Cyclogical

Realmente quiero agradecer a Cyclogic en Quesada. Una de nuestras bicicletas eléctricas Raleigh se cayó de la parte trasera del coche en la M25 mientras viajaba hasta aquí la semana pasada. Realmente pensé que era un 'gonner'.
Nuestra encantadora vecina sugirió que lo lleváramos a Cyclogic. No tenía muchas esperanzas al respecto. Pero 10 días después, manillares rotos, engranajes destrozados y sistemas eléctricos (sistema de alimentación Bosch), todo arreglado. Y a un precio realmente razonable y con un servicio excelente.
No podría haber pedido más. Lo recomiendo completamente. Será donde llevo las bicicletas para su mantenimiento anual antes de regresarlas al Reino Unido cada año.

Este negocio tiene toda mi confianza. Su trabajo es correcto, limpio, y estupendo. La gente es amable. Los precios económicos. Si lo comparo con otros que venden y mantienen bicis, debo decir que es el A1 en este sector. Felicitaciones al equipo y espero que os vaya muy bien!

Fantástica tienda, chicos muy amables con mucha experiencia. Les he alquilado bicicletas varias veces sin problemas y recientemente le compré una bicicleta a Garry para mi padre. Incluso jugó junto con la sorpresa, un servicio general muy feliz. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Fantastic service. Cycological had an excellent range of bikes, and I found a very retro second hand bike which was exactly what I was looking for. The owner was incredibly friendly and stayed open for me as I had to get to their store after work. He was really helpful with helping me choose a bike in the cheaper range and evidently had a lot of expertise. Clearly a well run operation!

Just back from my visit and was amazed with the range of bikes and brands these guys had to offer, rented a couple bikes for the kids and grandkids while they are over for Christmas and couldn’t fault the process. Thanks again to the team for their great service.

After receiving excellent help/ information from Gary / Lynn and the team I recently purchased my Pinarello E Road bike, excellent chioce, if your thinking of purchasing an electric bike visit their shop to view there excellent selection. Great service thank you.

First impressions fantastic, well laid out shop and all the kit you could want. We hired two Pinarellos but unfortunately one had an issue that became apparent on the first ride which was a Saturday afternoon I emailed that evening but the shop is closed Sundays so nothing could be done at the time, which i understand, I had to complete a 60 mile very uncomfortable ride. On return of the bike (a day early because i could ride the bike due to defect) the owner was very rude and just said well I've never had complaint of that in all the time he has been hiring bikes out. I've been offered a discount if I use them again, that wont be happening for us, we will use another place when we return in January. Its a shame as the shop is spot on but in my eyes customer satisfaction is key!

Bought two urbanbiker e-bikes 4 weeks ago.love them. Lynn arranged for us to view them before arriving in Spain and young Tom explained all the features on our first visit. Harry had them ready pickup day and gave us a comprehensive rundown before we left. Excellent and friendly service. My son and his wife hired similar bikes on their recent visit and again the hire service from Gary was very professional. Its now my go to LBS. Thanks

My husband and I have just been into cyclogical shop to purchase an electric bike for me.
The young lad who looked after us was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm now the proud owner if a Urban bike. I would recommend anyone to pay a visit to this establishment.

Very unhelpful, I had a tubeless mtb wheel that I couldn't get air in or out of the presta valve, they had a look at it and said it was blocked with sealant and I would be better off changing it back to a tube or taking it back to where I bought it from, they took the valve core out, no air came out, so they put it back in.
I took it to a local bike shop, they found a piece of rubber blocking the valve hole, fitted a new valve core (in 2 wheels) because they could be bothered

Just returned from another lovely holiday in the Quesada area, one of many over the last 10 years or so. Hired my usual immaculate carbon, ultegra group, Pinnarello road bike which, as always, didn't miss a beat. Cyclogical is by far the best bike shop in the area, both for hire and sales. The onwers, Gary and Lynn, live a breath cycling and their passion for cycling filters down through every aspect of their business. No need to even consider going anywhere else.

Very happy with the service of my ebike it runs like new. The staff are all friendly and helpful.would definitely return for a service or even a new bike in the future.

Very good service, although either i am entirely out of touch with bike prices but did seem more expensive than perhaps supermarket chain costs, however we did buy a bike and offered some accessories at no extra costs, so was generally pleased all-round, ps if you have a spare €13,000 they have bikes to fulfil your needs, WOW! My first ever house was cheaper, nice pleasent staff and british owners so if language a problem i would recommend coming here

Had a problem with my bike and took it to these people. Sorted within the hour and at a reasonable price. Will use them again.

Friendly and professional shop, nothing too much trouble, would highly recomend. What a bike shop should be like. My bike rides like a dream after its service.
