El color se quemó en el cuero cabelludo, tuve que limpiar el borde del color en la cara, ella quería pintarme con un nuevo enfoque
Perdió mucho cabello. Al menos dejé de usar las tijeras. El color también era demasiado oscuro, como se deseaba.
Creo que es más un salón de uñas.

Hoy fui hacerme unas mechas, le enseñe a la chica el color que quería, cuando cogi la cita online en los comentarios puse que siempre me hacen mechas con tinte. Tengo pelo muy largo de color rubio claro. Cuando me senté, se lo volví a explicar todo. Estaba muy nerviosa porque vi que tiempo pasaba, pero no me quedaban los papeles de la cabeza, entonces la chica me sentó en el lava cabezas y me aplicó el matizador. No hay espejo frente lavacabezas para controlar proceso. Cuando me ha lavado y me vi al espejo me quede muerta. El pelo estaba naranja y se lo dije, ella me contestó que es porque estaba mojado. Pague 80 eur. Me fui a casa y cuando me vi al espejo entré al estado de shock…… mi pelo estaba naranja oxidado y a rallas en los sienes. Totalmente de otro color que he pedido y mucho más oscuro que el color con el que vine. Cuando les llámame para comentárselo, no me han dado ninguna solución. Entonces baje y pedí hablé con la propietaria. Me ha escuchado cínicamente y me dijo que me devuelve el dinero, y no tiene tiempo para todo esto porque esta ha haciendo una micropigmentacion. Le pedí las hojas de reclamaciones. Tampoco tenían, me dijo que vuelva mañana. Entonces llame a la policía local. Mientras yo estaba enfrente esperando fueron corriendo a la gestoría al lado y trajeron el libro. No he han pedido disculpas. El pelo está súper estropeado, no escuchan clientes, se hacen las locas luego y dicen que es culpa tuya. Cero profesionalidad. No trabajan bien con el pelo largo natural. No se lo aconsejo a nadie. Los resultados imprevisibles. Y lo de las uñas es una historia aparte. Las que no lleváis uñas postizas en manos ni en pies, tampoco lo aconsejo. Vais a salir con surcos de torno y uñas quebradizas

Today I went to get some highlights, I showed the girl the color I wanted, when I took the appointment online in the comments I put that they always make me highlights with tint. Totally another color that I have ordered and much darker than the color that I came with. When I call them to discuse it, they have not given me any solution. So I went there again and asked to speak to the owner. She has listened to me cynically and she told me that she will give me money back, and she does not have time for all this because she is doing permanent make up. I asked for the claim sheets. They didn't have either, she told me to come back tomorrow. Then call the local police. While I was waiting in front they ran to the agency next door and brought the claim sheets. I didn’t receve any apologies. The hair is super damaged, they don't listen to customers, they make poker face and say it's your fault. Zero professionality. They do not work well with long natural hair. I do not recommend it for anyone. The unpredictable results. And the nails is a other story. Those of you who do not wear false nails on your hands or feet, I do not recommend it either. You're going to come out with damaged nails.

Делала маникюр без покрытия, снимала гель-лак, мастер, не посчитала нужным выровнять ногтевую пластину, весь ноготь остался в буграх от предыдущего геля, кутикула неровно вырезана, местами вообще даже не оттодвинута от ногтя, мастер не дружит с пилкой, не может сделать ногти одинаковой длины и формы. Хамское отношение и полное безразличие. За 31 € качества сервиса низкое. Я человек не кофликтный, но это просто перебор. No aconsejo. Actitud grosera y total indiferencia. Por 31 € la calidad del servicio es baja. No soy una persona conflictiva, pero es una exageración.

Celia is the best in Manicure, perfectionist and clean doing her job. Oxsana works good in Pedicure. They make you feel comfortable when you arrive with a nice welcome. I will definitely return and recommend it. This is my first visit!

Living in UK permanently I have never hadmy nails done better then here.
Great communication with Julia-the owner.
All girls are fantastic-trained exactly the same way so its the same level of service every time.
Igor-hair specialist listens and understands what’s needed.
As a extremly fussy person I consider myself lucky to have found this place.
If you need long lasting results, neat job and no unnecessary small talk I highly recommend using this salon.
I always leave happy, relaxed and sure that highest quality of products and service has been offered.

Very pleasant inviting owner. Ambiance of Salon excellent, clean, very well presented Had my hair styled and highlighted by Igor. Would have liked to discuss colour of highlights, but with language difference Igor choose colour himself. Would have liked just a little lighter, friends thought I had gone grey. Next time I will discuss with owner Julie.
Would definately return as Igors method excellent. Will probably have nails done at a later date. Keen prices.

Really recommend Dream Salon. The owner is so skilled and friendly, including everyone who works there. Very happy with everything done there. Nails, wax, haircuts, and permanent makeup. I go to Dream Salon in Albir to do my nails and hear. It is always a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere there that makes the visit enjoyable. A couple of hours when you get full attention and very nice treatment. The hairdresser is really good and extremely accurate - I have always been very satisfied with the color and cut. Also the manicure and pedicure are always done perfect, regardless who does it - all are skillful in their work and can help you choose suitable style and color. Highly recommended!

Even while I came in so late, without an appointment on a Saturday, with the question to do my hair and nails within an hour. They wanted to help me and managed everything. So helpful and what a great job they did! Hair and nails were on point.

My favorite place to go! All services are exceptional as well as the atmosphere and the place itself. Safety is a priority there, all the instruments are sterilized, and personal follow all the protocols needed.
A adore all of the professionals, however, my heart belongs to Oksana and Igor.

Best beauty place ever ️ every treatment I am always happy with would not go anywhere else but dream salon. Manicure, pedicure, lashes, hair always the best quality. All staff friendly lovely people always go out of there way to make sure they can give you an appointment that can fit around you
