Europarking Alicante Airport

Empresa estafadora. Contratamos Meet and Great y resulta que no lo hacen pasado a las 12 de la noche. Todo esto no te lo informan hasta una vez pagado y confirmado (y en letra pequeña para que no te des cuenta). Cuando nos quejamos del trato no sólo no quería devolver el dinero (que nos importa muy poco el dinero, si no el hecho de que te intenten timar) sino que contesta a los mails con una actitud chulesca y prepotente. Si por lo menos contestase con educación.pero todo lo contrario. Un impresentable.

Estafadores. Contraté el servicio de „Meet and Greet“ y a la vuelta cuando llegue al aeropuerto llamé para que me trajeran mi coche y me dijeron que no, que me recogian con la furgoneta y me llevaban al Parking a por él, que ese servicio no lo ofrecian pasadas la medianoche. Yo pagué un extra por ese servicio y esa información no consta en ningún lado de su web. El trabajador me hizo pagar la tarifa completa y que reclamara al jefe. Cuando lo hice al dia siguiente via email, el jefe me habló de manera despectiva y maleducada cuando le solicité que me devolvieran el extra pagado por el servicio contratado y no recibido.

Además de eso pasaron 20min desde que llamé hasta que me recogieron. Y según las tarifas de si web por 4 días son 26€ y me cobraron 28€

Aparqué y recogí el coche aquí por enésima vez. Reservar a través de Internet es muy fácil. Se equivocó, no hubo problema, email o llamada, todo arreglado. Excelente servicio, amable y rápido. Muy recomendable, también en cuanto a precio. Nunca decepcionado.

Puedo recomendar encarecidamente este servicio de aparcamiento. Gente amable, siempre educada y puntual y su coche está vigilado de forma segura.

Llevé mi coche a la salida para que lo recogieran. Tuve que esperar un poco, porque me equivoqué con las fechas. En 15 minutos había alguien para recoger el coche. A los 6 días me entregan el coche en el aeropuerto. Le dieron un buen lavado al auto y lo limpiaron por dentro. El coche parecía nuevo. También cargaron el coche durante la noche. Perfecto. Buen servicio, hasta la próxima

Pagamos el estacionamiento por adelantado durante todo el mes. Cuando llegamos allí el día anterior y preguntamos si todo estaba bien y si podíamos ir a la mañana siguiente, un empleado nos dijo que no había problema. A la mañana siguiente llegamos al estacionamiento, pero no había nadie. La operadora fue muy arrogante por teléfono y nos dijo varias veces que no vendría. Después de 15 minutos llegó un señor que nos dijo que no tenía nuestro pago en el sistema y por lo tanto no era posible estacionar con ellos. Como estábamos justo antes de la salida y teníamos dos niños pequeños en el auto, fuimos a estacionar en otro estacionamiento. Después de mi llegada, pedí un reembolso a Europarking porque el estacionamiento no se llevó a cabo. Me dijeron que su empleado estaba tan enojado con nosotros que no reembolsaría nada de nuestro pago. Nos han defraudado y no se avergüenzan en absoluto. Definitivamente no recomendado para mí.

Servicio extraordinario como desconexión de batería, arranque, ITV, servicios, limpieza etc.

Comunicación en diferentes idiomas de primera clase, ¡simplemente funciona!

I told them what time I would be arriving at the airport and, as requested, telephoned 10 mins before we arrived but no one was there to meet us.

(While we were waiting many other companies were coming and going and there were many of other companies staff there)

I telephoned again and about 5 mins later someone arrived.

He then asked me for payment as I hadn't paid. I told him I had and he said not according to his screen.

There was then a disagreement over the payment until his colleague stepped In and said I had paid.

Not the best start to our relationship.

Súper compañía acaba de convertirse en cliente y ya está satisfecha rápida y claramente muy recomendable

We dropped off our car at the departures hall and the representative was already outside opposite of Costa Coffee waiting for us to attend us, Very correct and absolutely low priced for what they offer!

Tenemos nuestro coche aquí desde hace casi un año. Hemos modificado el contrato mientras tanto. Nada es un problema. Siempre contestan el teléfono rápido y amablemente. Entregan y recogen el coche a tiempo. Nunca hemos tenido que esperar. En resumen, todo funciona según lo prometido. Y eso con tantos coches. ¡Estamos contentos con él y nos quedaremos con europarking el año que viene! Muy recomendable para aquellos que buscan una dirección de confianza para aparcar.

This is my second year with Europarking and I find them very polite and helpful.
I have had several issues which they have helped me resolve many during lockdown.
The prices are very fair and the staff are friendly.

Best parking company in Alicante Airport. Staff that speak Spanish, English, Dutch, German, French, Arabic and Portuguese. Fantastic team!

We parked our car at Europarking for one year. We had a very bad service during that year. Their model is set up in a way that they charge you extra money on every occasion they have. For instance, online you need to book a "pick-up" at the airport, if you are late or you forget, they charge you 10 euros each time. Every time I made a booking for a pick up they were never there, I needed to phone them and in many occasions they were not reachable. When I signed the contract for one year they didn't tell me that the pick-ups were limited (only 5). In November I wanted to drop off my car and all of a sudden they asked me to pay 90 euros extra because I exceeded the number of pick-ups. It was one month before the end of my contract. I contested, they explained me that I needed to upgrade my contract (for one pick-up more! And only one month left in the contract). After long discussions they agreed that 20 euros was also ok. No calculation, no paper.

I told them that I would remove my car and that they needed to put a note on the contract that I don't want it to be renewed. When I came home I received a mail, saying that they put a note on the contract that it wouldn't be renewed because I was "arrogant". Really? I was indeed a bit heated, but shouldn't you? I needed to catch a flight and was put under pressure to pay 90 euros out of the blue. When I told them that I didn't receive no calculation no paper all of a sudden they send me a ticket by mail, but still no calculation. They told me that they charged the upgrade for two months, but apparently they cannot calculate. This is what there website says "The price is only 285€, inclusive 12 return shuttles. (Unlimited €25 extra for the year) ", 25 euro divided by 12 times 2 months is 4 euros not 20! I really felt ripped off!

I would never recommend this parking to anybody, these people are not correct and arrogant! We removed our car and are now treated as real customers!

Son un equipo espectacular, los conozco hace años y no tengo ninguna queja. Y los mecánicos con los que trabajan son serios y eficientes.
