Hemos utilizado Coys durante muchos años, generalmente 4 veces al año, y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema. Servicio profesional amigable con vehículos de calidad.
Un buen ejemplo fue cuando un vuelo había sido cancelado (regreso) con un día de antelación y necesitaba conservar el coche de alquiler durante 4 días más. Esto se solucionó en media hora.
Definitivamente continuaré usando Coys.

Easy to book on the website, confirmed the next day by email.
Collected from the airport really quickly and taken to the compound where the paperwork & car were waiting, we were sorted in under 10 mins!
This time we had a new Citroen C3 which was a nice car. The return was just as fast.
Avoid all the reported hassle with some other hire companies, Coys provide an excellent stress free service, the staff are great & provide excellent customer service.
I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

Had a fantastic experience renting with COYS. Transparent pricing, no pressured upselling at the counter, no hidden fees, a very competitive offer. Car was exactly as described and in a great condition with only 8000km on the clock. Unlimited mileage and free additional drivers offers great peace of mind. I am only deducting one star because I had to wait over half an hour for the shuttle from the office back to the airport. I understand this was beyond COYS’ control and it wouldn’t stop me from hiring from them again in future.

Have used Twice.it is now our first choice of car hire companies in Alicante. Excellent service, quality vehicles, friendly staff. We had to cut short are last visit to Spain and changing all of the details was no bother at all. Can not fault this company

Maybe the best rental car company we have used. They are super friendly, answers quickly on emails, really affordable, nice cars (our had only done 200 kilometers from new) and no hidden fees. They had car seats for our three kids for just 1€ per seat per day.
