El mejor lugar de la Costa Blanca como especialistas en crucero.
Buenos profesionales a precios más que razonables.
Acabamos de hacer un crucero de 12 días por islas griegas y ha sido todo un éxito, con el bis incluido desde aquí mismo, una maravilla.
Enhorabuena a todo el equipo.
He leído algunas críticas que dicen que la agencia está escondida, algo ridículo.
O que les han engañado.en fin, yo conozco a esta gente desde hace años, así como miles de viajeros de la zona, y me parece imposible.

Not at all impressed with this company. Booked a cruise through them and transfers. Told us on the morning of departure that we would have a 6 hour wait for the return journey! Had we been informed of this prior to booking, would not have booked with them. Also lied saying they had an arrangement with the cruise ship whereby we could stay on board. They haven'!
Would not recommend them and will never use again! We paid for a transfer back through another tour company who picked up as soon as ship docked. On complaining to falken they took no responsibility for anything. Disgrace!

Poky little shop in a run down, never completed commercial area. One person, Simone attending who was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Not good though if as when we first arrived there were three other couples before us.

En la oficina de la Zenia me engañaron, me vendieron dos vuelos independientes con vueling (no hay directos a lanzarote), me dijeron que me facturaban las maletas directas y que no iba a tener problemas con mi gato que para eso paque una pasta. Todo mentira, llegue a barcelona y tuve q coger la maleta y volverla a facturar, casi me dejan el gato en tierra y casi pierdo el segundo vuelo, panda de desgraciados.
