I had to have an online prescription filled for my wife and encountered some difficulty opening the link.
I had to return to the pharmacy a number of times and they were always courteous and helpful. Highly recommend them.

Rude and unhelpful young lady with an attitude. Won't be back again and definitely wouldn't recommend.

Wonderful friendly staff most of which speak good English. I’m so pleased that it is my local Farmacia.

I have used this pharmacy regularly for the past 5 years and the staff are always helpful and attentive

Esta farmacia es genial. Siempre que he ido me han atendido con educación y alegría. Además, en mi vida he visto una farmacia mejor decorada. 10/10

Es una vergüenza. La gente va a esta farmacia porque te atienden en ingles o holandes o frances. Pero relamente solo una persona habla estos 3 idiomas. Es una persona muy desagradable que trata la gente con muy poco respeto, pero como las demas no entienden lo que dice a la gente, se cree que es la dueña de la farmacia y se permite libertades inacceptables!
El otro dia una señora mayor que solo habla neerlandés fue a esa farmacia. Queria saber si su medicamento habia sido acceptado por el inspector para que se lo reembolsaran. La dependienta, que no sabia explicarselo, se puso a chillarle en la tienda. Nos quedamos todos sorprendidos. Y le dijo que si no entendia, mas vale que se vaya ajustar los audifonos. La señora salio de la tienda abrumada.
Esa dependienta no tiene sitio ahi. Si no vale para trabajar con gente. Mas vale que se busque un puesto en el mercadillo. Ahi por lo menos podra chillar sin herir a nadie. Una vergüenza. Yo despues de haber visto esto, no vuelvo a esa farmacia y nadie de mi entorno!

Very Good & Polite Staff, i came in With my First Allergic reaction EVER, Got some Antihistamin & Now 4 days later i am 80% better= Truly Knowledgeable Staff and Thank you Farmacia Ainhoa & Staff ️

Great pharmacy the majority of staff speak English and all are very helpful Amanda is very knowledgeable and will do her best to get you what u need if it’s not in store then she will order it in for u

This pharmacy is more than superb. I have been in twice this week for 2 different things and on both times Enrique served me. He goes above and beyond. He was so helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this pharmacy

La mejor farmacia de la zona con diferencia. Muy profesionales y amables. La atención al público es inmejorable y un trato muy familiar.
