Don Dé Electro Hogar

Recorrí tiendas en Quesada y Torreveija y sus alrededores en busca de electrodomésticos, necesitaba todo después de comprar una propiedad: TV, frigorífico/congelador, horno y encimera, ventilador, lavavajillas, lavadora, el Monty completo.
Precios competitivos, todos los productos de marcas que conocíamos (Bosch, Siemens, LG, etc.) y todo almacenado y entregado según sea necesario y a tiempo.
Probablemente la principal ventaja de comprar electrodomésticos en un distribuidor local en lugar de en cadenas de tiendas o en línea es cuando surgen esos problemas. Sólo un lugar al que ir.
Siempre tuve (y tengo) un servicio fantástico.

DonDe ha instalado una nueva mampara de ducha en nuestra casa. Quitaron el viejo y pusieron uno nuevo. El servicio que ofrece la empresa es excelente y los recomiendo encarecidamente. Gracias DonDe

Solo estuve aquí un fin de semana largo y compré una placa nueva a un precio razonable. Este fue instalado e instalado al día siguiente de forma gratuita. El instalador llegó a tiempo e hizo un gran trabajo. Definitivamente volvería a comprarles productos ya que fueron muy útiles en la tienda.

Qué empresa tan fabulosa es esta, a las 5: 15 p.m. Necesitaba un nuevo refrigerador con congelador de inmediato, entregado a las 6: 45 p.m, qué increíble servicio. Servicio con una sonrisa también, un lugar al que ir sin duda. No podría recomendarlos lo suficiente.

Compra de un refrigerador porque la tienda dice que está en stock y entrega dentro de los 7 días. Finalmente no hay entrega, la excusa dada "problema con el servicio de transporte y no sabemos dar fechas"
Por eso decimos que la información que le damos al cliente no es correcta y queremos una compensación por la demora porque le explicamos que si le compramos es porque estaba en stock y se entregó en 7 días.
Respuesta de la tienda "Nada es 100% seguro en la vida"
Luego pedimos que le reporten el problema al jefe de la tienda, la respuesta fue: "ya está hecho, no se hacen responsables"
Todas estas respuestas van más allá de la realidad para un cliente…
¡Entonces cancelamos nuestra compra y recomendamos otro lugar donde la tienda brinda un seguimiento real del cliente y no le da información incorrecta al cliente para que simplemente les compre sin respetar su compromiso!

Como en ocasiones anteriores, muy buen servicio, y tenían el artículo solicitado "en stock".

Llamé a la tienda en Quesada a las 17.30, hablé con un asistente muy servicial que me aconsejó sobre mis necesidades y a las 8.15 de la mañana siguiente me entregaron un frigorífico-congelador nuevo, lo instalaron y retiraron el viejo.

Bought all our white goods here, they stored then for 2months for us when we got our move in date they were there to install straight away.

Great service! Ordered an oven at 4: 30pm yesterday and it was delivered around 4pm today for no extra charge. They also installed it and took the old one away for free. Very helpful and friendly staff in the store to answer your questions. Will definitely use again in future.

Our old washing machine packed up on us yesterday, so we bought a new washing machine from Don De yesterday. We heard today that it would be delivered today. When it came, it was a couple of mm too wide to go through the door! The cost of removing part of the door frame made the machine too expensive, but Don De offered to switch our original choice for a slightly narrower machine and delivered and installed it this afternoon. Really great customer service!

Very helpful and informed staff. Twice now they have been able to deliver and install quickly which makes all the difference.

We have lived in Quesada for fifteen years now. It is our go to place for kitchens and bathrooms and other electrical goods. They are always very polite and professional and best of all, they keep to their time schedule.

I have used this company since 2015 to buy a fridge, cooker washing machine and oven. They fit it free take the old ones away free too. Utterly reliable.depending on the time of year they can do these things the same day. They even changed my fridge freezer doors to open the other way, ordered the parts for a totally reasonable fee. They do what it says on the tin.no extra charges.they have been in Quesada a long time what does that tell you?

Visited the store @2pm looking for a complete shower (overhead & handheld). Arrived at 5pm same day and all done by 6pm, amazing service, would highly recommend

Wow, just wow. What fantastic service.

I went in and ordered a replacement dishwasher and, my Card receipt was timed at 12: 52. I was told that they would deliver and install the item before 14: 00. At 13: 07 they'd arrived. By 13: 18 the old machine had been removed, the new dishwasher it was in place and the engineers had departed.

A first class service, I purchased a new electric hob and within 2 hours they had called to our home removed the old hob and fitted the new one.

Don De offers an excellent service, from the initial help on the purchase in the shop, till the installation of the 2 appliances (fridge/freezer combi & a dishwasher. Technicians gave good information on how to operate the machine (s). A trustworthy partner.

Went into Don de in Ciudad Quesada and it was a lovely shop, very well laid out! The lady who came to see if wanted any help was very pleasant and helpful.
We bought a fridge and a freezer and it was delivered free to our house within 30 minutes.
Would highly recommend.

Oven & hob delivered and fitted within 15 mins. Now that is customer service. Excellent friendly staff, both in store and the installation engineers. Check out the shop. Well known brands at competetive prices. Very friendly and no language barriers.

Terrible after service experience. On opening the packaging for the hob, I found it was broken. I went to shop with photos, to be told it was fine when it left them. I said so you are accusing me of breaking it and lying. I was told to claim off the my insurance thats what people do. Terrible. I have refitted my kitchen with this company. If i had realised this was their attitude i would never have used them. I'm honest so I wouldnt try to claim from my insurance for a fault of the supplying company.

If it is possible to get better service then I don't know where. At 9.15am I went into the store to purchase a new dishwasher, no problem soon decided on which one I wanted
