Excelente y fácil servicio. Reservamos un VW Polo y estaba casi nuevo y muy limpio. Un miembro del personal nos recibió en el aeropuerto de Alicante y después de firmar la hoja tuvimos el coche durante 6 días con aire acondicionado, lo cual es importante. Claire fue encantadora durante todo el proceso y respondió todas las preguntas con prontitud. Si volvemos allí, volveremos a utilizar EDI.

Gran lugar para alquilar un coche, encantador negocio familiar y muy servicial. Buenas tarifas y sin costes ocultos. Puedes alquilar desde El Campello y luego dejarlo en el aeropuerto de Alicante, lo que te hace la vida muy fácil. Recomiendo encarecidamente el alquiler de coches de Edis y cuando volvamos, si necesitamos un coche, volveremos.

Este es nuestro segundo año (consecutivo) usando Edi, el servicio y los autos han sido fantásticos. Los compañeros que te reciben en el aeropuerto son muy amables y los coches siempre están impecablemente limpios. Proceso realmente simple de conocer y saludar, así como regresar al aeropuerto. A punto de reservar para el próximo año:)

Recomiendo encarecidamente utilizar EDI rent a car. Su servicio al cliente de principio a fin fue ejemplar y, aunque nuestro avión se retrasó una hora, el representante estuvo allí para recibirnos con una sonrisa, sin esperar en una larga cola. Las instrucciones de entrega fueron igualmente simples con una tarjeta y/o un video en línea. Como viajábamos con dos niños pequeños, tener una transición sin problemas del avión al automóvil fue un gran comienzo para nuestras vacaciones, muchas gracias, EDI.

We used EDI for a recent four week trip to the Costa Blanca. The pick up and drop off procedures were smooth. Our car had a puncture part way through week three, we used the inflation kit to get back to our accommodation, and a replacement car was sent out in a couple of hours. No block on your Credit Card, native English speakers, great communication. I'll use them again

Perfect! Friendly and professional company to hire a car. This year I'm hoping to rent a car with Edi for the third time. No stress, no hidden extras, just perfect.

My satisfaction with Edi can be summed up by the fact that when returning the car I knew I might not have the chance to fill the car up, as received. Other national companies would have ripped me off for the top up but Edi assured me they would fill up at their local depot and only charge the going rate for diesel - this is exactly what happened.
We hired the Nissan 7 seater for a week and it served its purpose very well. Not brand new (5 years old, I think), and not pristine, but exactly what we wanted at very fair price.
Good communication with Claire throughout. All in all, the experience was spot on, and took the commonplace jeopardy out of hiring a car abroad. We will use them again.

We rented a huge family van since we brought along 5 kids. The service was amazing. All the seats for the children were provided for free (many companies charge a lot per single seat) and installed on arrival. The car was in excellent condition and the service fast, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company and will def use them again.

Superb.firsy time to use this company after bring recommended them - easy to book, easy to collect, no hidden payments. Using this company removed the worry experienced by the big names at Alicante Airport.
I had a minor touch with a local car (their fault) and Paul was really helpful by speaking to the driver in Spanish via the mobile phone. All cleared up and no extra costs.

Great car hire. No hidden extras. Good email communication and we had a problem free car. We found pick and drop off easy being away from the main hall. After reading horror stories about cheap deal hire companies edi provided a great hire that we have no problem recommending.

Very easy and flexible service, confirmation by email. We knew right from the beginning how much the car would cost us, no hidden costs (were actually charged less than what was agreed). They do not try to cheat you (like so many other companies), you can trust on what has been agreed upon. Picking up and returning the car is easy. All five stars to EDI, will definitely use them again and recommend then highly!

This was a our second car rental in Murcia, first one from a very well known car rental company, was absolutely awlful, in comparison, EDI were a joy to deal with, very competitive on the rental with no hidden extras, emails replied to within a couple of hours, texts, in a couple of minutes, and did everything they said they would do. Very good experience! I read bad reviews about other big car hire companies and their sales tactics in Spain, so chose this smaller business. Communication went smoothly through email/online forms and any questions were answered quickly. On pickup I had to call as there was no one at the agreed place at the right time (maybe waited about 5 minutes), but after the call it took only 2 minutes and after 10-15 minutes I drove off. Very nice and new Fiat Panda, good car! The drop-off (dropped it off out of office hours at their office) was also flexible and I was happy about the whole experience.
Will choose them again if I come back to Alicante and can recommend. They also updated their website to this century, good job on that, before that didn't look as trustworthy as you really are!
