Centauro Car Rental Torrevieja

Tuve que coger un coche de sustitución con ellos y me dejaron el Hyundai Tucson nuevo, modelo 2023, el coche increíble y el trato del personal chapó de principio a fin.

Actualmente estoy en disputa con esta empresa.ya que me quitaron más de 400 euros de mi tarjeta después de devolver el coche. Cuando pregunto por qué, me dicen que he robado la bandeja portaobjetos del maletero del coche. ¿Por qué alguien robaría esto? Creo que esta empresa está actuando de manera fraudulenta y recuperaré mi dinero.
NO ALQUILE UN COCHE DE ESTA EMPRESA

18/10/23 ACTUALIZACIÓN, ADVERTENCIA. Este dinero todavía no ha sido devuelto a mi cuenta. Si ya has reservado con esta empresa, haz también fotografías tanto del interior como del exterior del coche.

Procesamiento completamente sin problemas. El vehículo estaba en excelentes condiciones. El personal amable y servicial. Con mucho gusto volveré.

Realmente una gran experiencia, personal amable, el alquiler de autos transcurrió sin problemas y sin problemas, recibimos el reembolso del combustible la semana siguiente. El coche que alquilamos estaba casi como nuevo. Todo fue genial.

Buen servicio pero desafortunadamente el auto no estaba disponible debido a la temporada alta.

Son una auténtica estafa!

A pesar de haber pagado ya el coche con el seguro FULL, nos cobraron 300€ adicionales por otro seguro a todo riesgo y 85€ adicionales de gasolina cuando recogimos el coche.

Cuando cuestionamos la necesidad de un seguro adicional cuando ya habíamos pagado el seguro, ¡nos amenazaron con cancelar el automóvil sin reembolso!

¡Recomiendo encarecidamente a todos los que buscan alquilar un automóvil que eviten Centauro a toda costa, ya que parecen tener el mismo modelo comercial que la mafia!

Great apart from the fact that I’m still waiting for my fuel refund nearly 2 months later. CENTAURO CUSTOMER SERVICES if you are reading this my booking number was 230420-280207. Please issue my refund for fuel immediately. I returned the car full and have a fuel receipt 10 mins prior to drop off as proof. Please don’t reply with an automated link to this review! I need a car for 2 days. Got new Kia Ceed (4500 km, still smells with NEW) with all extras. It took just a few minutes and in good price. After I got car back, within 24 hours I got my caution back. I highly reccomend this place

Great company. Staff were brilliant and the service was swift and efficient. We were given a brand new car with a good specification and economical.
Drop-off at Alicante airport was also very easy.

You tell me to file a claim on your website, but it’s impossible. No one is replying to my emails still. You just stole money from me, literally, I should turn to police with this, because our contract was over by the time you took money from my bank account. The car was in a perfect condition when I left, your employees signed the papers. What happened to the car after I left is not my concern anymore, and you can not charge me for something that happened to the car after I left the office.

Excellent service was provided by courteous staff. The car provided was more than adequate and was in good condition. I would certainly recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using them again.

El mejor lugar de toda la comarca para alquilar un coche. Atención excepcional del personal (brillan por su amabilidad y su saber complacer las solicitudes del cliente) además he comprobado como usuaria habitual que los coches los renuevan constantemente.

Nivel de excelencia en la atención recibida, amabilidad, diligencia, eficiencia en la búsqueda de soluciones además de cumplir sobradamente mis expectativas el vehículo recibido en cuanto a comodidad, fiabilidad, potencia, autonomía de combustible, limpieza interior y exterior. Para mí Centauro es el referente más alto de alquiler de coches en la región.

Referencia absoluta en el alquiler de vehículos en Torrevieja, hacéis que un alquiler sea algo más que un mero trámite, los vehículos excelentes, el trato personal excelente, la atención recibida excelente, gracias Amigos, sin dudarlo repetiremos.

Warning.

Hidden "fine print" that is "company policy" that no one can find.

I am far from the only one that have problem with the petrol "fine print".

You book and pay on the site "total incl vat. "
They have your credit card that you used to pay "the "total".
That is all, you think.

No you have to deposit for the petrol regardless they got everything fully covered AND you paid 100% on the site.

Be aware for undisclosed "company policy" hidden somewhere where you can not see it. (I have looked and noware can I find this on the site)

The staff is quite nice and really try to explain totally redeculous practice
the so called "company policy" but not even they can find it in the "fine print" when asked.

Low prices and reasonable reviews are not equal to trusted service provider.

Bad customer focus and service.
If they do this what else will come around of something goes really wrong? More fine print and "company policy"?

Stay away.

Find a serious service provider.

The fact that they answer is only to show that they "care" but by the link they refuse to answer the criticism here but constantly push all further comments
off the public web means they have no intention to change anything and only want to play everyone by showing that they "solved" the problem.
They have not. They just go on with a very unhealthy practise and continue to play the customer.

I am far from the only one that have problem with the petrol "fine print".

It is a pity that the generally friendly staff and franchisee have to defend a totally stupid practice from the franchise giver.

La experiencia ha sido excelente. Los coches nuevos y limpios y la atención en las oficinas muy buena. La reserva online ha sido muy fácil con todos los pasos para proporcionar la documentación por adelantado y hacer la recogida del vehículo más rápida.

Desde el minuto 1 amabilidad y buen trato, los vehículos siempre nuevos, limpios y en perfecto estado. El precio siempre lógico y correcto, máxima facilidades. No se puede pedir nada más, sin duda, seguiré siendo cliente mucho tiempo, enhorabuena.

Siempre contento con esta oficina! Muy amables ellos que trabajan ahi y nunca he tenido un problema ni al buscar el coche ni cuando lo he entregado devuelta (siempre ocupo ellos cuando voy a Torrevieja). Todo muy bien!

I would recommend Centauro in Torrevieja at any time for their fast and good service. We were very pleased with the whole procedure and also the car was practically new and very clean.

The Centauro company have got it just right! From the start to the end, booking your car and dropping it off, it´s a genuinely perfect experience. The website is simple to use, booking a car is easy, to walking into the establishment to be greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The car drove well and drop off was simple. I´ll use them every time & no other.

Very nice and fast service both with pick up and return. Got also free upgrade as I had a long journey to do. I will surely use Centauro again.

The only bad note is the office is quite hot and it’s busy in the morning try wait until the afternoon

Alquilamos coches en Centauro Torrevieja cada año y estamos siempre muy satisfechos. El personal es muy amable y no hemos nunca tenido problemas con los coches.

Si cabe destacar algo de esta oficina es la atención de sus empleados, realmente excepcionales y se esmeran por dar buen servicio, muy de agradecer y el motivo por el que cuando puedo alquilo con ellos.
En alguna ocasión he esperado más de lo deseado para ser atendido pero merece la pena.

Coche casi nuevo en perfectas condiciones y la gente de la oficina de Torrevieja amable y muy profesional, si tengo q volver a alquilar un vehículo vuelvo seguro.
