Jorge me hizo implantes aquí y fue súper eficiente. El tratamiento fue excelente y recibí mucha atención y apoyo antes del tratamiento, durante el tratamiento y después. ¡El precio también fue genial!
Recomiendo ampliamente la práctica.

Vengo a esta práctica desde 2010 cuando visito España. Jorge completó el trabajo de implantes y realizó otros trabajos que mi dentista en el Reino Unido se resistía a realizar. Excelentes dentistas muy recomendables.

El lugar es acogedor y limpio. Los tratamientos dentales son correctos. Tuve hace tiempo algunos tratamientos y recientemente una limpieza de boca y una revisión de las de mis hijos con Karen y fue estupendo. Cuando me atiende el Dr. Jorge, su carácter es tan distante y sobrio, que no es agradable. Pero hasta el momento su trabajo era bueno, así que he ido volviendo. Sin embargo el 31/10/2023 el Dr. Jorge me quemó la lengua en una intervención en la que había aplicado anestesia. Escribí a la clínica por whatsapp mandando fotos y me dijeron que "eso es habitual cuando el paciente mueve la lengua". Les contesté diciendo que al menos esperaba encontrar unas palabras de disculpa en su mensaje, pues el modo en que estaba redactado aún parecía que la culpa era mía. Habría sido sencillo contestar un "si, esto ocurre a veces, lo sentimos mucho, esperamos que no vuelva a suceder". Pero en lugar de eso dejaron mi mensaje en "visto". El día 14/11/2023 volví para la segunda parte del tratamiento. Nadie me comentó absolutamente nada. Al salir, le mencioné el tema a la recepcionista (que es muy agradable!) y me dijo "yo le reenvié su mensaje al doctor". Así pues, parece que el orgullo es demasiado alto como para dignarse a emitir una sencilla disculpa. Los errores pasan, y lo puedo entender perfectamente. Pero debido a esta falta absoluta de empatía, descarto volver a esta clínica.
Si no pongo una sola estrella es porque las instalaciones son correctas, los tratamientos también lo son y sobre todo Karen, las recepcionistas y la higienista son muy amables.

Jorge es un excelente dentista y me ha dado muchos consejos para limpiar y mantener dientes sanos. El higienista es fantástico y muy minucioso.

Todos los años venimos a Jávea y siempre planeamos que toda la familia se haga un chequeo, limpie y haga cualquier trabajo requerido (¡No muy a menudo, afortunadamente!) Siempre hemos encontrado la práctica súper amigable, profesional y complaciente ya que somos una familia.de 5. Además de ser de primera calidad, los precios son muy razonables/justos. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta práctica….

Un gran dentista familiar donde toda la familia se siente relajada. Todo el personal está muy informado y los precios de todos los procedimientos que hemos tenido siempre han sido muy competitivos y razonables. Recomendaría una visita!

Estamos muy decepcionados con los estándares de limpieza de la Dra. Karen Gardner… no es profesional y no nos sentimos cómodos. No volveremos.

Diente roto durante las vacaciones, visto dentro de la hora de la llamada telefónica. Personal amable y eficiente. Bonitas habitaciones relajantes. Bien informado y feliz de pasar tiempo explicando el procedimiento y las opciones futuras. Gracias

Excellent over all. Very high standard of treatment, patient care, organisation, efficiency and comfort. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I never previously thought about leaving feedback having had a tooth out but why not. As usual I was given a choice of options depending on an examination of the painful tooth. Unfortunately there was no choice and extraction the only option. An injection or two, a X-ray and away to go. The X-ray enabled the tooth to be extracted at the best angle I assume as very soon after starting the tooth was on the tray and I was given a treatment sheet for the next 48 hours. The fee was reasonable and I would happily recommend this dental practice.

Pedí una cita por el dolor agudo del diente para las 10 de la mañana. Cuando vinó esperaba allí durante 15-20 minutos mas hasta que Chico terminó con otro paciente. Cuando haya entrado en consultó con el Chico los precios de tratamiento (que es importante para mí y no podría dejarlo sin saber) porque inicialmente no podría para cada caso es diferente. Lo raro es que inmediatamente después de consultarme el Chico que trabaja allí me dijo que estoy gastando SU tiempo, yo llegó tarde y que el tiene pacientes esperando (aunque había nadie!) y que no le da tiempo hacer tratamiento ni siquiera por los precios muy avanzados que me llamó.
Servicio asqueroso! Perdí el tiempo y salud visitando "clinicas" así.
Gracias a dios que el mismo día encontré otra clinica local incluso con precios mas bajos, donde ya me explicaron que tengo pulpitis de forma aguda y lo curaron.

I have been visiting here now for many years and have introduced to people to Jorge the implantologist, for extensive implant work. The pricing and quality of the work, as well as helpful and friendly reception staff is significantly above average. When you find a good dentist, you tend to keep them! The particularly good point is that in an industry beset by devils who can often over-charge for necessary work, this dentist is honest. It's good to find it in this day and age.

Excellent dentist. Very good price. I have had 2 implants and recommended to friends who have come from the UK and UAE for treatment. Very professional and highly recommended.

A Great dentist, I am a nervous patient, Karen and her staff made me feel calm, welcome and informed at all stages of my dental work! I cannot rate them high enough! Excellent experience as I am no longer scared of the dentist!
I have also had Botox to soften deep lines on my face, excellent job! I didn’t feel a thing And the best thing is, it is not expensive either the dental or Botox/fillers. Thank you Dr karen Gardner and all your staff.
