¡Propietario súper amigable! Se nos pinchó una llanta en el camino, llamó a un colega para que viniera a reparar nuestra llanta. Una vez de regreso, se disculpó profundamente por las molestias, aunque no era necesario. El propietario realmente se preocupa por sus clientes. El contacto fue muy cálido y respetuoso.
Cada uno de nuestros hijos recibió como regalo una piedra que el dueño había desenterrado con su hija.

Damos una reseña excelente dado que nos esperaron media hora después del cierre (7pm) dado que estábamos un poco perdidos en la ciudad. Esto marca la diferencia y realmente se lo agradecemos.

Excelente servicio de bicicletas con personal servicial y paciente. Bicicletas completas, sin fianza, posibilidad de ampliar el alquiler, buen precio por varios días.

Muy buen servicio, explicaciones, consejos y cuando algo sale mal como perder una llave, acción rápida para proporcionar una llave de repuesto.

Las bicicletas (ebike) están bien, son amables, serviciales y tienen un buen propietario que habla inglés.
Y cuando se nos pinchó una rueda, vinieron rápidamente a ayudar.

Excelente! La bici tiene muy buen andar, viene con canasto y candado, te cobran 10€ por usarla 24 hs. Es decir que si la rentas por la tarde de un dia podes continuar usándola hasta el otro día en la misma hora. No te cobran seña!

A wonderful idea on how to spend the day with friends or family. The motorcycles and scooters are excellent, and everything has gone smoothly. Customer service is also extremely nice; the store employee is very amiable, fluent in various languages, and has answered all of our questions. If you require them, they also provide free city maps.

We rented two bikes. One with a child seat. The employee said it's best to have a bike with a soldered rack for the child seat which is correct but the bike wasn't as good as the one without the child seat. They allowed flexibility for an early return.

Super friendly people working there, I was more than happy with a price.

Anyone looking to ride around Valencia, particularly in the Riverbed and the vicinity of the Torres de Serrano, should consider using this firm, in my opinion. Despite our limited Spanish language proficiency, my friends and I had no trouble conversing with the owner during the service. We felt comfortable paying the proprietor because we knew exactly what we were getting, and he even gave us a discount. Most importantly, all seven of our bicycles operated flawlessly, and all but one had functional bells. I'd return here in a heartbeat to rent bikes.

I use their bike throughout my vacation. The greatest way to discover Valencia, Turia, the beach, and everything else nearby is by doing this. I even rode my bike to Biopark, where there is bike parking. I acknowledge. Thank you, you guys are great!

Best bike rental shop we checked. I have a 13 yo son and 10yo daughter so we had a challenge to take some bikes for us and for our children. Checked a couple of rental shops and children bikes were rotten. The ones we have finally found in this shop were well. At the end of the day my little ones were happy.

We hired electric scooters from this shop. These guys are very lovely, helped us with recommendations, adviced the paella restaurant, gave us QR code with the planned trip to City of Arts. You rent a scooter but receive a city tour instead. Prices are nice and scooters are fun. Excellent experience. Thank you!
