Desde el principio el contacto con Exactamente ha sido genial. He tenido una primera llamada con Ishara que me ha ayudado con muchas preguntas y dudas y desde octubre de 2023 soy cliente de Exactly y Sergio me ha estado ayudando con todo desde entonces. Recientemente trasladé mi contabilidad fiscal en España de otra empresa a Exactly. El proceso ha sido súper fluido. El director comercial Kristoffer Taft es muy receptivo, me explicó detalladamente todos los diferentes formularios y el proceso y respondió todas mis preguntas detalladamente.

Son súper amables y muy rápidos respondiendo. Recibí muy buena ayuda con mi formulario de impuestos IRNR y con mi certificado digital de Sergio y Sarah.

Exactamente han sido minuciosos, concisos y educados. Han completado el trabajo en poco tiempo y el personal de atención al cliente y mi contadora Noelia han sido de gran ayuda.

Durante los últimos 3 o 4 meses, he estado trabajando con Gaspar como mi contador y con Kris. Han sido FENOMENALES.

Antes de trabajar con Exactamente, había tenido terribles problemas burocráticos en España. Había estado trabajando con un abogado muy incompetente que me endeudó por miles de euros.

Gaspar me ayudó a retomar el rumbo Y a recuperar cientos de euros de la seguridad social que me había estado cobrando de más.

Honestamente, estaba un poco nervioso por convertirme en autónomo aquí en España porque parecía demasiado complicado. PERO entonces encontré exactamente y ¿qué puedo decir? I was recommended Exactly Accountancy by a friend when I started looking for someone to do my Autonomo. I had been looking at a few different places, but was struggling to get anyone to respond or answer my 101 questions I had about setting up Autonomo. Kristoffer however, was quick to respond and very patient with my many questions and that was before I had even signed anything. Since signing up with Exactly, I have received nothing but help, understanding and patience with the team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Never ever take Exactly as your account.

They have ruined complete my company because of zero staff and very very unprofessional staff.
When they have employees they have zero skills and knowledge.

I know that company for 2 years and their back ground.

For 2 years they did nothing.
And what they did, Exactly made so so hugh mistakes to the tax that it ruined my company. A perfect company running for years with 15 freelancers. And 4.000 regular steady clients.

- Filed my tax without permission and check
- The tax was filed with so so hugh mistakes they forgot 6 months of costs (amount around 40.000 euro)
- Filed professional companies without VAT (while they had VAT)
- Never declared my VAT in 2 years
- Exactly was even in default when the tax asked for documents.
- They no even fulfill their obligations to the tax when tax asks for
- Around 6 other points which belongs to the responsibility they have as an accountant, they never did.
- Never answer on your email.
- Never pick up the phone or reply when you ask for a call back
- Most of staff is very very impolite

They take even zero responsibility to solve the mess they make of your account/company.

They no even put their hugh hugh mistakes they made on their insurance.

Over and over they stay in hugh default.

And they spend more time on replying on reviews than actually working and solving their problems.

Don’t trust them on ‘we will’ because they don’t.

An excellent company EXACTLY … the best for me in Spain as I seeked many and once I came to EXACTLY I felt safe. I went through the autonomous route and now set up a S. I've been with Exactly for going on two years and overall I am very happy with their service! Noelia has been wonderful to deal with and is usually able to get back to me quickly about any enquiries I have in regards to my tax obligations in Spain.

The team at Exactly have been so helpful ever since my first call with Kris. He spent about 1 hour informing me of the Spanish tax system and answering my long list of questions! Being from the UK, it was important to me that I fully understood what was going on and to be able to speak with other English speakers really put my mind at ease. I met Kris from Exactly at a Business Brunch last year where he explained how they worked and he sounded so enthusiastic about Exactly I used them for my Renta and loved the way everything was done through email and online, meaning I didn´t have to take time out of my job to get things sorted! Ir your not from Spain, as me I am from Holland, this is what your looking for in your search for a gestor.
This in origin Dutch company has specialist that speak Dutch, English and Spanish. What did the trick form me? These people answer your email questions, and they do this fast. This is what you want when your busy trying to get your company started. Highly professional and it gives me a great feeling knowing they want to answer you.

EXACTLYS Customer Service is some of the best I have experienced since moving to Spain over 10 years ago.
Every question I raised or advice I required from Kris was answered honestly, efficiently and promptly, if it wasnt his area of expertise he consulted David his colleague and fed back the answer to me the SAME DAY!

Kris and Marcella of Exactly Accountancy helped me out big time first time I was dealing with tax retention. With their help I got a pretty penny back.

I find the autonomo system in Spain very confusing and even though I speak Spanish, I cannot manage it myself. It's a bit scary thinking you might get something wrong. I was being charged a small fortune by another gestor, but was recommended to try Exactly accountancy via mutual connections on Facebook. Everything is set up online, so it's good if you work remotely, like me. They are quick to answer questions. I was very unsure about how to transfer from my old gestor to a new company but they resolved this for me and I am saving money by using Exactly. I also think the customer service is better than my more expensive gestor so it is a win-win situation. Seems like they work in Spanish, Dutch and English and the English level is completely fluent, if that is important for you. There are a few different people who have been helping me, mainly Kris, Ashley and Noelia and everyone is friendly. Looking forward to staying with them as my business grows.

They were recommended by a good pal in the hospitality business. The day after I emailed them, I was contacted by Kris, and we set about setting me up so that i can work legally here in Spain. A visit to the office was great and I met everyone there. Ashley took care of the certification with no problem. They are multilingual, and extremely helpful.
