Se trata de un refugio natural muy cercano al pueblo y cuya visita resulta muy recomendable. Antes de llegar sale una senda por la izquierda que nos lleva a la Cueva del Tesoro a través de una canal un tanto peligrosa, pero que vale muy mucho la pena si te gusta el senderismo.

It"s a big open cave. The path to it is very narrow and rocky and adjecent to the abyss. At places, one miss step could lead to serious injuries. I don't find it suitable for (little) kids or people who are afraid of heights.
Besides that, it's an ok walk. There used to be informational signs about the vegetation, but most of them are gone/destroyed.
It seems that the cave itself has been used for climbing/abseiling. I did see a lot of metal rings along one of the walls and the ceiling.
If you go here, wear sturdy shoes!

La ruta de las Cuevas Peñeta, es una ruta circular, en general fácil de realizar, salvo algún trocito un pelín más complicado, el punto de partida es la plaza del pueblo y rodeas el pueblo por la montaña para volver a ella, las vistas son espectaculares, aunque le llaman la ruta de las cuevas solo hay una y cueva como tal no es, es más bien una brecha abierta enorme en la roca. La duración de la ruta está en torno a los 30 minutos.

Chulisimo, una buena elección para desconectar y dar un paseo por la naturaleza. Genial para ir con perros.

Una cueva con unas vistas muy bonitas.se tarda aproximadamente unos 30' en llegar. El camino está bien para principiantes aunque tiene un par de pasos algo complicados pero sin serlo demasiado. Totalmente recomendable

La ruta per arribar a la cova és fàcil a fer i per el que vaig veure no és molt concurrida. ës una llastima perquè la ruta és molt interessant i per la senda tens cartells botànics indicante el nom d'algunes espècies vegetals de la zona.
La cova impressiona el tamany i el sostre pla que té, no té més.

Beautiful cave (wide rock overhang) outside of Chulilla, around 50-60 km NW of Valencia. Great views of rockfaces all around along the trail here; be prepared to take lots of photos, including panoramas.
