Encantados con la forma en que se trató nuestro reclamo con respecto a una fuga de agua en el terreno. Una llamada telefónica inicial a Sonja resultó en que la FIATC enviara a un plomero lo antes posible para reparar la fuga. Desde entonces hemos recibido un reembolso por el exceso de factura de agua. Un servicio muy eficaz por parte de Sonja y del departamento de reclamaciones de FIATC. Gracias.

Disponemos de seguro médico privado con esta agencia. Desafortunadamente, hemos tenido que usarlo mucho últimamente. Super Service von Frau Rosenberg. Zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und prompt. Ich hoffe wenn ich die Police (Übersetzung soll dabei sein) erhalte, dass ich immer noch happy bin. Natürlich erwarte ich auch bei einem Schaden einen guten Service zu erhalten. Ich will es nicht hoffen, dass etwas passiert aber falls doch setzte ich nach den vielen positiven Bewertungen auf Herrn Kaleja und Frau Rosenberg.

They don’t pay out face value, FIATC only offers a 7 day courtesy car. Other companies will give you 35-45 days courtesy car and pay you for face value plus 20% in the case of an incident.
