Bonitos apartamentos. Balcón grande, bien amueblado y limpio. El personal super agradable y el servicio es bueno. Ambiente silencioso.

Estamos en nuestra segunda semana en este momento y no tenemos ninguna queja, tenemos todo lo que necesitamos aquí y la ubicación es central para todo. Para ser solo un apartamento de 2 estrellas, nos sorprendió gratamente la limpieza, la comodidad, el gran balcón encantador y el personal de recepción muy amable y servicial. Definitivamente recomendaré este lugar a nuestra familia y amigos y estamos ansiosos por volver lo antes posible.

Estupendos apartamentos en Benidorm, lejos del ruido. El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio y ordenado, sol en el balcón de 9 a.m. A 4 p.m.

No estoy conforme uno tiene pagar diario por el aire acondicionado más con esta calor en verano

Este lugar es adecuado, sin embargo, hay algunos extras a tener en cuenta.
Depósito de 150 euros a su llegada, la habitación debe limpiarse cuando se vaya. Tomamos un pequeño desinfectante. Así que no es gran cosa.
No hay absolutamente ningún servicio de limpieza.
El aire acondicionado cuesta 7,50 EUR al día.
Las tumbonas cuestan 1,50 euros al día. Sin paraguas, así que absolutamente sin sombra.
Tienes que limpiar tu propia habitación para el reembolso del depósito.
La cerveza era barata a 1,80 pinta.
El personal de recepción fue lo suficientemente amable.
Para un apartamento independiente estaba bien.
Hubiera dado 4 estrellas si las tumbonas hubieran estado libres, hubiera sombra (brollies)
Y las habitaciones tenían al menos un ventilador.
No estoy seguro de que volvería por esas razones.

Una gran opción para cuatro personas porque el sofá cama tiene dos colchones. Personal encantador, todo muy limpio, se aparca fácil.

Buen lugar donde correremos pero un poco lejos de la playa pero una tienda barata y un bar al lado

Fantásticos apartamentos con cocina personal fantástica piscina genial y sus inflables en voz alta en la piscina definitivamente reservarán para volver

Just came back from the Vistamar apartments a day ago we where on floor 17 payed for the upgrade. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean only problem was lack of hangers for yours clothes. Maid was in every 2nd day freshening up the room. Staff very helpful and location was excellent.

Stayed here for 2 weeks last week of august the first week of sept.we would highly recommend these apartments.on arrivrl we were met by very friendly staff who wecome us to the vistmar.they gave us an information pack explaining all about the aparments and there services.we found our aparment to be spotless.our request were met for an low floor and smokeing bancony for my wife.nothing seemed to be a bother for them.the staff are so frindly and helpfull and make planty of time for there guests.they were very informative of places to see and visit.inclueding night life and restaurants.we will definitely be back next year. Thanks to the staff and management for for an very injoyable 2 weeks. 5 star plus + all the way.pat and Teresa room 202.

La cocina sucia menos mal que comimos fuera todas las veces, ascensores pequeños y tardaban mucho porque es un edificio de 20 plantas, el aire acondicionado tenías que pagarlo, las hamacas de la piscina también de pago

Me encantó este sitió. Limpió, con piscina. Las habitaciones cómodas, con terraza grande y lo que mas contenta me puse es que tiene tendedero para las toallas. Lo recomiendo mucho?

Stayed here in June for 9 nights They are very good The apartments are clean and spacious The staff are very friendly and helpful They are a short walk away from the nearest bar and about 10 minutes walk from the beach

Everything comes at a price, 5 euro per day for aircon, €1.50 for sunbed, no cleaners, you have to take your towels down to reception on certain days to exchange for clean ones, empty your own rubbish. If you get an apartment where you bedroom window is over the outside bar seating area, you will be kept awake all night as the bar is open 24hrs

Apartment was large no problem there but as to all the extra charges like giving a deposit of 150 euros at the start of the holiday this and all the other charges should be on their website to worn people and having to clean the department last day of the holiday to get you deposit back. I know I won’t be back at the vistamar any time soon hope this gives people what to expect

This is a great hotel, clean, no rooms cleaned, you have to maintain the cleaning as checked as you check out.you do pay 150€ per room incase damages, you have to go down certain days n times to get clean bedding, for a few euros, the pool is small but just what's needed to bath n cool, vistamar is close to bars n shops etc, definitely book here again

The rooms have been updated we had a walk in shower
Try to get aroom as high as possible as getting woke up at 4am is not funny

Decent hotel near enough but far enough from the strip with a nice bar 1 minutes walk away.
Rooms clean with good facilities. Our balcony door wouldn't lock but we were on the 13th floor so not too worried.
€50 security deposit needed from everyone in the room but expectable.
Did notice a sign saying they were going to start charging for sunbeds by the pool at €1.50 a day now, we didn't try the pool as we were on a stag do.

Just returned from the vistamar and although it was a nice place it does have its faults.
We stayed on the 11th floor and the windows shook when windy so had to place cardboard around the window to keep it quiete.
You have to remove all the rubbish your self as no cleaners available.
Towels have to be exchanged at the reception only on certain days and if you need toilet rolls etc they also have to be collected from reception. We just bought some from the supermarket next door.
Patio does not lock but safe on the 11 floor so no concerns.
Cctv on every floor so rooms seem secure but there is a safe in the room at a cost.
Sun loungers are 1.50 euros a day but NO lidos or balls allowed In the pool. Its monitored by pool staff but he goes home about 3.00 and returns about 7.00 so that's when the fun begins.
Big balcony with table and chairs to chill and have a drink or two.
Only a few minutes to the pubs and approx 7 minutes to the beach so nice location.
50 euros per person is taken on check-in as a security bond for any damage so be prepared.
Big rooms and nice bathroom with shower etc.
When checking out all the bedding and towels have to be placed into a pile and the room left in the same way you arrived.
Overall we didn't have any problems with our stay and would probably return if we ever came back to benidorm

Good clean large rooms, staff are very helpful, not to far away from nightlife and shops/restaurants 10min walk max, 15mins to beach

Situado a 900 metros de la playa. Su emplazamiento le hace ser privilegiado ya que no está inmerso en la vorágine del centro. Ir a la playa andando es un paseo muy saludable. Sus instalaciones son cómodas y espaciosas y sus precios varían según la temporada de año. Además cuenta con dos amplías piscinas dentro del complejo También cuenta con plazas de aparcamiento numeradas y cubiertas

Great apartment, recently refurbished! Excellent location to Levante Beach and bars only half a mile away. Satellite tv a big plus with most freeview UK channels. €150 damage deposit taken on arrival but reimbursed after room inspection, housekeeping available.

Apart from friendly guy on reception it was a nightmare. No heating in rooms. No cleaner came in at all (6days) so had to use the same 4 towels for entire stay reception closes at 2 pm. Late room bookings was 1 pm 20euro or 2pm 25euro. AVOID

Great apartments with all the facilities you would need for a long stay, attentive staff, and good value for money
