Esmeralda Beach Hotel

Para no volver ni con tu dinero.
No acceso a minusválidos, sucio hasta el punto de dar asco, habitación sucia, olor fuerte a tabaco. Deberían hacer un registro de sanidad

It's not a 4star hotel but it's clean, the staff are friendly and I found something to eat at every meal, which I can't say about some hotels I have stayed in.

Una vergüenza en el sitio que está, yo creo que será uno de los peores sitios de Benidorm, ni comida, ni abitaciones ni nada de nada horrible

Located near Benidorm Old Town this hotel is also placed near the beach and the main promenade along the beach. Poor rooms, old bathrooms, I even got some insect bytes during sleeping!? Is better to avoid this hotel even price looks interesting, as for small difference you may find better quality! Poor value for your money!

This place gets one star only because I couldn't give a review without giving it. A disaster from start to finish. Asked where the swimming pool was, and was told God's pool was outside the front door THE SEA. Very drole. The room was a joke, with one window that faced a brick wall. We had to pay ten euros a day to up grade to a better room for the week we were there. Still no sea view. The breakfast was very basic and that is being good to it. You could miss the entrance to this, so called hotel, quite easily as it's down in the basement. Near local buses and plentiful taxis service. Only positive is you are straight onto the beach. Give this place a miss.

This place was not gd no swimming pool, got room with no window. Then charged me 50 euros for room with view to brick wall, asked if there was pool got told out there god's pool, as he pointed to sea, breakfast was not that good either.we finished up having breakfast else where. On day we were leaving there was no where to have shower b4 our flights. So definitely wouldn't return there.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially as it has had some very negative reviews.
Staff very helpful and friendly, room basic but very clean, and were cleaned everyday. Food was also nice. Not sure what previous reviewers were complaining about.
This hotel is also very well situated for the beach, which is across the road, for the old town which is a 3 minute walk away, where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Also very close to nice bars and restaurants (especially "The zodiac bar" next door).
Will definitely stay again next time we are in Benidorm.

Primera línea de playa. El bufete del desayuno muy bien. La comida correcta. La habitación limpia y espaciosa. Por lo que vale esta súper bien. Un poco viejo, pero súper barato, y se ve el mar desde la cama.

Lo q se refiere a la presencia pasable a buena
Pero lo q es la calidad d la comida muy deficiente y además es anecdótico q el agua para las comidas la tengas q pagar aparte, cuando en otros hoteles SUPERIORES t la sirven con el menú o Buffet

Habitaciones sucias, bastante cutre y la cena de lo peor ''me tuve que ir del hotel al día siguiente a otro hotel, nada recomendable tendrían que hacer una buena reforma y ventilar un poco el restaurante

We have just spent 12 nights half board at this hotel and couldn't fault it. The location and view from balcony were fantastic. Rooms cleaned every day with new towels. The beds were really comfortable too. I don't eat breakfast as a rule so struggled some mornings the evening meal was ok. Would I go again? Definitely yes I would

Este hotel sólo tiene bueno la ubicación, frente la playa de Poniente y cerca del casco antiguo. La comida del bufet aceptable, pero las habitaciones son pésimas, los pasillos pintados de negro, rojo.colores tan oscuros que parece la casa del terror.
El mobiliario anticuado, las habitaciones sucias nosotros encontramos una cucaracha muerta.

Fuimos a eso hotel porque estaba Benidorm casi al 100% de ocupación pero tenemos claro que no volveremos.

Bedrooms dated and scruffy. Make sure when booking you don't book an 'economy' room as we had one and it was absolutely dire! Thankfully we managed to upgrade (+€60) to a room with a wonderful sea view.

The avantage of this small hotel is the 180`sea view， (have to make booking room with seaview) breakfast good，the room clean but old，there are no parking space with the hotel，parking have to park on the street nearby，but it's very hard to find a parking space around the area，be prepare for this if thinking of driving there。

Hotel muy antiguo sin los requisitos básicos, dos enchufes en habitación, vasos de plástico, sin tendedero, sin gel para ducha. La cena muy sencilla, solo dos personas de servicio para más de cien clientes y regañando entre ellos, lentitud en reposición de platos.
Pero esta en frente de la playa.
En la reserva te da la opción de dos camas o cama supergrande, elegimos la segunda y ni por asomo. Nos dieron dos camitas.
En el baño no hay vasos de cristal. Ni gel Tampoco mininevera.
Limpieza diaria buena.
Pero esta cerca de la playa
El precio económico.

He estado en el hotel del 25 de noviembre al 2 de diciembre y la verdad no me ha gustado mucho.
La comida era bastante mala calidad y nada de variedad.
La habitación y el hotel en general creo que necesita una reforma urgente.

I wouldn't give it the 2* it was advertised as. It was clean but very dated with holes in doors, broken furniture, no facilities in the rooms to make drinks and rude staff

Room is OK. Great views of beach and harbour. Bathroom is OK but the doors could do with a lick of paint. This currently makes the room look shabby. There is a TV and I got BBC news on it. Its not posh but at £250.00 for the week it's in a great location. The old town with tapas alley is very near and the beach is straight in front.

Las visitas maravillosas (siempre y cuando te toque la habitación al mar), la comida aceptable, el resto de pena, no tiene ni rampas para las maletas, teniendo que subir o bajar un piso por las escaleras para acceder al ascensor, no tiene acceso para minusválidos, las habitaciones están súper viejas y poco limpias, el mobiliario práctica mente inesistente y la iluminación tan tenue, que alumbra más una vela.

Un lugar tranquilo, frente al mar, me gusto el buen desayuno y cena, tuve una cama super cómoda.lo mejor, para mi espalda. Lo recomiendo también porque es económico.
