another branch. I have bought watches here before and was looking for yet another but this has put me off using this branch again sadly.
