Fui al otorrino y fue un trato excedente ,el médico fue muy atento ,ahora a esperar que haga efecto la medicación ,recepción también muy buena atención ,recomiendo la clínica smart salud.

Excelente clínica con un servicio muy amable, especialistas competentes y precios asequibles. Buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad.

Tuve un chequeo médico anual hecho aquí hoy. Llegué 25 minutos tarde porque fui a otro centro médico por error, este fue mi error. El personal todavía estaba feliz de verme. Tomé muestras de sangre y orina, examiné la vista, el oído, controlé mi altura, peso y presión arterial y realicé un ECG. Incluso tenían un traductor disponible ya que mi español es muy pobre (mi culpa). Muy buen servicio, encantador personal educado. Muy recomendable

Fueron muy amables y profesionales y un precio razonable por el servicio y recibí mi nueva licencia de conducir en 4 semanas.

Fui a hacerme la revisión de salud y destacar que todo el personal fue amable y con un trato ameno de 10. La única pega las instalaciones ,en las habitaciones que estuve yo pequeñas con mil cosas dentro sin espacio a penas.

Tuve un susto médico, quizás cáncer, un nódulo en el cuello. Llamé para hacer una cita y la señora cuelga cuando hablé con ella en inglés.
Intenté hacer una cita a través de su formulario de contacto y nunca me devolvieron la llamada.
Yo en general no contesto el teléfono

Necesito renovar el carnet de conducir. ¿Qué presupuesto tiene? Gracias.
Gracias pero ha llamado esta mañana mi marido y le han dicho 60€ y que vaya con efectivo y no con tarjeta. A quién le hacemos caso? Gracias.

No compréis nada aquí, lo que dicen o es verdad. Hablan de envíos en 24/48 horas y hoy me llega un email donde me indican que el plazo de envío va de 10 a 12 días y encima me ponen que el envío va según lo previsto. Me he puesto en contacto con ellos y me dicen que el paquete está en la aduana. Lástima no haber leído antes las opiniones, no había visto opiniones tan malas y tantas.

Muy poco profesional, no sabían hacer un psicotécnico general, todo han sido pegas, me cobraron, empezaron a hacerme las pruebas y después me dijeron que no lo podían hacer y me devolvieron el dinero.muy perdidos en todo momento.resultado, mañana pérdida y sin respuesta

No lo recomiendo en absoluto, para empezar me hicieron esperar un buen rato, fui a quitarme unos tapones en los oídos y el médico me hizo mucho daño, me quede sorda de un oído durante unos minutos, me he quitado muchas veces tapones y nunca lo he pasado tan mal, de hecho hace una semana y cada vez me duele más

The Front staff, they answere the phones and make the appointments and so much more, keep everything together and organise everything so it's so easy to get any paperwork needed. For you're home country insurance for example. They get to know you and what it is you need and usually everything is ready so there is rearly Any wait. Some are always firmer then others, just as people are different as they are many. But I've never felt anyone ever been rude, only explained the right way of doing things and the rules around each topic.

The doctors who always understand everything I lay on (Dr. Julio the only doctor I've meet who knew about endometriosis when I was in a big crisis wit my illness, I'll never forget it, my jaw just tropped) and always do the very best to help you get healthy, and comfortable living with your illness, give you educational information and advice.

The feeling of the hole clinic following through and with me in this strugle, since I walked in there I have not been alone in it and with that in return you get to feel much more productive, energetic and interested in going by doctors orders (they absolutely know and are teching me and helping me find the program that is right for me. And try out more with the program. Different ways to manage all the extra my illness brings with it. And all that with no judgement from any of the staff, just wonderfully helpful in all way. And giving me the energy I need to push through and letting them see results too

My hole family goes here and I also get my check ups here when I'm in Spain. I even trust them better then the clinic in my home country Iceland. So I'll recommend this one for anyone looking for high standard and best value doctors service. I JUST LOVE THEM AND ASK EVERYONE TO REMEMBER THEY ARE HUMEN TOO. EVEN THOUGH THEY FEEL LIKE SUPERHEROES

My husband used your services to exchange his uk licence early last year with no problems BUT I used the service on October, it was chaotic and I still don't have my licence 1 year on from traffico. Everytime we call in to make enquiries, your receptionist is rude, dismissive and gives us a different excuse every time. I know it has been a busy time but 1 year on. It is not acceptable service. Not happy.

The woman in the reseption is an horror! So unfriendely and strIgh out rude to people. I sat there for more than an hour 2 days on a row and saw how she treatet people and me and my husband too. You should really hire someone more friendly and profesional.

El dr Julio Monje muy atento y excelente profesional, me lo recomendaron y estoy satisfecho porque fue el unico medico que pudo solucionar mi problema, después de ir a hospitales publicos y privados.

Llevó varios años yendo a la clinica centro, siempre recibo un trato estupendo y son unos grandes profesionales, acudí por primera vez por recomendación y lo recomiendo 100x100.
El doctor Monje es un profesional que se implica con sus pacientes (valor a destacar en el sector sanitario) y todo el mundo que recomiendo la clínica sale contentísim@. La ubicación es espectacular.

Una gran clínica con grandes profesionales situada en un lugar excelente en Torrevieja. Lo mejor es el trato humano y el gran nivel profesional de sus especialistas, algunos de ellos entre lse encuentran entre los de mejores de España. Un lujo de clínica para Torrevieja.

Horrible experience! Unprofessional staff (specially in reception). They even called the Guardia Civil to scare me when i started asking for the “hojas de reclamación” (“complain forms”, they must provide them when asked) and Guardia civil told them to give me my money back hahaha, but of course they didn’t even know how to process a refund! Unbelievable-unprofessional!

Horrible experiencia! Poco profesionales (en especial la recepción). Incluso llamaron a la Guardia Civil para intentar asustarme cuando empecé a pedir las hojas de reclamación, para su sorpresa cuando la Guardia Civil me dio la razón y les dijo que me devolvieran mi dinero. Pero por supuesto, i sabían procesar devoluciones! Increíble lo poco profesionales!
