Todo fue bien hasta el día que devolvimos las bicicletas. El propietario cambió el precio del día de 8 a 15 euros por bicicleta.
Muy decepcionante, podríamos haberlas devuelto el mismo día y recuperar las bicicletas al día siguiente si nos hubiera informado de la diferencia de precio.
Preguntamos si podíamos quedarnos con las bicicletas por 2 días y si había un mejor precio para alquilarlas por más de un día. Perdió la oportunidad de ser honesto sobre el precio. Muy triste.

Alquilamos nuestras bicicletas aquí por el día y quedamos muy contentos. El propietario nos envió mucha información y recomendaciones para la ciudad, algunas botellas de agua y un mapa con una bonita ruta. Además de que las bicicletas estaban en perfectas condiciones, ¡definitivamente lo recomendaría! ️

El dueño de la tienda es muy amable y servicial.
Las bicicletas están en buenas condiciones. Por una pequeña tarifa de 8€ puedes alquilar una bicicleta durante todo el día para explorar Valencia. También recibimos un mapa con una ruta ya marcada y dos botellas de agua gratis.
A pesar del ligero retraso, el propietario esperó pacientemente a que le devolvieran las bicicletas.
En definitiva, una excelente relación calidad-precio.

He reservado un viaje en bicicleta de 5 días a través de este proveedor y estoy totalmente encantado. No sólo porque todo estuvo muy bien organizado (transporte desde el aeropuerto, traslado a Teruel, transporte diario de equipaje al siguiente hotel), sino que además las bicicletas eran perfectas, cómodas y adecuadas para un viaje de varios días en bicicleta por la Vía Verde.
Además, el servicio durante el viaje fue excelente: el personal estuvo todos los días en el lugar y se encargó de todo (cuando se me pinchó una rueda, pude continuar 30 minutos más tarde. ¡genial!).

De todas las cosas que más me gustaron fue el muy amable dueño de la tienda, Antonio. Un gran guía turístico que ha estado ofreciendo un recorrido muy interesante por la ciudad de Valencia (¡ve a visitar el mercado!), una visita guiada a la Albufera y varias veces como anfitrión en la cena. Me lo pasé muy bien y volveré. Para mí el mejor lugar para hacer excursiones en bicicleta en Valencia.

Mi novia y yo fuimos a alquilar dos bicicletas, después de ver las excelentes críticas de la tienda.
Nos recibió el propietario quien, a pesar de no tener bicicletas disponibles para todo el día, fue muy amable al mostrarnos una alternativa válida. También nos dio información útil sobre las fiestas de la ciudad que se estaban celebrando en los últimos días.
Por su amabilidad y disposición todavía merece 5 estrellas. Si volviera a Valencia sin duda volvería a probarlo.

Highly recommend this awesome bike rental shop. The bikes are high quality and the best price in town for e-bikes day rentals. The owner was super kind and gave us recommendations where to eat and how to get to Saler. We looked around at various bike places and this one was by far the best value.

Recomendamos muchos este lugar de bicicleta. El mejor precio para la renta de bici electrónicas (e-bikes) el mejor servicio y el dueño muy linda persona. Nos dio muy buenas direcciones y lugares donde comer el Saler.

Fantastic! The gentleman owner is just brilliant. Not only he has the best quality bicycles (German, so no surprise), he also gave us a map, bottles of water and also texted on WhatsApp links to all "must see" in Valencia. We had an amazing day sight seeing Valencia by bike. Highly recommended place!

Hands down the best rental e-bike service I have experienced. The e-bike is the best since there’s two different types one for rough terrain or cross country and then one geared towards regular travel like a city bike. The gears for the e-bike are amazing since you have different setting based on where you are and different speeds. You can even take the bike with speeds around 180kmh! The bike is German made.

The owner is really a cool and awesome guy! He is very knowledgeable about the product and business and even gives you a free water for your trip. He teaches you how to ride the bike and what each setting is used for and gives you good destinations to visit. Good business with great product and knowledgeable and experience owner!

We've rented the white bicycles and they were comfortable and ride smoothly.

Sehr freundliches Personal, der Chef dieser Filiale spricht Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch, ist auch sehr kompetent und loyal. Er zeigt euch die besten Routen und Insidertipps. Reifendruck wird jeden Tag kontrolliert und man bekommt eine Flasche Wasser mit, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Preis (Stand Juni 2022) =10€/Tag. Ich hatte das Fahrrad 2 Tage und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wenn ihr etwas später dran seid dann wird nichts extra verrechnet.
