Mi familia contrató con esta empresa el servicio de guardamuebles en contenedor y se depositó a su cuidado una serie de muebles de muy alta calidad, se pagó religiosamente el servicio durante 22 años.la sorpresa fue cuando mi madre procedió a la recogida de los muebles al cabo de todo este tiempo, la mejor pieza que era un mueble de madera de nogal grande desmontado en piezas, apareció en mal estado, golpeado y con la ausencia de una de sus partes. Tras hablarlo con la empresa y asegurarnos que darían solución.no hemos tenido contestación desde hace dos años!
Es brutal que tras haber pagado un servicio durante 22 AÑOS.te encuentres con algo así.
Visto lo visto mi madre está dispuesta a tomar acciones legales.
Es verdaderamente increíble la falta de respeto, la falta de palabra, la falta de profesionalidad y la falta de ética que demuestra esta empresa.

Trabajo muy bien hecho, muy serviciales en un tiempo récord. Sobre todo a un precio más q razonable.

We moved from the United States to Benitachell, Spain and used this terrible company. BIG MISTAKE!
They damaged our vintage terra cotta floors bringing in our furniture and even though one of the movers took a photo right after he damaged the floor Mr. Cooper, the owner denied that his mover did the damage and refused to pay for it to be repaired. Plus, they lost several of our items.
The cost of the move far exceeded the original quote.
Beware of this company as they will pretend to be nice until they have your money.
I could go on and on but I think anyone reading this will get the picture.
Of course they will respond with how great they are and many years they have been here, etc.but that has no bearing on how we were treated. There are other negative reports regarding Coopers Removals so please check them out as well.

Do not use this company they are very unprofessional and dont give a damn once they have your money. I contracted Coopers to collect and deliver my furniture to the uk and paid them handsomely for the privilege.
They repaid me by sub contracting the transporting of my goods to another uk company Brittaina Lanes who delivered my property damaged and covered in boot Mark's
They seem to think that their behaviour
is ok. A rubbish company beware.
