Fuimos a Closeness para contratar el Internet para la casa. David nos atendió súper bien, es muy amable y profesional, y nos aconsejó para elegir la mejor opción. El técnico Iván vino a casa a instalarnos el Router. Estuvimos bromeando, porque pensé que era extranjero y resulta que es de Benissa. El servicio rápido, y él súper simpático y amable. Estamos muy contentas con el servicio y el Internet.

Had a slight disaster with the fibre cable to the router. Very helpful in the Closeness shop in Moraira and sorted out by the Closeness engineer within an hour. First class customer service to add to very fast broadband.
Can highly recommend to anyone thinking of having broadband installed.

Already for weeks desastrous wifi strength (with Fibra) during the evenings (from approx 8.30 till 11pm) and their support team ignores my questionS why this happens always during the evening. Earlier Closeness invoiced me incorrectly and the customer service reactions were poor and arrogant

Great service on Saturday. My internet was suddenly very slow and I emailed Closeness. The mechanic was there within half an hour.the mechanic checked everything the connections, the router (even had a new router with him). He then indicated that the problem was in another street and immediately went there. After 10 minutes he came back and everything was fixed.

Excellent service - we ordered fibre, an appointment was made for 3pm. The engineers arrived at precisely 3pm and everything was installed, set up and working within one hour. The engineers were professional, polite and communicative throughout and ensured that all was working before they left. Perfecto.
