Nunca tuve ningún problema con Easyhire. Tuvimos scooters durante 2 semanas. Los usaremos en enero 2 semanas x

Fabuloso servicio para mi tía, era la primera vez que usaba una scooter y le dio una tremenda independencia.
La tienda estaba a dos minutos del hotel Servigroup Orange donde nos alojamos y el garaje de carga por la noche estaba a la misma distancia en sentido contrario.
¡El caballero de la tienda fue amable y le mostró qué hacer!
50 euros por una semana y 40 euros de fianza, que nos devolvieron cuando recuperamos la moto.
¡Vale la pena cada centavo!

Mi consejo es contratar en otro lugar NO AQUÍ.
No hay absolutamente nada de calidad en su servicio. Alquilamos una scooter por un día por 50 euros y tuvimos que devolverla porque se acabó la luz muy rápidamente (5 km, en todo caso, el anuncio dice que duran 20 km). Al hablar con el gerente para solicitar un reemplazo o un reembolso, rechazó ambas opciones.y fue muy grosero (no era un hombre nada agradable). Solo tuvimos el scooter durante 4 horas. Sin embargo, si decide arriesgarse, verifique la calidad de todo lo que contrate aquí, verifique que los asientos, reposabrazos, etc.estén seguros. Después de todo, no alquilarías, por ejemplo, un coche sin frenos.

No contratar. El scooter roto muestra un funcionamiento completo y luego cobra 25 € para recogerlo cuando dobla la esquina desde el lugar de la izquierda.
Luego te acusa de no querer pagar 4€ en el hotel para cargar cuando crees que no es necesario porque muestra carga completa.
Estafa para ganar dinero.

Intenté contratar a mi esposa que sufrió un derrame cerebral y necesita un scooter (35, derrame cerebral a los 29). Tenía placa azul y todo el historial médico a través de las aplicaciones 'NHS' y 'MY GP', junto con correos electrónicos, videos, etc. Fue rechazado.sobre la base de que ella era demasiado joven y "los irlandeses han falsificado documentos y las reglas habían cambiado" no somos irlandeses y las reglas no habían cambiado. Contratado de Amigos.

Antes de la reseña de mi esposa sobre la avería del scooter que tenía mi suegro. No tuvo nada que ver con que no le cobraran. Alquilamos 3 scooters la primera vez. Usar uno averiado no funcionaba y no podía llegar al modo natural porque faltaba el interruptor. Si se debió a que no se cargó g, ¿por qué funcionó el g 2 restante? Contratamos solo por 3 días, no la semana, aparentemente se entregó completamente cargado, usted no lo cobró o simplemente es basura que no es adecuada para su propósito.

Muy buen servicio y personal educado. Recomendaría. Tuvimos un pinchazo y se solucionó rápidamente.

I hired a single mobility scooter had it over night took it back and asked for a double scooter and paid the €44 extra when back to collect it they wanted €37 more after paying €102 on day one then €44 then wanted a further € 37 the cost of a double is €90 plus €50 deposit
WHY ARE THEY TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I went to them as I needed a wheelchair and I hired one for the last few days of my holiday. I explained what happened with another wheelchair I had hired from another company in benidorm and they assured me all there chairs were checked ready for use. Unfortunately I realised later on in the day that the wheelchair was slightly too narrow for me so I returned it and after explaining the problem and trying different wheelchairs I was given my deposit back. Very friendly company and the staff are very good.

Alquilé un scooter de movilidad individual. Lo devolví durante la noche, pedí un scooter doble y pagué los 44 € adicionales cuando volvieron a recogerlo. Querían 37 € más después de pagar 102 € el primer día, luego 44 € y luego querían € más. 37 el precio de una doble es de 90€ más 50€ de fianza

* Easyhire’s response is ridiculous, you advised the equipment would be collected on the last day, saying nothing about being present or not, your dishonesty continues.
You obviously hoped we would forget about the refundable deposit, we gave you almost 3 weeks to return it & then we had to contact you!
Avoid & don’t believe this dreadful company. *
Very untrustworthy company, look elsewhere, failed to return my 100 euro deposit, hoped I’d forget about it after 3 weeks, it’s bordering on criminal when the customer has to ask for ‘a refundable deposit’.

Easy to hire from friendly staff, good quality units at a reasonable price, would highly recommend and put them to the top of the rental list.

Woman who spoke to us was very rude, had the scooters we wanted but refused to hire them to us, even though the guy working there said they were available, wouldn’t go there again

Hired a scooter from theese people 2 (Dutch) brothers, need to be avoided like a virus, 2 very greedy people who like to scalp older people, avoid at all costs

Service as good as always. Apart for the collection. Scooter taken without notification and DEPOSIT not returned.

Very easy to find delivered the time they said on time. My only problem was no charging port where we where saying the nearest was about 1/2 mile away so my son had to take it down at night plug it in and go collect it in morning.

Good service reasonable prices always on time when delivering, only €40 a week, just €20 deposit, also does double mobility scooters and has a repair shop where you can charge your Easyhire scooters day and night, so if you are staying in a hotel with no charging facilities their other shop has an undercover area with charging points which plug straight into your mobility scooter, they also rent plenty of other things such as wheel chairs bikes etc,
Nothing is to much trouble for them a real family business,

Five minutes after taking it we had to back because it did not work properly. The second scooter did not charge correctly. We called severaI times and the customer support was practically not existing. I have rented several times for my father in Benidorm and the experience has never been so bad.

Brilliant service this really helped me enjoy my holiday as i would of been restricted. Priced reasonably the scooters are in very good condition and the charging points are free and secure. I do think that disability letters or disability train cards and bus passes should be accepted as proof you have a disability

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.ordered a puma power wheel chair that stated range of upto 50km It did less than 4km before needing 're charged which then led to having to wait an extra 6 hours to go back out.complained twice about chair nothing was done apart from trying to shift blame onto myself, only when I wrote an email they decided they would change a faulty machine with yet another one and yet again this machine not only did the same mileage, it was non responsive to turns I sent them video footage of fault but they didn't even bother to reply.also the legs on it didn't work so had to drive on the road in case it gets stuck going up and down curb.they then had the cheek to complain about email sent by myself claiming it was a nasty email when in fact it was a fact based email about how useless their equipment is and the fact I kept breaking down and stuck in hotel whole time while waiting for machine to charge and couldnt enjoy any independence as could only go to certain areas that I knew I could get to and from and had to plan journeys of that distance so was restricted to where I could go due to their out of date equipment.their equipment isn't well maintained and is not fit for purpose, their batteries are not charged or replaced and their customer service is dreadful.my advice to anyone would be avoid this company they provide with goods not as described unmaintained and which belong on the scrap heap.

Been hiring scooters from this place for a few years now and the last two years we hired limo scooters. No problems whatsoever and he’s a really nice guy to deal with.

Ordered a carer controlled wheelchair for my mum whilst we were in Benidorm.
I ordered it a couple of days before arriving. They turned up on time at the place said explained everything I needed to know.
Great friendly service.

Always have quality scooters but sometimes have to wait whilst the lady who serves finishes chatting on phone! Even if it is a customer I don't think 15 mins to speak to a customer re ordering a scooter is on! Makes you wonder if it is a customer she speaks to as always in Dutch!

We hired a limo shoprider scooter for two weeks via the internet when we arrived in Calpe.
It arrived on time with pleasant service. At the end of the two weeks we extended the hire by telephone on two occasions, which meant that we had it for the full three weeks of our stay.
The scooter proved to be invaluable and served us better than we first imagined.
Would whole heartedly recommend EasyHire.
We will be back in Calpe over the Xmas holidays and we be definitely hiring a scooter again.

They also have charging points all around Benidorm to charge your scooter if your hotel or apartnent does not have this facility. First Class

Easy Hire mobility services a first class service nothing to much trouble and cheaper than most of the other hire firms in Benidorm. Used their scooters and invalid equipment on my last visit very nice people will use again later this year
