Manténgase alejado de esta empresa. Fuimos engañados y chantajeados cuando recibimos el coche, por la empleada Elena, que sólo tiene buenas críticas de gente de habla rusa, y al devolver el coche por Alex R, que nos cobró 410€ por un daño invisible en la llanta, que no fue causado por nosotros y que él sabía de antemano ya que solo examinó esta rueda. Y éstas son las personas que representan a España. Es una vergüenza y deberían avergonzarse de su deshonestidad y de arruinar nuestro estado de ánimo.

He alquilado un par de veces hay, muy satisfecho con los coches y cómo me atendieron al recoger y al entregar los coches, GRACIAS

Los ladrones no revisaron el coche en la salida pero a la vuelta sí y encontraron un chiste que lamentablemente no filmé porque no lo vi y estoy seguro de que no lo entendí.
Ofrece seguro incluso cuando hemos contratado uno e insiste en que nunca volveré a ir.

Muchas veces utilicé esta oficina para alquilar coches. ¡Siempre estable y bien! ¡Un agradecimiento especial a Irene por su actitud amable y educada hacia los clientes! ¡El coche propuesto fue incluso mejor que el reservado!

¡Alquiler de coche realmente malo! Varias tarifas "ocultas" diferentes. Personal antipático que carece de sentido de servicio. 300 euros por pequeños arañazos en una llanta después de aparcar. Nunca habíamos tenido una experiencia tan mala con el alquiler de coches, a pesar de que llevamos muchos años alquilando coches en diferentes partes del mundo.

Disuadir a todos de utilizar esta mala compañía.

Irene estuvo brillante. Ella fue muy comprensiva y clara, se comunicó bien y fue de gran ayuda.

No lo recomiendo para nada, prácticamente obligan a la gente a contratar un seguro a todo riesgo. Además del precio inicial, tuve que pagar otros 154€ por el seguro. Al pagar con tarjeta de crédito tenemos que saber el código, no existe el contactless y la única solución que tienen es exigir un seguro. Es una estupidez, en varios sitios he alquilado un coche nunca me había pasado nada parecido.
Le di 2 estrellas porque el personal es amable, porque le di un cero a las condiciones requeridas.

No lo recomiendo. Porque desde el principio hubo poca explicitud en la reserva respecto a la llegada al aeropuerto y donde ir a coger la furgoneta para recoger el coche, al llegar al lugar había una larga espera y siempre viendo gente quejándose, inicialmente sin entender y cuando llego mi pedido Una vez me di cuenta que todos se quejan de lo mismo, "obligan" a todos a contratar un seguro a todo riesgo, cuando al reservar solo querían un seguro normal, entonces no aceptan que pagues el depósito con un Tarjeta de débito, solo aceptan tarjeta de crédito con un código o aceptan tarjeta virtual (con aplicación de teléfono móvil). Al llegar a entregar el coche, solo nos llevó casi 30 minutos llevarlo al aeropuerto esperando a un conductor y una furgoneta.

¡Evita a esta compañía a toda costa! Me tiraron 560 euros diciendo que una de las luces traseras estaba rota, que ya estaba cuando recogí el coche. Era una parte tan pequeña del faro que no me di cuenta cuando inspeccioné cuidadosamente el auto cuando lo recogí. Cuando lo devolví, dijeron que yo causé esto.

Aconsejo a todos que ni siquiera alquilen un automóvil a través de una empresa que establece un sistema para ocultar un pequeño daño y luego robar dinero de la tarjeta que saqué en el depósito. ¡Toma un actor más conocido!

We had a bad experience with this rental company. We went to Alicante for vacation last December 2022. Booked a car for 3days and we opted to get it with insurance upon booking because we worry about the reviews we have read from other rental companies that chasing them for loads of extra charges and money and make stories about scratches or whatsoever we wanted it hassle free we just wanted to come get the car and go. But then when we were about to get the car we were told to get extra insurance on top of the insurance we purchased online so everything will all be covered and nothing to worry about. And thats another 100+ euros. So yeah we pushed through we booked a car, paid the 200 deposit and then agreed at the desk to take the extra insurance. And when we brought the car back they rip us off with additional charges. Its not the dents, the scratches or whatsoever they Charged us 200+ euros for extra milage. We were blind sighted by this company making us believe that everything is covered from the insurance we purchased.my boyfriend was fuming that day and it really spoils our vacation. The pricing is extremely above the roof, no transparency in the cost and no contracts were sent on our emails to review the whole rental agreement! Not going back! And not renting from this company again.

Personnel plus que désagréable. Très compliqué à trouver étant donné que c’est hors de l’aéroport. Si le bagage est trop gros on ne veut pas vous prendre dans la navette qui vous emmène de l’aéroport au guichet. Ils essayent de vous vendre des assurances bien chères qui ne servent à rien. Bref à fuir.

Poco flexibles en horarios de recogida y entrega. Ubicación liosa aunque cerca del aeropuerto.

This company is a joke, so slow service, had to wait 2 hours until I got the car, even if there was only 2 customers before me. They tried to sell me insurance, even if I said many times that I had it already. It was a chaos, when I was returning the car. Really AVOID

Elena was super helpful. I have been renting with Click cars for the last 3 years and would not use another rental company. Elena explained everything in detail went through the options with me and made sure everything was ok with the car.thank YOU:) very happy

Very reasonably priced car hire, professional service (thanks to Alexandra). Nice cars, well looked after. Always take the Full/Full deal to avoid paying extra for fuel. I was upgraded to an automatic FOC (suppose that was what was available - was great tbh). I purchased the Zero Excess from the booking company but now know that I would have been better to get that from the car hire company themselves (covers more).

Will definitely use Click Rent again when I fly into Alicante and would thoroughly recommend.

Recogida rápida en el aeropuerto de Alicante, traslado a la campa de vehículos y entrega sin problemas, buena atención y el vehículo muy bien entregado, la devolución lo mismo, muy contento con Click Rent y la atención de Elena.

Tous les avis négatifs resent l'expérience. Personnel très sympathique jusqu'à ce qu'ils sortent des fiches résumant les particularités du contrat: + tant pour le sable sur le tapis, + tant pour la carte de crédit, etc

Muy contenta con el trato recibido en ClickRent Alicante, suelo frecuentar esta compañía y sus políticas vienen muy claras en su página web, además tuvimos alguna consulta que el departamento de atención al cliente nos solventó eficaz y rápidamente. El coche que recibimos, un 10, era nuevo. Un modelo pequeño que no permitía aparcar en cualquier sitio pese las dificultades de aparcamiento que presenta Alicante ciudad. Sin duda si volvemos por la zona, repetiremos con ellos y con una reserva directa.

Muy buena experiencia con la gestión de la reserva y entrega de un vehiculo muy limpio, sobretodo ahora por tema covid. Amparo que nos atendió muy agradable y cercana y resolvió todas nuestras dudas. Sin duda repetiremos con este rent a car.

Por favor no alquiléis con ellos, y menos vía Discover Cars! Nos atendió Helena, con muy malos modos y una actitud de desprecio incomprensible. Nos hemos ido sin el coche, ya que nos intentaban cobrar 120 euros más por no darles tarjeta de crédito.
Te piden una tarjeta de crédito para “retenerte” 1050 € durante un par de meses. Si no tienes o no quieres darla te obligan a pagar 120 euros para comprar un segundo seguro (recordemos que ya habíamos pagado uno al reservar online). Con lo cual un alquiler anunciado en 20 euros te sale por 170 al final de toda la operación. Prefiero perder 50 euros que pagar a esta gente 170, sobre todo después de el trato inaceptable que nos ofreció la señorita Helena. Si me quieres timar, por lo menos sé educada y trátame con respeto y no como si fuera yo la que te intenta timar a ti.
Después de pagar el alquiler del coche con seguro a todo riesgo vía Discover Cars, hemos “palmado” lo pagado y nos vamos sin coche.
Discover Cars tampoco se hace responsable de no anunciar la política de la misteriosa retención de tarjeta de crédito.
En resumen una experiencia surrealista, profundamente desagradable con el único consuelo de que al haber cancelado, viendo muchas de las reseñas, hemos esquivado una bala. EVITAR COMO LA PESTE.

En Valencia, el trabajador que nos atendió tuvo un trato ejemplar y maravilloso!
En Alicante, la trabajadora fue muy servicial y con una atención al público muy correcto.

Took out fully comp insurance on full to full on collection was told had to pay an extra 18 euro for full to full and would be reimburse this amount on return. When this wasn't returned rang and asked why was then told it was for extra insurance would not have paid this if she was was telling the Truth. Totally miss sold

Oficina fuera del aeropuerto.cobran un importe por combustible que yo no vi, en el momento de la reserva.y Ojo¡¡ avisan que entregan el vehículo con el depósito lleno.el mío sólo tenia una raya.menos mal que me di cuenta, si no me lo cobran entero al enteegarlo.

Muy buena atención. El coche que me dieron era muy básico y sin lujos, pero me hizo el apaño. Muy buen trato, aunque extremadamente lentos, estuve una hora esperando a que me atendieran. Estaría bien que tuviesen más personal.

Experiencia mala. No lo recomendamos.
Falta personal lo que aumenta el tiempo de espera.
No sé puede fiar que te encuentran daños donde no hay. Y te dicen que valoraran lo que cobrarán sin darte ningún valor

Y eso que alquilo coches cada mes. Así que tengo mucha experiencia.

Me dieron un coche con mas de 2 años de antigüedad, lleno de golpes y los asientos sucios de salitre, al devolver el vehículo, me dijeron que las manchas las había hecho yo y me han cobrado 150 e por limpieza. Es diciembre así que os podéis imaginar que a la playa no he ido. Ademas se negaron a enseñarme el historial del vehículo. Lo he puesto en manos de abogados al considerarlo una ESTAFA! MUCHO CUIDADO!

We had a good experience here. Only took about 20 minutes to collect the car. When we returned the car we were first people there when they opened at 8am. The return admin was done quickly and we were on shuttle bus to airport in about 10 minutes. Returned car on a Wednesday had fuel money refunded on Thursday. And deposit money refunded on Friday.

Zero stars awful find scratches already on the car ie inside the boot which was never opened nowhere to park in benidorm car was parked up for the week got scammed for £200 damages also a traffic warden was waiting at hotel and impounded the car £180

Horrific experience. Took us quicker to fly from the UK to Spain than get a car! They charge for absolutely everything and be aware of their insurance! If you don’t insure with them be prepared to have a €1,200 deposit ready! Will never use again!

When we wanted to cancel our rental they kept our booking fee €200 complete un professional company we will never use or recommend them!

We had a car for almost 2 weeks from ClickRent. We got a really nice Mazda 3, which was comfortable for long rides. The pick up time was a bit long, and having to take a shuttle adds a bit of inconvenience, but it's all stated clearly when you book the car. We waited maybe 5-10 mins for the shuttle. They suggested to get full insurance, but weren't pushy when we declined. At the very end of our trip, some hooligans kicked off the side mirror off our car overnight (and ~50 other cars on the street). Crazy! But when we returned the car to ClickRent, they were supportive, fairly indicated the repair price using the official price list (the price made sense) and gave all the needed documentation for us to do the claim for our own insurance to cover the cost they charged. Friendly staff, great car and prices, but a little bit of inconvenience having to take a shuttle bus and can be longer wait if there are many customers.

Disgusting scam artists making money by claiming mysterious ‘marks’ on vehicles as they are returned and charging innocent tourists hundreds of euros for the privilege.
I dont know how they are still operating - an absolute embarassment to Spain.

Es una pena que lo que ellos llaman "política de empresa" se utilice para poner en duda la honestidad de las personas. Aconsejo que os llevéis una botella de combustible para llenar a tope el depósito antes de entregarlo, yo he tenido que ir a Torrellano a poner 3€ que le cabía al depósito porque no esta lleno.
