Estafa. Reservamos un “modelo garantizado” y, adivinen qué, no obtuvimos lo que pagamos. Intentan venderle un seguro y le cobran extra por todo. La mujer en el mostrador estaba impaciente y decepcionante. ¡Realmente enojado por esto! Si puedes, elige Europecar en su lugar.

El servicio de traslado al alquiler de coches está bien. El empleado del mostrador fue muy antipático y contundente y quiso vendernos un doble seguro a pesar de que ya teníamos un seguro a todo riesgo. Me llevé el coche con una sensación desagradable, no fue un buen comienzo para las vacaciones. No en Drivalia otra vez para nosotros. El coche y el regreso fueron buenos, por lo tanto 2 estrellas.

Un buen servicio y el transporte no tarda mucho, el precio del alquiler es muy bueno, lo único que no me gustó es que mientras alquilaba el coche online también compré el seguro que me ofrecieron a un precio ventajoso.si mientras tanto compré pero luego me di cuenta que una vez que llegas a Drivalia te convencen de que el seguro que obtienes allí en el acto es mejor y total y por lo tanto desperdicias el dinero primero. Gasté más en seguros que en alquiler. Bueno

Todas las empresas de alquiler intentan imponer un seguro adicional y Drivalia no es una excepción. Desafortunadamente, también cobran un extra si deseas devolver el coche de alquiler antes de las 8 de la mañana. Luego te piden 20 euros extra. Además no me entregaron el coche lleno, pero tampoco tuve que devolverlo lleno, tras lo cual igual me cobraron el depósito lleno de gasolina. No hay respuesta a nada. Alquilaría en otro lugar.

Servicio perfecto. Todo arreglado sin problemas. El servicio de recogida y entrega, así como el registro del coche, fueron rápidos y amables. El caballero detrás del mostrador también tenía buen sentido del humor.

Buena empresa pero hay algo que no me gusta. Alquilé un coche a través de booking.com y contraté un seguro a todo riesgo para no pagar depósito. Llegué allí y resultó que como no había reservado a través de su web, tuve que pagar una fianza de 1.250 euros. Esto me enojó mucho porque el límite de mi tarjeta de crédito era de 2.000 euros y mis vacaciones eran de 2 semanas. Muy desagradable de su parte.
Lo segundo que realmente me molestó fue el hecho de que debido al retraso del avión (debía recoger el coche a las 21: 30, lo recogí a las 22: 10) tuve que pagar una tasa de 40 euros.por recoger después de las 10 de la noche, aunque no fue culpa mía, fue culpa de Ryanair que tuvieran una hora de retraso. Esto me enojó mucho. Aparte de eso, todo estuvo bien y eficiente, el personal fue amable y servicial.

Buen servicio, auto en excelentes condiciones. En mi opinión, su cobertura de seguro es demasiado cara.

Recogido rápidamente en autobús y el manejo también fue rápido. ¿Tienes un DR4 nuevo? Sí, tampoco conocíamos este coche. Un coche "italiano" fabricado en China. Realmente no acelera suavemente.

Don’t book! They are cheaters and don’t give you what you pay for. Also they are ripping you off and lying in your face, don’t book!

I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Renting a car ruined my whole vacation, both getting a car for rent and returning became stressful.
New payments appear out of nowhere. You are not offered an additional service, the money is simply withdrawn from your card without your confirmation.
Some employees are rude and disrespectful.
We were not given the car we chose, the replacement car was missing standard components.
There is no office at the airport, so to get to the service and from the service to the airport, you wait until the bus is full.
The office is open from 8: 00 to 22: 00, the rest of the time you will have to use the services for an additional fee, i.e. If your flight is delayed be prepared to pay.
I would strongly not recommend Drivalia Leasys to anyone if you’re care about your mental health.

Tienen la peor atención al cliente, no lo recomiendo para nada. Se nos echo a perder la pantalla del coche que alquilamos, no podíamos usar aire acondicionado, ni la navegación, íbamos con menores de edad, llamamos para hacer el cambio y nos dijeron que si no llegábamos con el tanque lleno de combustible nos cobrarían un fee de reposición, les explicamos que necesitábamos hacer el cambio rápido y que en este caso era su vehículo el que estaba fallando, aún así su único interés era cobrar.

Perdimos la tarde completa y cuando pedimos reclamar nos dijeron que no servía nuestro reclamo porque al final nos cambiaron el vehículo, sin importarles nuestro tiempo, que estábamos con niños y el pésimo trato de sus trabajadores, uno incluso dijo que el coche no tenía ningún problema, felizmente teníamos todo con videos y fotos, el trabajador que nos atendió mal por teléfono se llama David.

Háganse un favor y evítense el mal rato, vayan con cualquier otra compañía menos esta.

Service parfait, les voitures sont dans un état impeccable, le personnel est à l'écoute et sympathique. Le déblocage de la franchise prend énormément de temps (plus de 3 semaines et toujours pas débloquée)

Under absolutely no circumstances you should book a car with them. I just did, and it was a €600 mistake. I had an insurance through a third party. I had an issue with a wheel. I called Drivalia and they told me to contact their road assitance. The service was great, they came within 15 minutes. But guess what, because I was more than 150km from their office, they charged me €600! It doesn't make ANY sense at all. They called a local guy, who was there super fast. There is no link between the distance to the office and the price charged. TOTAL NONSENSE. STAY AWAY!

All good. Only downside, breakdown cover not included in hire price. Needed to pay an extra €20.

Good quality cars, quick pick up, great staff, good site. Use them all the time. Only Downside is if you have a late flight, they use another car parking site.

Used this company in Alicante five times, the last time was a nightmare. I was ripped off for €185.00 for a scratch under the front valens on the car which I couldn't even see! Frankly I will never use them again, I would highly advise anybody to stay well away from them.they will RIP you off as well!

Quicker than using the airport based hire car companies, efficient service, i was given a free upgrade which was great. The bus was there to collect us with no.waiting and i was on the road faster than i.would have been withe queues at the airport desks.

Do not hire a car from these. They will rob you blind. They might just be the company that forces regulations into the european car rental sector. Scumbags of the highest order

Convenient, efficient and great service from a car hire company we used for the first time in September 2018. Off-airport pick up and drop off with a regular shuttle bus to and from the airport terminal building. We bought the all inclusive insurance and were still cheaper than any other car hire, having the peace of mind we were fully covered. Will definitely book through them again.

Easy online ordering, but go for the prestige service as you have nothing to worry about it anything should happen to your hire car. Quick and easy pick via minibus to off site office. Which is only 5mins away. All staff very pleasant and helpful.
This is just my opinion.

The only good thing about them is the list price. When they then starts to add extra cost for every thing upon delivery, then the good list price vanish. We where e.g charged for cleaning (the car wasn't totally clean when handed in, but not more dirty then what we handed in other places, free of charge).

Not customer friendly, trying to scare you into more expensive insurance, slap on service fees, inspect your car clearly hoping to charge you for something. Be on your guard

Everything is perfect no deposit nice car.we got unlimited mileage because we love travel around the country. But at the reception they said its only 2000km. And if you go more you need to pay 45cent/km. Whats the point to advertise unlimited if its limited

Have rented from Drivalia on a number of occasions and will not be changing. Very professional and all runs very smoothly. Pick up very prompt as was return. Would certainly recommend.

Al recogerlo mi sorpresa es que me subió un 50% más por lo mismo que ya había pagado.
Me tuve que ir a otra compañia. Aún no se han dignado a devolverme el dinero

What a rip off. I stupidly forgot my license (I'm pretty sure I'm not the first or the last!) and they couldn't just change the rental to my husband who has the same name as me. I had to pay another £260 and they made a song and dance about not having a credit card. Never again will I book a 'cheap' rental.

Everything was perfect! New car, kind staff, good prices. Fast pick-up and drop-off. I left the car at 8am and I was already in the bus going to airport at 8.10. I took their ultimate package. There is plenty of car rental companies in this area, but after reading carefully all details drivalia gives you a complete peace of mind.

Plus jamais arrivé a 2h du matin on a du payer plus de 400 euros d'assurance! Et des frais car notre avion a eu plus de 2h de retard! Évidemment a 2h du matin avec 3enfants dont un en bas âge! Ils nous ont retourné le cerveau! Et sa nous a tuer notre budget vacances! A fuir absolument

Very helpful staff. The whole process went very smoothly: from collection to returning the car. Despite a large number of patrons returning their cars at the same time the staff managed to maintain a constant flow transferring people to the airport in a timely manner.
