Did an antigen COVID test today for traveling reasons: no booking required. Just scan the QR code at the entrance and fill in the form. We had our results within 30 minutes after arrival (i.e. Including completion of the form). Great experience. Staff was very friendly. Can recommend this place. Note: opening time for tests is 9.30 am, not 9 am.

I was worried because of the ratings for this place. We also had trouble finding it because a work truck was parked out front, and then once we found it and went inside the security guard didn’t really know English. However, the nurse came out to greet us and told us how to sign up for an appointment. And even helped us with the application. It was really simple and there was no wait time. The test took two minutes and it took less than 10 mins to get the results. I wasn’t expecting a paper copy of the results, but I was happy to have it! I will say the QR code did not work for me though.

Mein Termin war sehr unkompliziert und ich hatte das Ergebnis sehr schnell.
Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Verbessern könnte man eventuell dass die Kunden am Eingang einen mehrsprachigen Hinweis (zb.auf englisch oder deutsch) zur digitalen Anmeldung findet.

Valencià no, però anglès sí? No us fa vergonya maltractar la llengua del país on us guanyeu les garrofes?

Penosos. No m'han volgut entendre en una de les dues llengües oficials. I això, senyors meus, és il·legal i anticonstitucional. No em podeu discriminar per usar el valencià a la Comunitat Valenciana. Me n'he hagut d'anar sense ser atesa.

Atenció meravellosa. Test rápid y a bon preu. Els treballadors atenen en 4 idiomes. Fins y tot valenciá.

Some of the workers are radical spanish ultranationalists they discriminate anyone who doesn't speak Spanish, specially valencian speakers. Not recomendable, look for another clinic in Dénia.

Un servicio de calidad, tratan a los clientes con seriedad y profesionalidad. Un trato excelente y no hacen esperar demasiado.

Es un buen sitio el trato y la atención es muy buena y la buena calidad médica se nota. Muy recomendable, no se arrepentiran.

The staff's behaviour towards Catalan speakers can only be described as atrocious. Discrimination of this sort shouldn't be dished out at anyone, especially those who speak the region's OFFICIAL language. Openly expressed linguistic prejudices and ethnocentrism will affect any business' reputation, including this one. I would definitely not recommend this clinic to anyone.

La verdad es que tienen muy buen ambiente, te informan bien y te explican un poco acerca de los test

No tenen cap respecte pel valencià. Se suposa que si treballen de cara al públic, com a mínim tenen el deure d’entendre els dos idiomes oficials. Boicot a les empreses valencianofobes.

Si els parles en valencià t'amollen que "ellos no hablan eso", que cal hablar "español". Les persones tenen drets individuals, també lingüístics. Més encara si la llengua que parlen és oficial allà on l'empresa a què acudixen presta els seus serveis. Hi ha una Llei 4/1983, de 23 de novembre, d'Ús i Ensenyament del Valencià (LUEV) que empara aquestos drets (articles 2,3 i 4) Igual que l'article 3 de la constitució espanyola, la Carta Europea de Llengües Regionals i Minoritàries (5/11/1992). Aplique's la llei. No al racisme per motius de llengua!

Superb service. Booked in the morning for Saturday noon appointment. Test done in minutes, paper result (negative!) minutes later. Fully explained Antigen results to me, met UK requirements, sailed through check-in at Alicante. €29. Perfect!

Los resultados te los entregan después que te hacen la prueba, además las dos pruebas las firma un médico y no tienes que esperar una hora, el trato es personal hise dos pruebas de antígenos para asegurarme si tenía bien la vacuna y la de anticuerpos por que me sentía débil y me preocupé. La verdad que resultó que tengo anticuerpos y por el precio de 39me hicieron las dos. Así puedo ir a trabajar tranquila y comer con mi familia vacunada.

Phoned for appointment in morning for the pm for antigen test pre UK return. Very quick service. Certificate given straight away. Parking in street outside but if busy allow some time.

Test started right on time and we received the results with certificate very fast! They were also super kind! I can highly recommend Fevan Denia!

Muy poca seriedad en el trato. Mienten cuando te informan. Da igual que pidas cita y te aseguren no harás cola. Cuando llegas: a la cola como todo el mundo, y a esperar. Nada recomendable

Lo recomiendo, te hacen la prueba genial, no te hacen daño como en otros sitios.
También muy amables los enfermeros.
