CPM / James Holidays

He estado con James Holidays como propietario durante 11 meses, durante ese tiempo todos los miembros del personal han sido de gran ayuda, ayudándome a configurar mi villa para alquiler, la empresa se maneja con un estándar muy alto y es muy profesional. Mi villa siempre se limpia y mantiene con un alto nivel, por lo que no tengo que preocuparme por eso. Recomiendo encarecidamente James Holidays a cualquiera que esté pensando en alquilar.

Simplemente nos dieron la vacaciones en plena ola de calor llegamos al apartamento y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba los ventiladores tampoco me trajeron un apartado de aire que si no ponías agua se paraba apartamento muy sucio 700km para esto no volvería ni gratis las peores vacaciones de mi vida me abonaron el 50 %del primer día osea una vergüenza no axñconsejo esta página

Es una gran compañía con la que tratar, Zoe ha sido excelente al atender nuestras solicitudes mientras nos hospedamos en una villa de 4 dormitorios en Las Colinas. Nada fue demasiado problema y la correspondencia se resolvió de manera muy oportuna. James Holidays será ahora mi primera convocatoria para alquilar alojamiento en Orihuela y alrededores. Gracias de nuevo.

Fuimos allí para buscar un nuevo hogar en España, dijimos que tenían lo que estábamos buscando y que nos llamarían al día siguiente. Han pasado 3 semanas desde entonces y no hemos recibido respuesta por teléfono ni por correo electrónico.

Rebecca and Zoe have been tremendously helpful. They are always available and provide a friendly and efficient service.

We have just bought and sold apartments in Punta Prima. Zoe and Becky are two of the nicest, professional, helpful and supportive people you could wish for. They took all the stress from the process away from us and we could not have asked for more. We definitely will use CPM again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.

Nos alojamos en Green Hills, La Zenia, la semana del 15 de Agosto de este año, 2022.
Nos dijeron que cuando nos faltará media hora les avisáramos y tanto que les avisamos, estuvimos esperando 1/2.
Llegamos puntuales y la srta de la agencia se retrasó, no sabía ni que plaza de parking teníamos.pero nuestra sorpresa llega cuando entramos al apartamento, estaba sucio, ahora adjuntaré fotos.
La puerta del baño estaba rota y nos iban a abonar un 10% del precio que habíamos pagado por el alquiler, que ese 10% no ha llegado ni llegará.
No volveremos nunca más a alquilar con esta agencia, nada recomendable.

A la contestación que nos dan ustedes, mienten, nos dijeron que nos abonarían un 10%, hemos revisado nuestra cuenta corriente y no hay ninguna devolución suya.y para limpiar su imagen dicen qnos han descontado un 30%, jaja no sólo creen ni ustedes.
TOTALMENTE MENTIRA E INCIERTA SU RESEÑA.

Acabamos de comprar y vender apartamentos en Punta Prima. Zoe y Becky son dos de las personas más amables, profesionales, serviciales y solidarias que puedas desear. Nos quitaron todo el estrés del proceso y no podríamos haber pedido más. Definitivamente usaremos CPM nuevamente y no dudaremos en recomendarlos a cualquiera que esté pensando en comprar o vender una propiedad.

Weve been using CPM for over 10 years - they feel like family when i pick up the phone to talk to them or request anything on email. Always VERY prompt in replying/calling back, they are keen to get as much business/bookings as possible for us and they look after our apartment really well. Its been a tough time for everyone during 2020/21 but they have been nothing short of excellent in keeping us informed and keeping our place rented. Thanks guys

Nos ha gustado bastante, el personal muy amable y responden rápido ante cualquier inconveniente! Lo único es que la parte de afuera, las escaleras y la entrada estaban sucios, por lo demás todo súper bien!

I was highly recommended this company by a friend and they didn't disappoint.
Our plans changed last minute which was very stressful and we were so thankful to Zoe and her team for arranging our accomodation, last minute, for a 4 week trip and over Christmas, new year and for Spain's festival of the 3 kings! ! We were met by a member of staff at 2am (minimal fee) and he was so kind. He explained all we needed to know.
The location and accommodation were truly perfect for our specific needs.
During our stay we had a problem with the washing machine. We really didn't expect anything to happen and only mentioned the problem so they were aware, however, within a few working days a new washing machine was delivered and plumbed in. We couldn't believe it. I could go on and on as to the service we recieved!
We are so pleased we chose James Holidays/CPM. I really believe we would not have gone ahead with our trip if they hadn't have been so helpful.
A big thank you to you all. You really turned things around for us and went above and beyond to ensure the stress was removed at such a sad and difficult time for us.

I have been using this company to manage my apartment on both long term rentals and for short term holiday lets as circumstances dictated for more than 10 years. They are very professional and take extremely good care of my property.
